New Chapter's out! And damn if it wasn't awesome!

Crocodile immediately going for Whitebeard, only for Luffy to kick him away and get into an argument with the giant man about who would save Ace. Luffy is a fan favorite for a reason, after all. It's nice to see that he used Crocodile's weakness again. Guess Luffy's memory isn't nearly as bad as he'd like us to believe.

And I love the fact that everyone there knows his name. It's such a difference from the beginning of the series, where no one knew who he was.

Good chapter. I like the interaction between Luffy and Whitebeard.
But I wonder what Luffy is gonna do now against all these powerful people...I hope he kicks ass!!!

Her real name is Boa Hancock. And a simple why to put why she loves Luffy is because of the kind of person he is, he doesn't judge peoples past lives and puts his friends above everything else and it really got to her and she fell in love.

Hee, Whitebeard likes him. It's always a good sign when the main character is liked by the big wigs.

But now I'm wondering what's going on with Kuma. Is he one of Dragon's men, or something? Gah, damn you Oda-sensei! Need release more One Piece! Must. Know. Answers.

So many secrets has been revealed lately, so they need to add something to the lot. What about Luffy's mom? I'm just going to take a wild guess and say that he has one, dead or alive. If she was Dragon's woman, she has to be quite something right? And I refuse to believe the rumor about it being Hancock, so let's see something else.

The latest chapter was awesome though, and I sense something special coming up. Luffy has to be able to match people far above his current skill level, and he went more or less straight to Gear 3rd. Does this mean we're about to see Luffy's abilities evolve yet again? He has insane speed in Gear 2nd, and insane power in Gear 3rd, so will a fourth gear combine these two levels and turn him into something akin to Nightmare Luffy (yes True, I know you called it )? I can't wait to see what's coming up, but just hearing (reading) Whitebeard order his strongest crew member to protect Luffy earns some mad respect for both Whitebeard and Luffy. It can only get better from here Oda, so don't disappoint me.

I'm starting to wonder If Luffy's father is somewhat similar to Disney's Pirates of The Caribbean Davi Jones, every one seems to revere him and he could of been human at one time when he gave birth to Luffy.

This chapter wasn't all that, but if One Piece didn't have a fanbase consisting of 98% yaoi fangirls, then perhaps we would see more Luffy/Hancock fanfics and fanarts after this. It's sad really, that almost no one writes a het pairing in this fandom... *grumbling about stupid yaoi fangirls*

Anyway, I really hope the other strawhats' adventures will be animated as well, if only to make some good fillers. This arc with Sanji and the okama looks hilarious, and now we know that Zoro and Perona has found a level of trust between them (he has his swords back). This needs to be animooted

But BOO to another break. This fight is gonna take forever if Oda keeps putting breaks in between the action.
