I don't see any need of translating the whole thing so I gonna just give a bit resume

1. akira (kakashi's novel) will be meeting the fans along with yutaka and I guess they are going to reveal the "big secret", something about the otsuki lol
2. fanarts for covers of the novels will be in a kind of "exhibition", pixiv made a "competition" to artists draw fanarts of the novels but they don't revealed what is the premium, I saw some of these images some weeks ago and expect a lot of SS fanarts 
3. and some kitten like "fraternization" between cosplays (I guess of burrito and naruto)

and something about the fans being the main part of the event this year (because probably there is nothing new or important going to be revealed about burrito or the main series)

and there is (still) not even any signal of kishi being in the jump festa

I guess no because this is going to be writen by kishi's assistant, the same one who wanted hinata as heroine and was always trying to force kishi to make nh canon

Im really surprise after knowing this news though, [IF] they already knew how bad things after chapter 700 and THE LAST how many fans angry and leaving because of the ending, but why they are still letting that assistant work??? and now in the next gen too?? , he is one of the biggest people who responsible for this ending and bad sale, fans leaving, all because of his stupid idea NH ending = more money, after all this time shouldn't he get fired?? but wow letting him take control of this next gen manga is just ....its like you know that your president is corrupt, but SURPRISE!!! in the next year he win and become the president again    WOOOOOWWWW i don't even have a word for it, maybe 'BAD GUY IS ALWAYS ESCAPE PUNISHMENT AND WIN AFTER ALL'.
