Can you think of a writerr's favorite character that's not the main character but doesn't give him a free pass like Kishi does with Sasuke?

I have a question for you guys and girls.

Let's say that Gaiden was still about drama but it contained really good drama. And it was really well written, top notch quality. Let's say a proper love triangle between Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke. Or between Naruto, Sakura and Hinata. Or hell even between Sasuke, Sakura and Karin. It doesn't really matter, any sort of drama it can be about anything. But just really good drama. Would've you prefer it or what I'm about to suggest next.

If this continuation was about seeing Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Lee, Hinata, Shikamaru dealing with the horrors of the war.

If we would've seen how Naruto with his never giving up attitude and keeping his friends close dealing with the deaths of all that died in that war. If we would've seen Naruto still trying to find a way to finally bring peace in the world; seeing him meet with the rest of the Kages and having a proper chat.

If we would've seen Sasuke searching in the old Uchiha part of the village for some clues about how to stop the reincarnation of Ashura and Indra, so that the future generations won't face what they and the previous generations had to.

If we see Lee and Hinata dealing with the loss of Neji. Seeing Shikamaru taking care of Asuma's king. And on and on.

So what would've preferred? Really good drama that's well written or what I suggested?

Your suggestion duh.

I mean, who said Naruto Gaiden wasn't good drama? That's the sole reason why it's still so popular, cause people want to know what's going on. But it was useless drama. It added nothing to the story. The only thing it accomplished was painting Sasuke and Sakura, and even Sarada in a bad light. It retracted its own moral.

But if we would have went down a more realistic approach like the one you suggested, then Naruto was still be a worthwhile manga. Matter of fact, if what you said was really elaborated on, that could have completely made up for the war act.

But hey, the entire plot exists around pairing crap now! So could've never happened.  :zaru:

One of many hundred SS fans that invade the NS tag in tumblr said the ending was cute and he/she cried in tears of joy, also thanking kishi for the best ending this year   :bash: :bash: :zaru: :zaru: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

That's because their standards are extremely low. Like...horribly low. If anything you should feel pity for them. They have no idea what real love is. I'm dead serious. I wouldn't be surprised if most of these are teenagers. If they're adults then they still have a lot of maturing to do. Even in the world of fantasy, SS isn't 'love'. Even the crap pile that's NH displayed more love and affection than SS.

Still, neither of them come close to what NS had. Seriously, the best romances bloom from the kind of closeness Naruto and Sakura had. Not from staring at your crush from afar and wait for a genjutsu to convince them that they've been in love with you forever and just never knew. Not following a man who brushes you off and hardly gives you any attention and refuses to show you love. I don't care what anyone says. No, no, no. Sex and Marriage can happen without love. It's happened thousands of times before. Both in the fictional world and reality. SS was all cheap talk and no show. Pathetic on Sakura's side and forced on Sasuke's side. I really don't think Sasuke was ever meant to be with anyone and now that they've forced it, it looks horrible.

NH probably could have been good if it wasn't for the fact that Hinata was never on Naruto's radar until a movie that took place AFTER the manga ending (not counting 700) had to shove them together forcibly. Considering Naruto showed no special feelings towards Hinata through the whole series until that movie, the romance was sloppy, cheesy, cringy and just...bad. They had no time to develop, no chemistry and no history. That's why they had to shove in all those fake flashbacks.

I've said it before and I will say it again. SP KNEW Naruto would have never stopped being in love with Sakura. It wasn't in his character. He loved her most of his life, so why would he stop? Even when he was almost certain she'd always follow Sasuke he still loved her. We never even got to see Naruto confess like he always wanted to. That's why SP had to pull out the worst possible idea and go 'lol narudo nvr luvd skra'. BS. Complete and utter BS. The WORST BS I have heard in my entire life. No one lives with a lie that long and with a stupid reason. No one. It goes beyond all logical reason. Even when looking at it from an emotional perspective it doesn't make sense. There's phrase I've heard a few times before and I think it's relevant. "No one is willing to die for a lie."

When Sasuke left, Naruto had no reason to keep up his lolrivalry with Sasuke. None of those NaruSaku moments should have happened if it was even remotely true.

It's just really sad when your pairing has to be rushed and shoved together in one short movie. They didn't even have the time or care to put any real work in it. (AKA Kishimoto. Who already said he couldn't care less about NH. The ones who do all the caring are the Hinaturds at SP.)

Really. Moving my anger aside, the NH and SS fans are pitiful to believe that their pairings are anything above bad. They seriously do not understand what love is and what it means, how it's shown, expressed, ect.

Kishimoto did a good job on MinaKushi. It wasn't anything mind blowing but it was the best romance he freaking wrote. So yes, that man CAN write romance. He has no excuse. the NH and SS fans need to stop and look at a real romance. Not something from a sappy chick flick or Disney or some other anime that didn't care about it's romantic subplot (coffDBZcoffcoffandalotofothershonens).
I'd dare say read "Skip Beat!" for a good romance. It's not done, but that romance in there took time and the two even started out disliking each other. Fruits Basket had a better romance. Ramna 1/2 had a better romance. AnoHana had a better romance and even has some nice themes of unrequited love and moving on. It happens! There are hundreds of other manga/anime with better romances. The NH and SS fans need to find a good romance and hold it up in comparison with NH/SS, taking off their shipping glasses and take a good long look at the two.

