Yeah, I thought that we might very well see Sasuke does something at the end of the chapter, then next chapter, we'll see Sakura and possibly what she's thinking. That if not also saying something and/or interfering in the same chapter.

Seeing as how this has been for with Sakura appearing every othr two chapters.

 

example: Chapter 638, 641, and 644.

 

It's only safe to assume this pattern will be repeated again for this volume in chapter 647.  I could be wrong, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Yup, this upcoming chapter will tell us what the characters will do after the Tsukuyomi had started. Plus, what will Madara will have to do with his trump card now that he was been seen irritated.

Ok, judge by preview.

 

1) Sasuke could in fact play his card early than before, after witnessing Naruto and feel like he has no part in anything. Juugo don't know what's his plan, so he will be surprised on what role Sasuke will take. Yes, Sasuke can't do anything to hurt Obito, let alone his power won't able to do so since Juubi already easily handled his jutsu like the flaming sun and all. So what is Sasuke's plan? That's where the fun begins. My best guess is that when Naruto/Minato/Tobirama believe it is over, Sasuke will interfere and ruin what could have been the end for all. This will happen in the very end, leaving a shocking twist/cliffhanger. You may ask, "How's he going to go inside? Snake summon. That's why Kishi had him mentioning it because it can in fact play here.

 

What doe it mean for the future? Well I have mentioned that one screw-up from Sasuke and he will be nonredeemable. It would seem my possibility is on my side. That said Sakura is already on the verge of not trusting him and using Hinata to tell her report, she will be devastated. I think that moment can end SS forever. Again, for Sasuke, now it's not the time to do something bad but if he does, all your support is gone. Well they already are but don't scar it, leave it as a wound. So one step, game over.

 

2) Sasuke would actually do something useful and actually get some reward from it. He will be like, "Not giving it up" and all. It's possible but least likely, because Kishi has slowly build Sasuke to witness Naruto in his incredible state, and Sasuke has been there for no reason in terms of combat. Turns out the reason is well being the fact to have him see Naruto at his finest and Sasuke slowly increase his jealousy since Naruto saves Sasuke and Minato in chapter 640. In fact, I believe it could be the reason for them to smile because now, the story is different, Sasuke hates to be with Naruto when he's the stronger one. But let say this one is the one to go with, then Sasuke can be in fact back in the game. Still need to get strong, but he won't stop there at least.

 

3) False information of the preview. It wouldn't be the first.

^Which makes me think , if he has intentions to act when their back are turned that would literally mean that Sasuke will steal something from the battlefield in terms of power .

We still don't know what kind of gift Minato has in stored for Naruto , what will happen with the dark Kuraka after Edo Tensei disappears , maybe Sasuke has called dibs on that already ?
Madara on the other hand may play his spade in all means we are all intrigued what it  is, still waiting for the kages to make an arrival .

As for SS mhm , maybe it will come to an end , it has a massive build up (540,635 Hinata keeps him in check ) , so it will get closure , i wonder though if its gonna be next chapter ^^?

I do think for now that Sasuke will get a new power by getting it from somewhere, or steal a power like a specific power from the Juubi or Obito or Madara. I don't see him training and such.

But he will solidify it and it will be easier on Sakura to say, "Forget it." I don't know what's next but it won't be entirely good or it can be entirely bad. Sasuke feels like a third wheel. No, feels like a spare tire inside the trunk. That's how low he's feeling and he can't let that happen. I believe his mentality is going to get the best of him really soon.

Naruto noticed something as soon as Sasuke came on the battlefield but chose to trust him for Sakura-Chan's sake imo . And Sakura on the other hand chose to trust Sasuke for Naruto's sake .

I agree that I don't see Sasuke helping Naruto here rather something for himself. If he has senjutsu, why didn't he go with others? He has none. He's literally sidelined it. He can only watch and get pissed. The reason why Sasuke is part of this is to have him angry at Naruto and most likely shift everything. Orochimaru is starting to seem like he knew this would happen and wait for his "wind" to happen.

At this point, Sasuke will pull something that no one sees it coming and it won't be a good thing. No matter what, he needs to get strong if he wants to be Hokage or so he claims and Naruto must be eliminated. That said what is the chance that he will find opportunity to gain more power in this scenario. Would he go after Madara to understand further power? Would he go for Obito for Juubi? I don't know but now, things are changing and Sasuke won't be smiling with Naruto for a long time after this event.

Does this mean everyone's barely trust with him will die? Without a doubt. Sasuke should be helping Naruto, not asking for more power or put any other priority over Naruto's support. Sakura already place Naruto above many so trying to hurt him, he'll have to go through her. It won't be like before with Sakura asking Naruto to stop the fight. Again, his trust value is on the line, so one slip up, it's all over.

Agree with the Oro stuff , as for power Madara is a good tool of temptation he still has a spear eye of rinnegan somewhere xD ,we all know Obito has 1 for the other.. not much is known.

JUubito or other bijuu he needs Hashi/uzumaki blood oh wait maybe that's the reason he said ''sorry'' to KArin? Meh , oro has the DNA Too , Madara.. yep.

Sakura Vs. Sasuke.

 

I wish.   Kishi went out of his way to neuter Sasuke is terms of power compared to Naruto and if Sakura is shown to have any additional genjutsu resistance then Sakura is pretty set up to fight him. I still maintain this is the best way for her to put her baggage to rest. Not only is she back in the spotlight, dealing with an issue that is central to her character, we also have Sasuke showing his hand on where his loyalties lie since that's been a huge question mark since he reappeared. Juugo is a wild card though. Konoha 11 maybe?

Naruto is going to have his hands full with Juubito. How Kishi would play out Naruto reaction to his teammates fighting though is pretty ambiguous. There's so many ways that can go I can't even begin to speculate.

 

Also, I'm pretty sure we don't even know where Sakura IS atm since the chakra jump Naruto performed on the alliance. She could be 10 feet away or a mile away like she was before.

 

Frankly, Sakura is falling back into this rut of being sidelined. Again. She needs this.
