On a serious note, I do envision Naruto being very, very close to death; so much so you'll actually believe nothing can save him. I also expect some kind of serious monologue reflecting his life and whatever like we got for Jiraiya, Kakashi, and Obito the "first time".  However, I doubt he'll see Kushina again and as sushi said, it's unnecessary to add another Saku/Kushi confirmation as a parallel. 631 basically hit us over the head with it, anything else would be "why".
 
I feel like the NaruSaku moment we'll get more than enough makes up for Kushina confirming the parallel herself. Just wait, guys. If Kishi has everyone believe Naruto will die, Sakura's true feelings will suddenly be even more clear than before.

That's true, but the question is how long will it be until we get that NS moment?

I just realized that Naruto deals with big baddies with different circumstances such as peace, love, friends, etc. while Sasuke stays dealing with brotherhood, minor or major. I think the most normal one is with Deidara, but even then, it had Itachi's involvement, so yeah...........

Let me ask all of you this: what is your obsession on the idea of choosing whom first. Why you want it so bad? To feed your ego? Have you ever thought of "Good, not good" scenario? What I mean is like one moment it actually happens, but the last half goes against you. Ok, here's my honest to God thoughts. Do you know why I wanted to kill Madara around the same time as Obito's defeat (note: defeat, not dead)? To make the arc shorter? Sort of yeah, but here's the truth. While I know the fact Sasuke is not the hero here, which is ok, I have thought that getting rid of Madara will prevent a boss battle with Sasuke. Why? Because well, as many would like to point out, he can be the hero and all the crap will be forgotten. Basically, this is your "good, not good" scenario. So for those who wanted Madara and ended up getting this which displeases you, I hope you're happy.

 

But again, I see it differently and well, it's a different case of scenario ever since the way Sasuke displayed himself. From the look of it, Kishi is trying to keep Sasuke as "bad" and "shady" as he can be, meaning no interaction from others as well as not having to thank them or rely on them. My best guess is that if anything, it would seem like this could set up one more way to make Naruto>Sasuke in terms of accomplishment, which could be defeating Madara. It will be much worse if Naruto did it in base form. Kishi needs to push Sasuke's button to make him hate on Naruto because it was getting there 2 volumes ago, and it can come back again for more. Let's not forget that Naruto was on fire. It's just too bad that he had a Bijuu, so one way to beat him is extraction. If Kuruma's chakra was his, Naruto and Madara would have gone on longer. I'm serious about this. Think about it, he couldn't beat Obito, which was understandable because he was a God, but did he lose ASAP? No, because Obito had a ultimate defense. I mean let's not forget he was taking on Madara and Obito at one point. Naruto is a monster.

 

Basically, stop jumping the gun and wait. That message I made for NS should be message for all not because of pairing but because of people's patience and thinking it will end the exact way they believe in, not think, believe, and to me, that's pushing it. So, I'm done here. Have fun talking about pairing logic rather than the story logic.

 

P.S. I find it ironic that my name somewhat screams all-day pairing talk, yet the one with a normal name outside of NS talks way more than I do.

 

I don't really see as a problem if Madara is taken down by Sasuke or even by Naruto and Sasuke. This Knock out that Madara did with both characters in this last 2 chapters would be consistent with the cliche that the good guy/hero is down only rise again with new strengths.

As it now only Hiruzen and the 5 Kages would be the ones to even have a chance against Madara but maybe Kishi wil surprise us and have others characters give it a try. Or another possibility is that now that there isn't any real challenger to Madara's plan we can finally see what he is intending to do with that dream world of his. Give a bit of time until both Naruto and Sasuke recover.

As for Sasuke being seen as a hero because he sided with the alliance good for him. We still don't know what he is planning but Kishi showed very clearly that it involves Naruto in a bad way so we just have to wait and see what happens.

Sakura choosing Naruto or Sasuke at this point would be weird as hell. For one Naruto is closer but let's say that she suprises us and goes to help Sasuke. Why? Sasuke would be literally at Madara's feet.

I think there have been one or two Uchiha shown in the manga with unique hair colours. Yashiro's hair and eyebrows seemed to have a differing complexion next to your run-of-the-mill clansman. The lightness may just be a result of old age though. He's supposedly 45 in the Databook.

