MS version definitely makes it seem like BZ is actually Hamura ... but it would not  make sense , at least from what we know so far , for him to first help seal her then change his mind and  want to free her .

Yea..I don't think he's an actual "Child" of hers, as in the way that we think of Children. He's some sort of creation given birth by her.

OK  I just noticed this but how the F did Sasuke Shunshin toward Naruto in mid air when he was falling down into the lava if it wasn't from his ability from the eye ? I mean shouldn't your feet/body be on the ground in order for someone to use it , its impossible to use it in mid air if it was just an ordinary Shunshin no jutsu (Body Flicker) I mean this isn't DBZ so he can move in mid air (well except Naruto but that's different) the more i see it the more i'm convinced that this ability comes from the Eye itself the Rinengan not from him his body .

Chapter 681: Kaguya's Tears
As I said before, the Susanoo had no effect on Kaguya. Pointless.
Woau, Naruto & Sasuke look so cool with Black Zetsu implanted in them. Black Zetsu is draining chakra from them.
This chapter answered many questions and left many confused. Black Zetsu was a mystery from the beginning, the most mysterious from Akatsuki. Obito and Madara thought they knew everything about Zetsu, but not. They also thought he was under their control, but in fact they were controlled by Zetsu in order to fulfill his plan.
Hogoromo and Hashura sealed their own mother....and Kaguya is a part of the God Tree. We know Kaguya created the God Tree, in the beginning when the Sixth Paths Priest and his brother beat their mother Kaguya, she was the Shinju. Right?
Well, this Zetsu witnessed many battles...the battle with Hashirama VS. Madara (Madara lost), the battle with Sasuke VS. Naruto (Naruto lost) and many more. He has a lot of knowledge. I must say he is really EVIL. He even rewrote the Uchiha stone table wrote by Hogoromo, all this for war. He approached Kabuto just only to resurrect Madara to use Infinite Tsukuyomi and after that to invoke Kaguya to take over his body. Madara didn't know..

Also in this chapter, we got the story how Madara was able to survive the battle with Hashirama (he bite off a piece of flesh from Hashirama, he is a vampire, lol). Tobirama thought the body he had was the Real Madara, actually a clone. Probably, that's how he learned Resurrection techniques?!
Then it was only one Zetsu, but after the incident with Madara summoning the Gedou Mazou, White Zetsu was born accidentally. Nice product
I forgot, right now Sasuke is considered to be the only remaining Uchiha alive. With Madara and Obito presumed deceased. Some people say Obito he's dead, but Naruto will save him, just wait. As for Madara that's not the end for him...he will return.
Kaguya crying, why? She is evil, although she doesn't see that.
Next week chapter: I will be gone in vacation and no more reviews from me this summer. I will be back Back in September. Or October?! Pretty late huh? Long vacation!
Next week I will predict: the sealing jutsu Hogoromo gave to Naruto and Sasuke will save them and they will be able to counterattack. The counterattack begins! The Edo Kages will come to the battlefield to battle Kaguya.

I think the recent twist destroyed any hopes of people who believes Sasuke will die.
IF anyone noticed, Kishimoto made sure that the Uchiha clan was being used and manipuled all the time, what was written in that monument was what the black zetsu wanted the uchiha clan to follow.
Now that Sasuke knows the truth he will "change the clan".

In short : forget the whole "hatred thing" it's love and the whole monument was just a hoax from DarkZetsu to manipulate the uchiha clan.

Since it seems that Hamura has the Byakugan, we can be just about certain that he is the original ancestor of the Hyuga clan. So it can be said that he had at least one child, but since his mother and brother had two children, it's very likely that Hamura also had two children. If this is the case, then I wonder who the second child would be the acestor of? I'd also like to know who his children were and what they were like. Also, in this case, instead to two sons, he has two daughters.

 

Ability wise, they were probably like Hagoromo's children; one having Hamura's eyes and the other having his body (or something similar to that). I know that others have posted comments very similar to this and you all probably know what my theory is going to be as well, but please just humor me.

 

It could be possible that the other child is Sakura's ancestor. I know that it's probably unlikely but there seems to be more to her than what we originally thought. In terms of combat abilities and growth rate, Sakura's considerably weaker than Naruto and Sasuke, but even then, she's shown herself to be very prodigious and strong in her own right, especialy with her chakra control and healing abilities. Truth be told, I can almost safely say that Sakura is the third strongest shinobi in the Konoha 11 and will probably surpass Tsunade given just a little more time, if she hasn't already.

 

Again, nothing new being said, but since she is this strong and still in the game (if only just on the sidelines for now), and if my theory is right, her ancestral blood may come to play soon, especially since Sasuke's been putting her down lately. Also, maybe if their's a trend here, she may also be a reincarnation of one of Hamura's daughters though this a bit of a stretch.

 

There's my theory for both Hamura and Sakura. Sorry if I told nothing new and accomplished nothing.

I just thought of something. If Madara sacrificed his eye to revive himself back to life, how the hell did he get that eye back? Unless he somehow used Hashirama's DNA cells and the Gedo Mazo to literally rejuvenate his eye, but...

Did Madara once again break logic? How did he implant both of his eyes in Nagato when he sacrificed one to revive himself? Reason why I am having problem just saying "Well, he used Hashirama's DNA" is because it never have been shown that other people have been able to rejuvenate limbs just by adding that DNA. Even Madara said it didn't work at first. Also, merely transplanting another Uchiha's eye doesn't do anything because as shown he didn't just turn Obito's eye into a Rinnegan.

I am lost.

 

 

That's another jutsu.
It doesnt explain what he did with Madara twice, the first when Madara attacked him and he suddenly was stabbed and on the second when he teleports Madara himself.

