i don't think there are definite ships but the most shipteases are these 3 gintsu, okikagu, kondotae

gintoki and tsukuyo, okita and kagura, kondo and otae.

 

the pairing status are all in progress and not very likely to be canon, i think.

 

gorilla doesn't seem like that kind of writer.. plus there gin doesn't look like a committed kind of guy, okita is *beep*, otae is *beep* too. this coming from a hardcore okikagu fan

serious sacchan is cute yeah   gintoki is just too shippable to resist.

I ship Okikagu while others I don't really care for, but I don't mind if nothing happens because Gintama is more story and character to me, I enjoy the gags and how everyone is portrayed in this anime xD I would say watch the anime first then manga because there are some differences in scenes and dialogue and a different order in which chapter appears in the episode but it is not a huge difference, the anime took me a month...lol