For the most part the Uchiha seem to keep marital affairs confined strictly to those that share their blood. It would be interesting to see how they would react to having one of their clansmen mingling with someone from another illustrious clan like the Uzumaki. Their general resentment seems to be geared towards the Senju but the Uchiha may have been at odds with the Uzumaki as well because of their close ties to their sworn enemy.

 

 

I think it was filler but in the first part I think not all Uchiha did activate their sharingan. Now we know how the sharingan activates for the first time one would need to be involved in a tragedy but maybe there were Uchihas that didn't experience it and where does that put them. Now there's the hair thing. Only the Uzumaki had a gene that made their hair red and also made them stand out of the crowd but the same can't be said of the Uchiha.

Even if next chapter is just Sasuke and Madara in the focus, I'm okay with that, just for anything i hope we don't get some forced scene some nh fans have predicted being hinata giving him another talk like 615, that would be so dumb and out of place because kurama was extracted. Really I have seen some concerned how the ns moment is still possible, I mean it very well can come but as for this nh stuff some are predicting, it's not likely, more so why should hinata have a central focus when we know of this stuff relating to what Chiyo told sakura long about about jinchurki extraction? Ns should have a good possible moment at this start of the year.

In order to save Naruto someone must perform Chiyo's reanimation jutsu. Or something as powerful. Love? XD

Are you thinking of a "friendship powerup" for Sakura? Just that it's love? That is possible, it has happened before in this manga although I'm not a fan of them. You made a good point about Kurama, I hope we find out what exactly he told Gaara next chapter.

It's more like Naruto's possible death will make her realize how she really feels about him. We might even get one flashback or two..
The perfect scenario for me is her trying to safe him using medical ninjutsu, but it doesn't help.. he's dying.. takes one last look at her crying face, saying "you sure have a large charming forehead... makes me wanna kiss it" and passes out.. this makes her realize her true feelings.. we get a series of NS flashbacks.. followed by something similar to NARUTO x Uniqlo OVA.

Talk about wishful thinking, eh~

That would be great to see, now this is just a thought, but what if this triggers back to how Naruto and Sakura first met. Like maybe we see a young sakura helping out a young Naruto after he gets thrashed to the point where he falls unconscious. Which in a way would parallel to her saving Naruto now. I mean yeah it would be inconsistant, unless Kishi explains what her think he's so annoying (besides the sasuke stuff). Also that's if he does do something like this right now.

just a healing can't safe him either.
love will reinforce the effects of healing.

or reanimation jutsu.. I but can't see Kishi sacrificing Sakura.

I don't either, but the thing is some people are getting that feeling, "Hey, it's a good idea," only to think "kitten, it's not good" approach. That's why for their sake, I wanted him to die asap, but that's not the case. So basically, if you wished for this, only to get something that is against you, well you got it. It's like wishing your crush to kiss you by saying, "wish to kiss a guy named James," only to see her kiss another James and so forth. It sounds good until you received it. Some are good with it, of course, but yeah, that's all I came to say.

I think the Kushina parallel is complete. That just means that I think it would be unecessary, but I wouldn't count it out. If it happens I hope Kushina appears for more than parallel reason. The parallel must come in second, like a bonus. Minato did not come to the battlefield to confirm parallel, even though he did it anyway.

I agree with you the parallel is technically done but I wouldn't be surprised to see it again. And of course if Kushina appears I want it to be for more than just to reconfirm a parallel.

I have to be honest here I haven't read the Harry Potter books but I did watch the movies and after the disappointment of the last two movies I wanted to forget they even existed and in a way I did. So I don't understand the Harry Potter reference. So can you explain the reference?

I just want to say this right now for a certain theory kicking around. If the theory that Sasuke is going to get the Rinnegan is true, then you might as well give Sakura slug sage mode. Logic and development is thrown out the window when it comes to Sasuke and if Kishi is going to mess this up that badly, then might well go full throttle.

Enough of this "Well we have to see them train for it" when Sasuke is just the master of all jutsu regardless of training.

I can also think of several ways Sakura can gain slug sage mode without going through the same training Naruto did and it still would make more sense than Sasuke gaining the rinnegan at this point.