I already showed several evidence and shown manga proof to say what it isn't, but I have learned that even with manga evidence or any evidence to prove you wrong, you still believe the other way. You want to think it is teleporting that's fine.

Okay. A body flicker is extreme speed. You literally traverse a plain in extreme speed. It could be the speed of light, but it is still speed. It could by hypersonic.

FTG is teleportation which is NOT speed because the user technically does not move. What moves in the space around him. So instead of him going to the space, he moves the space to him. Also, it is instantaneous. Speed is measured in time. (Miles per hour. Kilometers per second. That sort of thing.) Teleportation, being literally instant, has no time. You move to the other place as though time just stopped and planted you right at the place you want to be in.

Obito's Technique is more like portals. Ever play the game Portal where you had the portal gun? Yeah, that is his technique. Although, sometimes it seems like Nightcrawler's teleporting technique where he dimension hops, but I am not sure if he actually has to go through this dimension to actually "travel" to another position or it is just a connected dimension that he can transport people to. From the way it looks, his teleporting portals is a separate thing and the dimension is just something he can access.

Look at the likings of Dragonball Z, would you consider the Instant Transmission to be speed or teleporting?

Yeah the MS version did start off sounding like BZ is Hamura, which is possible, he might have been consumed by the part of the ten tails that was sealed inside him, which by the way westill don't know for certain what happened to that part of the Juubi. Or maybe it is a bi-product of the Kagura's hatred, it's seems that the more Kishi tries to explain it the more confused we get...I hope if we don't get a proper flashback that Kishi releases a special volume showing us what exactly went on in the past, or maybe make a movie out of it...btw wasn't the Naruto Movie meant to come out this Summer?

 

It looks like we might have to wait for the RAWs to come out and somebody actually translates for us so we can get a better idea what the Black Zetsu was talking about, though even BZ seemed confused, he kept referring to himself as We and not me.

 

Edit I just had a funn thought in my head that that Jutsu is the Male version of the Sexy Jutsu.

What on earth did I just read?  I really don't get what Kishimoto's doing anymore, he keeps digging a bigger and bigger hole and filling it with convoluted nonsense. I want to like this manga, I really do, but I just don't anymore. Maybe I'll just have to check in to see whether Sakura ends up getting to do anything worthwhile and then I'll just move on and pretend the manga ended with the Pein arc.

The one good thing I can say is that an explanatory chapter was needed and needed sooner rather than later. It did answer the whole white zetsu thing, but then I run out of positives.

I wish/hope more time is spent answering questions that really matter rather than dancing around the edges. That's great that Black Zetsu helped Kabuto find the body. I just don't remember that being a major point of concern for well, anybody.

What is of concern is making sense of Kaguya. Her motivations make no sense. Significant chunks of the back story make no sense. This chapter solves none of it. Maybe next week?

I'm concerned that this whole chapter is setting up Black Zetsu to be Danzo so Kishimoto has a convenient location to shift all the blame. Having surprise puppet masters can interesting, but this wasn't. I agree with Atheck that it smells of blame shifting.

I'm not sure Black Zetsu is truly independent and comes across more as an extension of Kaguya's will. Wouldn't that be a convenient outhouse for all bad deeds.

I'm also not sure how the explanation for white zetsu can be reconciled with what Madara said earlier, but at least it's something. Even if it doesn't make a ton of sense.

Also, I think I'm supposed to feel something when Kaguya cries, but since Kishimoto's done next to nil in giving me reasons to care about anything she does all I feel is a whole lot of nothing.

EDIT: Oh, apparently ninja techniques that use your eye still work when you are dead even though the eye that executes the technique shouldn't function because the person it's attached to is dead. It's not like it's attach to an outside source. It all depended on the dead guy. He tried to compare this to Sasuke, but Sasuke had the advantage of being alive. And apparently Izanagi can rewrite history well after it happens rather than the close proximity we saw earlier. Is there s a limit to this.

Well, they're a clan ruled by hatred and anger which are traits that make it a lot easier to manipulate them. We all know this by now, this is nothing new, but because of this, I'm starting to believe that the Uchiha had little dignity to begin with. At this point, even though I don't ever want to wish genocide on any kind of group, I'm starting to believe that slaughtering the Uchiha Clan was more of a blessing than a curse (you all should know for what reasons). The only ones that were worth anything were Itachi, Shisui, and Shisui's father Kagami. The rest have proven to be nothing but pathetic trash so far. Forgive me if I'm being to hateful here.

But now we know! The Uchiha we all total turds because of Black Zetsu. Crisis adverted and now we can reconcile this with the we love to much crap of the Uchiha curse.

So, so bad. He's trying so hard to cover the chasm between how people describe them in the series and their extensive history of never justifying those descriptions.

We never see them being good. We only get told that, trust him, they are. It's a variation of the old SODDI (some other dood did it) defense. It's all someone else's fault.

I disagree because Itachi's story is the only one that was really a person caught between a rock and a hard place. It was either kill all of the Uchiha clan or join the Uchiha and destroy Konoha. Yet, despite being put into that position, he still remained righteous and heartfelt unlike all the other Uchiha who basically just went nuts all because they didn't get exactly what they wanted.

It is the one time where I can say the person who actually did the crime shouldn't be punished because he didn't want to do either. Both the Uchiha and the Konoha elders wanted each other dead, but never wanted to dirty their own hands.

Reminds me of World War I and how that all started where everyone wanted to put blame on the other.

None of that justifies what he did to Sasuke after that. Itachi deserves a ton of blame for Sasuke being on his current path. This doesn't absolve Sasuke of anything, but Itachi made it a point to direct him down the path he went for much of his childhood.

I wouldn't take seriously MS's translation by nature. Its translator tends often to make naruto's text so unnatural and so there's a twist of the true meaning behind it.
