Well, if Kishimoto decides to give Naruto and Hinata some history that was never even remotely hinted at in the manga, or change Naruto's feelings in regards to Sakura, then that's that. But we will always have the lovely moments in the manga to cherish.


Hinata has a "civilian" outfit as well, she's seen in it when she's falling in the trailer.

Except it wasn't released with Naruto.

I think you need to calm down, I don't think you people realize how road to ninja was when you keep spouting the "AU PLOT" nonsesne when we didn't know the details back then. let me freaking tell you, EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE thought road to ninja meant narusaku was dead here before the movie came out, or just about everyone, and looked what freaking happened? take this movie with a grain of salt and quit taking it so seriously!!!

I know this comment isn't directed at me, but not everyone thought narusaku was dead when RtN was released. I for one wasn't, people just completely overlooked the fact that Tsukiyomi!Hinata and Tsukiyomi!Sasuke had nothing to do with their real counterparts.

In fact, it would prove naruhina and sasusaku as dead if Naruto fell in love with essentially the very opposite if Hinata; and Sakura with the very opposite of Sasuke.

Just keep an open mind. Narusaku is wonderful as it is, no matter what happens in the end.

after i calmed down a bit i really wonder why should we care about this movie the real thing that matters is the manga we should be doing this if it happened in the manga -- and it didn't so i think we should save all of this for next week

after all like one of the member said its seems like there some thing about sakura they don't want to spoiler and that maybe them ending together

i mean even after watching the trailer closely naruto didn't say anything about love they just made him say stuff that will mislead us when the reailty is that  everything is just like the usual hinata talking about her love for "romeo  :love:"  ._.

This is pure denial of u.I understand optimism,but the level u people are showing is not optimism and it is plain denial of things and u know it.

 

People are worrying for legit reasons,not because of simply overreacting and jumping the gun unlike the past.This is serious becoz has gotten out of hands.

What do you expect us to do? This story ends one week from now, this movie is canon, it's about "love", there's a kittenload of Hinata wanking, some Naruto reactions to Hinata, Sakura seemingly supporting NH, random flashbacks about Naruto and Hinata that were retconned, Naruto and Hinata are together in pictures while Naruto and Sakura are apart, it's a Hyuuga movie, the villain wants the Hyuuga dead, Sakura confessed to Sasuke in 693, NaruHina this, NaruHina that, NaruHina up your ass, it's as if the whole movie, the events leading up the stories end, and the repeated advertisements were CONTRIVED to kitten over the "Naruto & Sakura Fanclub" SPECIFICALLY (no other type of fandom, including non-pairing ones) with absolutely no remorse.
 
It already seems like it would take a miracle for our pairing to become canon, some people just can't help but to throw in the towel. The least we could do is wait for next week's chapters to see if our ship has sunk, has become canon, or if it has any chances in the future.

Lol. Even though I disagree and still believe in NS, "NaruHina this, NaruHina that, NaruHina up your ass." cracked me up. SP really suck sometimes,

Why are people making a big fuss over this movie?  Sakura is the one that never loves Naruto and he deserve to be happy too. If Hinata is the woman that make Naruto happy then he can date her or marry her. If Sakura want Naruto to be her man, she has so many opportunities, but she refused to accept him and chase after Sasuke all this year. I love NS, but the outcome is too obvious.

First of all, Sakura does love Naruto, whether it be romantic or not, and her feelings have not been made clear, because of Sasuke and the path he had taken. She was so focused on saving him that she cast all other feelings aside because she wanted team 7 to be complete again. Yes, she has feelings for Sasuke, but she also has conflicted feelings for Naruto, and until she finally realizes who she truely loves, that will be the end or beginning of NS. I agree with you that you say Naruto can date/marry whoever makes him happy, but throught the manga, since the Beginning of the story Naruto has had feelings for one girl and that girl is SAKURA. It has been shown that the girl who makes him happy is Sakura. She has laughed with him, suffered with him, and shared many moments with him. They have an unseperable bond and for fans to think Naruto would be a kitten or be selfish for being true to himself and not giving up on the girl he loves , is just ridiculous. I ship Narusaku because its the girl Naruto loves. This Story is called Naruto, not Hinata. So that's why it's important that he gets the girl he wants. The girl he loves and cherishes. The girl he has loved so selflessly. Wait till the manga ends so you guys can finally realize the 'romantic' aspect of the story that Kishimoto has been trying to write since the beginning. I might be wrong about this, heck I even have a feeling he might leave pairings open ended in these last chapters, but I'm sure if he does give tiny hints it will be Narusaku. So don't lose faith yet when the manga hasn't even ended.
I will support whoever Naruto chooses in the end, even if it is Hinata or Sakura. But you can't say that the romance aspect for Naruhina throught the story has been well developed, because there was never a Naru>Hina, it was always Hina>Naru.

Maybe it's a reference to their hand-holding scene and Naruto acknowledging what Itachi, Neji, Hinata, and Kurama had told him?

Of course, I'm one of those people on the fence and saying don't jump to conclusions until we see everything ourselves, but people have a right to be worried or disappointed. I am too honestly, even if I'm not declaring NH canon or NS dead.

Yeah, I would actually. The pairing wars is just the icing on the cake, but to reduce all the characters to crap because Kishimoto couldn't develop Hinata one tiny bit in the manga, give her this movie, continue to make her this rabid fan girl who STILL cannot just let Naruto go despite 3 years of never getting an answer, and continue to make her this pathetic damsel in distress whose only basic function is to "needed to be saved" is just absolute stupidity and garbage.

This movie should not have been made and it is an insult to every Naruto fan who ever lived even to the NH fans, but honestly they don't care. They got their precious Hinata moments they wanted for for so long...and all it took to give it to her is to lower every single person's bar. Remember the whole story of Naruto striving to be the hero? To gain the girl he loved and save his best friend? Forget it, we get Hinata. When I see this movie...I don't see "Naruto the manga." I see "Hinata: The love that never was so we had to make this up." Seriously, they inserted a memory that was never established before for a character that since the beginning of this manga made no impact to this story at all.

Is Hinata even going to care about her sister at all? I am not even sure if we are supposed to care about Hinata's sister what so ever because not one advertisement talks about the movie what so ever. It is all the same thing "Hinata" and "love." That's it. No one cares about the moon falling from the sky. No one cares about Hanabi being kidnapped or what plans this villain might do...all they care about....all this entire fanbase cares about is the stupid pairing wars and we have to destroy the story to do it.

Even Sasuke, who the manga basically followed more than ever, is even sidelined for it. And we all know how much of a favorite Sasuke is. This is a cheap movie. Not cheap as in money, but cheap as in cheap story plots just to play this Twilight crap for Hinata. Hinata is just a drug addict who cannot let go of her addiction and she can;t even protect her sister or run her clan without Naruto needing to save the day.

I can't even begin to point out all the bad stuff in this movie and this isn't even looking at the pairing stuff yet.
