As much as I'm happy SasuSaku is dead, I'm abso-kittening-lutely disappointed in regards to how Kishi made Naruto regenerate Kakashi's eye. I don't care about the regeneration itself. This manga has stopped making sense a long time ago. I just hate how Kishi tries to downgrade Sakura every damn time.

It was great. Having Naruto do a healing she can't right in her face. It was a giant Kiss My Ass moment to her character.

And just when thought personal responsibility was dead, he resurrects it so he can murder it all over again. Not that what Madara did was a surprise, but it's so disappointing to see Kishimoto do that. There is Obito's redemption and he gets to die with an it's an all Madara's fault moment. And hey, if he lives, everyone has a scapegoat now.

Maybe the manga's main theme should be blame shifting to designated a**holes.

I can't even care about the pairing stuff because of those things just wrecked the chapter for me.

Oh boy, I was enjoying this chapter until Kakashi decided it was time to walk down memory lane. XD Now the fandom will explode into another pairing debate - and it's pretty easy to argue that it can be interpreted either way (every time it's mentioned Sakura's feelings have changed, ss will argue her feelings are 'deeper'). >_>

How could this put down NS, Now SS is officially dead. 

 

I wouldn't say we're completely out of the woods yet, but the "different feelings" comment does indicate that while she may have fond memories of her crush (before everything turned sower, that is), she has grown past them to the point where she just feels the emotions of a friendship with Sasuke like Naruto does. I wouldn't know why they both still consider him friend material, but that's what the plot demands I guess. That's all I'm gonna say on the matter at hand.

Honestly, you're right. Why else the forum sectio in NF is closed down? Anyway, it appears that you were right all this time. I read it about 3-4 times and it really does come that way, no matter what. If you feel that it's ambiguous, have it your way but really, it's what we all said. It doesn't help that Naruto and Sakura got the most interaction without dealing with "we must do this or else" talk. So it's a poor job if you go with "stronger than love" crap.

What SS fans are failing to realize (or just they don't want deliberately to understand) is the fact that this chapter doesn't offer some positive hints towards SS, rather it legitimizes the negative path of SS towards a definitive conclusion.

Mangapanda version:
Kakashi - "And Sakura... I reckon your feelings towards Sasuke have changed since that time. Even if you still like him, it's probably a different feeling."

Mangastream version:
Kakashi - "And Sakura... I'm sure your feeling towards Sasuke have changed since back then. Though you might still like him, it's a different feeling now."

No matter how the two versions are a bit different, both agree one thing, Sakura has no more feeling that she used to have once a time, and even though she might like him now, it's a different feeling the she feels right now. And despite everything, she feels that she has a duty in order to save him.

SS hint? I wouldn't say this, Kakashi is telling us that Sakura has no more romantic feelings towards him. Because, since Naruto has showed (and maybe Hinata), the true feelings cannot acquire or magnified but just remain trufhful forever. What kinda love can turns if you used to love him right then!? Simply, because it wasn't a truve love. Sakura's feelings are changed.

Sakura just liked a mental version of Sasuke that he could never be (and still it will never be in the future), an obsessive crush.

I think Kishi made the translation so onto point that they couldn't twist it in any way! Speaking about MS...

You know to me the MS isn't much different then the MP one they even go to refer Sasuke as her enemy but an enemy who she still cares for because she's a sweet girl kinda like Naruto is sweet also  plus Kakashi says even if you still like him which means that she might even not like him at all anymore and this automatically debunks that the different felling is meant as she loves him now . Really SS is completely DEAD now .

 

What i also find it interesting is that Kakashi says for T7 to tell what they like and what they dislike and only the Sakura part of what she disliked is left out i wonder why ? 

 

Oh and Chatte i think this chapter points out that Sakura's gonna have a power up via Naruto so far i think you are right on you theory hehe :)

Now, at present, it doesn't look so good, but don't think that Sakura is no longer useful, could be that kishi is just setting her up to NOt be a background healer, she is going to fight WITH Naruto like she said she would.

He is saying he has read Kakashi's lines several times and realized that the only way this page can be taken is that Sakura has fallen out of love for Sasuke and her feelings have changed indefinitely. The context of the scene reinforces that Kakashi truly means that Sakura has changed her heart and no longer wants to be with Sasuke as a lover anymore.

