It would be nice if Sakura can be present to Rikudou's bed time story but I doubt it will happen. If the Rikudou left a bit of his chakra into the Bijjus so when the time is right he can appear and talk to the next "Rikudou" aka Naruto, then Sakura being present wouldn't make sense. Unless somehow Naruto brings her into the meeting or Sakura can just hear them without actually being present, like the moment between Obito and Naruto from 652-654.

Naruto could always explain to her when doubt is shown, like he could bring up that an old man from the past told him a story. Sakura will then understand that what Madara said is all true but missing the points. History is written by the victor. While it doesn't apply here that greatly, my point is that you never get a complete factual story without knowing the person in it, but even then, it's still not that possible.

Oh boy another bed time story can't wait. Let's just hope this one is not as long as Hashirama's story and it gets straight to the point. I want answers but I don't want a novel. And lets hope Naruto doesn't do a 180 after the bed time story.

This might be the only bed time story I'm looking forward to. Too bad we might have to wait 10 extra chapters for the possible NS moment. x) It has potential to be as good as the Kushina flashback, and I feel like Rikudo's appearance is 'now or never'. I hope is gets straight to the point too, and answers a lot of the questions too deeply rooted for anyone else to answer. Because I believe this was a long time coming, we might be able to connect the dots if we get an explanation by the origin of everything.

So what will be Minato's role now  ? He has no arms what will be his purpose now since it seems that my theory that SM will negate that ability of Madara's and restore both of his arms has failed , is the foreshadowing that he gave us with the flashback he had will just go away or there will be another situation in which Naruto's gonna be in life danger and that's when this foreshadowing and his goodbye to Naruto comes in ? I think something like this is definitely gonna happen .

How valid is that editor's note though?  I mean this isn't the first time it was off base for the next chapter.  I really don't think we're going into a another series of flashbacks at this time.    There's too much going on right now, with Madara, Sasuke's situation, and the alliance.   Unlike when we took a break from the war to shift to Sasuke and Orochimaru, there are more than two fronts to cover.

 

Frankly, I'm more interested in how Madara will make on his declaration to Obito of taking back everything he gave to him.  If the transfer of Yin Kurama succeeds Obito will die, most likely using the last of his chakra to send Naruto and Sakura back, leaving the left eye in the other dimension.  In order to get the eye, Madara will have to leave the battle once to go into the other dimension, get the eye, and then come back.  From a story telling perspective, I can't honestly see this happening.  You have a major pause in the battle for Madara to transverse dimensions leaving the heroes behind to get something left on another plane, and then come back.  Then, you probably take the battle to the other dimension, with Naruto providing the necessary chakra to Kakashi to send everyone there to try to stop Madara.  This is one of the possible directions the story can take, but I don't see it happening. One reason is that it's become tedious, and also, it's further delaying the inevitable, because we all know Madara will eventually get the left eye.  One of the major aspects of storytelling.  One twist can drastically change the direction.  The next chapter's results will surely determine the story's next focus.  That is why the current wait is so unbearable, at least for me.

Thanks, I just wanted to make sure since in MP Sakura just says "He's different" without further context. To be honest it reminded me of this:

Just to clear it up for you guys since the seal seems to be a little problematic thing here. It will disappear when Sakura will have like 0 chakra left.. :)

Just to make it so I'm clear...

I always imagined the seal like a different and huge chakra pool. Like say Sakura has 2 buckets. One bucket is like the size of one you might use to wash your floor and the second one is the size of a water heater. The first one would be her main chakra pool and the second one would be Byakugo. Is this a correct understanding?

Also if this is the case if her first bucket runs out but she still has the second bucket she won't lose the seal right?

Maybe. 'I can see you in -- x character' has happened countless times. The only reason I have some doubt is because Obito had the chance to comment on it before, and didn't. Why now? It probably only makes sense from a writer's perspective, if this is the time to give closure to the whole Obito's arc. The whole pre-team 7 and ObiRin deal. Usually in character arcs and parallels, we see subtle hints along the way, and in the end Kishi confirms them directly.

No. I think we'll have a moment, but now's not the right time for canon. The situation is too hasty, and they can't be canon before Sakura is over Sasuke. It'll happen in the next arc I believe.

How is that possible? The flashback will happen while Naruto is in his limbo. Sakura will react when he wakes up.