If they're willing to be honest with themselves and have the maturity to understand; then only then they'll see just how BAD NH/SS is.

Your suggestion duh.

But hey, the entire plot exists around pairing crap now! So could've never happened.  :zaru:

You know I honestly have no clue why they went this route. I mean ok they went the pairing route but why is everything else broken or forgotten?

That's something that boggles my mind.

Showing how Naruto tries to not disappoint everyone that sacrificed their lives for him and showing how Sasuke tries to redeem himself but still has problems with people in Konoha looking at him with hate and not trusting him because of what he did. And everything else that would actually show progress or at least trying to make some progress to you know make the world a better place; since all that talk about peace in the world and ninja system and blah blah blah. All of it was just sacrificed to create this.

Going the route that I mentioned would've been realistic and it would've made for a better story.

You can have some pairing moments without abandoning everything.

Yeah, it is. ^_^ And really in the case of Rin, even if she loved Kakashi, it's obvious to me her actions show that she also loved Obito. Taking care of him more than anyone else as well as the fact too that she waited in the afterlife for Obito to join her. THAT. Is a real devotion of love.

I think Sakura is like the virgin Mary... Got pregnant without anything.

At some point Sakura probably swabbed Sasuke's mouth for a DNA sample, created an embryo clone and implanted it into her own uterus. (Having become a master of cloning, this is why she commented on how poorly done the Shin clones were. :P) She carried it to term and gave birth so that the child would help justify her delusions that Sasuke gives a sh-it about her. This is also why Sakura flew into such a rage when Sarada threatened her delusion by questioning whether or not she was truly her mother.) The author himself clearly showed us that Sasuke wants nothing to do with her in the final panels. Sakura leans forward with a pathetic shy smile and blush on her face hoping for a kiss, and Sasuke is like, "Yeah... sorry." Then he walks away. Sakura couldn't have come off more pathetic and desperate if she tried.

Why no one was face palming at the fact Sakura chased after Sasuke?

Because it's all she's ever done so everyone is used to it. When you think of it, she's really not all that different from Hinata when it comes to stalking a guy...

I didn't mind Obirin, but it too suffered a bit in my eyes from that flaw of the women only caring about their own feelings, not that of the other. The only ship that was actually a ship between two people that fully cared for each other was MinaKushi.

Most of SS fanbase is female ... like 70% of them. They think its so sweet, you fall in love with a handsome criminal/bad guy, and eventually in the end your love reach him and he redeem himself. Most of them talk/said about how touching it is , how cute it is when they all have dinner together the forehead poke. Those fans are living in a dream, they are delusional, they only thinking of the happy stuff that never happen. Imagine if you were in sakura position. No matter how big your love is for him, if he never home for just 5 years ... your love will start to turn to rage, your economic is in shamble, you raising your child alone with tears and sweat.

Ironic isn't it? Some idiot girl in my country choose a gangsters cool looking, but don't have job, smoking, have a lot of tattoo rather than an average guy who have a job that can guarentee your life. THIS IS WHAT SS FANS are .... an idiot and immature girl who like living in neverland and forever ageless like peterpan. Thats why i said this SS pairing is a humiliation and spit towards all female across the globe. But seeing SS fans im losing my faith in god existence and humanity sanity. :argh: :argh: :wallbash: :wallbash:

An out of control man needs a strong woman to control him.
And even a violent woman will become soft and tender to the man she love.

It's funny how this spin off was advertised with Bolt's character, yet he only appeared three times, while the females of the family, not at all.

They said this chapter was the big conclusion climax to Boruto and Naruto. No joke. I still got the link.

I didn't mind Obirin, but it too suffered a bit in my eyes from that flaw of the women only caring about their own feelings, not that of the other. The only ship that was actually a ship between two people that fully cared for each other was MinaKushi.

Agreed. The whole "Obito did terrible stuff" thing puts a damper on Obirin, too. As for MinaKush: absolutely the best. Sadly tainted by NS red herrings.

Oh yeah I even forgot about that.

The conclusion is from my understanding that boruto is a side character just like Hinata and because of that it somehow makes him so special that he'll get his own movie. That most likely will end with Naruto hugging burrito and then burrito will be paired up with Salad. Which will give birth to next generation of laziness and going to xerox to create them, ups sorry to copy them.

This series is such a joke along with all the crap Shueisha, SP and Kishi say.

Which I've told you - time and time again - is dangerous! There will never be consensus, son, among those you have helped to ascend. They will all differ in their views of what it means to be free. The peace you so desperately seek does not exist.

These men are united now by a common cause. But when this battle is finished they will fall to fighting amongst themselves about how best to ensure control. In time it will lead to war. You will see.

Yeah, it is. ^_^ And really in the case of Rin, even if she loved Kakashi, it's obvious to me her actions show that she also loved Obito. Taking care of him more than anyone else as well as the fact too that she waited in the afterlife for Obito to join her. THAT. Is a real devotion of love.

i always say its the only pairing he did right aside from minakushi

You know what bothers me the most right now. It's not really that the entire plot of "Who's my mommy?" lead nowhere.

It's how it was handled in the end. In the end the DNA test was handled as a comic relief moment between Karin and Suigetsu.

The soap opera turned into a comedy.