 

Sakura only sees Sasuke as a friend now.

Why are people saying there is a stage beyond love in the first place? You are either in love or you aren't. If Part 1 Sakura said that she was in love with Sakura and now she has changed, then there is only one answer.

This is even further backed up by the fact that Kakashi thought of the very scene where Sakura admits that Sasuke was her dream and it was her ambition to be with him in part 1. If that change now in part 2, then it is obvious that it means she doesn't love him anymore, but merely cares about him.

There's only one route. Again, the forum crashed for a moment because the truth struck hard. Now, new (illusion) route is made. As they all say now, it's a duty, not love. And honestly, this made perfect sense. It's not the idea of "Even after all this time, she still loves Sasuke. That's a strong girl." It's about "She once loved him, but it all has changed. Still, she won't kill him because she doesn't love him, rather still wants to help a person, even if it's the worst of all mankind." Reflect back to Obito, she thanked him who he killed and suffered all of her friends because he did save Naruto. Basically, she has a great heart.

Now, at present, it doesn't look so good, but don't think that Sakura is no longer useful, could be that kishi is just setting her up to NOt be a background healer, she is going to fight WITH Naruto like she said she would.

I do think the power of Naruto will get explained better soon, since Naruto gets it and don't gets it. Think as the time he helped all of the alliance to escape the blast from Juubi. Like he knows he can do it but can't explain how it works. Sakura may learn that soon and give us the explanation. Really, it's confusing.

I think you are setting your expectations too high. Last time she got one she laid waste to a bunch of mooks before invoking her specialty background no jutsu.

This Was the best chapter since 631, heck even better. A look on Team 7 development and about to face madara. Man Madara is evil I figure he plan its as such with Rin. For the eye thing we have to wait and see cause their is ond to be a drawback, for the moment could be a way to set up Sakura potison to be simaulr when Tunade went against Madara.

Exactly also if you noticed Kishi deliberately din't put the Sakura part when she says what she "dislikes" but did so for Naruto and Sasuke any guess why?

As much as I'm happy SasuSaku is dead, I'm abso-kittening-lutely disappointed in regards to how Kishi made Naruto regenerate Kakashi's eye. I don't care about the regeneration itself. This manga has stopped making sense a long time ago. I just hate how Kishi tries to downgrade Sakura every damn time. 

 

I had to convince myself that the reason why Sakura is not fighting is because she's a medic. She's the only one that can heal multiple people. Even though she's the weakest in team 7, that's alright because she's a support and that's what Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi can't do. She's trained for three years and is nearly surpassing Tsunade like how Naruto and Sasuke surpassed their previous mentors. Healing is her 'special thing'. Now what? Within an hour, Naruto could do the most difficult medical abilities-regenerating. Naruto is the one who surpassed Tsunade in terms of healing capabilities. 

 

So....what is Sakura's specialty now? Healing cuts? I feel like I got a slap to my face because Sakura has trained for three years, and within an hour Naruto becomes a superior medic than her.

 

If I was a Rock Lee fan I would have hated Sasuke because in just one month he was able to catch up to Rock Lee's speed. This....this is even worse than that. Naruto was my favorite character but nowadays I can't help but feel super annoyed how he tries to steal away Sakura's spot. Urrrrrggggggghhhhhhh!

 

As a Sakura fan am I supposed to be pleased that the 'special thing' about Sakura is that she's going to be Naruto's wife?

I know how you feel why is Kishi doing this to Sakura? Why I mean come on Naruto better lose this healing thing that he has after Madara is tasking down, that or Sakura better get a damn power up all I will be ticked if she is just simply left out of the fight next week.

 

Probably, Kishi has something planned for Sakura. Even he knows what Naruto is doing is Sakura's job. We'll get an explanation I assume or things will be self explanatory.

I hope so I mean we need something for Sakura and not have her stand there and have Naruto and Sasuke do all the work.

 

SS fans thinks that Sakura still loves Sasuke and this actually was the chapter that have killed NS :/

 

Kakashi said that Sakura has now different fellings since then. If 12 years old Sakura liked Sasuke, what kinda feeling does she have now? A supreme love? LOL Sincere love? A true love is always sincere.

Won't it be funny if Madara comes back and was like "well kitten. That didn't help me at all." Obito did raging demon and Madara is on the ground, asking Naruto to give him some chakra.
