Fornever world just posted a video asking if Sakura is a terrible character? And I must say as he is a NH shipper, he did a pretty good job, granted a few misconceptions here and there.

I don't bother checking comments from Naruto chapters reviews because 50% of them are bashing Sakura. Why so much hatred for Sakura and NS??? Simple it's because deep down they know it's going to be NS in the end because they know Sakura will end up with Naruto, and they know NH and SS doesn't stand a chance. So it's better to deny the truth completely and unleash all of their anger on the pairing and the character instead, it makes sense.

LOL I don't necessarily care what they think of the series personally. I went there because someone said he did a review on her character. I saw the comments, and laughed because the logic wasn't there. Double standards, hypocritical, illogical comments were all over the place. But I wasn't annoyed. It was just really funny.

Also, I haven't viewed a review in a VERY long time. I wanted to see what some of their thoughts were on the chapter just to see if any of them have changed. A majority of them haven't it seems. Unfortunate, but whatever. Let em hate while we enjoy our amazing heroine.


One of them said something to me that was funny. Apparently, after the next chapter, Sakura will likely not be featured for the next 5.

Well for starters I used to think sawyer was different than the average NH fan. But then I realized he's just like the rest of them he bashes Sakura and he can be biased about it too. I mean his last comment from this chapter review" Sakura for once she didn't thought about Sasuke" seriously WTF, since the beginning of part 2 has Sakura was always thinking of Sasuke??? I would like for sawyer yo answer that question. The last time Sakura thought about him in this arc was 540 and it was in a negative light very anti SS. It annoys me that he pretends to be a fair fan and pretends that he cares for Sakura but he doesn't, he obviously doesn't like her. Of course if its Hinata he'll be praising the heavens but whatever I won't say another word. As for Forneverworld I won't bother checking his reviews if he's going to talk bad about Sakura.

For once I would like for Kishi to read all those hateful comments about Sakura. I would like to know his reaction and opinion. If it was me I will be angry, here I create an original character who I see her to be very human and a normal person and the fandom from the West hate her just because she's the male protagonist love interest???

Eh with all the other factors around ns both for and against it, one reason I just see a ns ending is one part development throughout the story another part simply just ending development. The whole return of SS is just, well the most out of place thing in my opinion, I mean if Sasuke himself returns and tells sakura the same stuff Kakashi did to rin, that could honestly be something for promoting what we hope. I really just see an rational outcome as you know, naruto achieving his goals with Sasuke and sakura, sakura being the opposite of gone from hating naruto in the start to loving him in the end, Sasuke acknowledging them and not being hate or revenge filled.

I mean despite what has happened, sakura can still turn to naruto and there are still too many loose ends, like why naruto cannot confess to her. Just too much stuff still unaddressed. If this goes unknown, it would be somewhat annoying to all fans like we would be missing reasons for why these things went unanswered.

He's actually done that before. He was sitting with the Shippuden VAs while he read the Sakura hate mail from Hinata/NH fans. They say he was pretty mad about it.

I think the one who said that to Kishi was the guy giving the interview telling him about the part of Hinata been a better heroine than Sakura.

My perspective may be of a pessimistic nature but I feel that it allows the reader to prepare themselves emotionally should events take an unsought turn. Furthermore, at this point, having experienced Kishi's writing for at least several years now, some of us should be able to infer that disappointment of this calibre isn't beyond the author's capabilities.

Could you provide other disappointments that have happened in the past? I haven't been reading Naruto for several years as I only seriously started reading it last year but I can't really think of any. I tend to let the story flow at its own pace and don't set expectations through the roof especially for pairing matters.

Naruto is a huge sprawling manga and there are bound to be inconsistencies here and there. I don't think it's perfect. I am firmly against the possibility that Kishimoto is going to sabotage the development that he has built for Naruto and Sakura however as you seem to fear he might. It's one thing to conjure a plot device to make the story work. It's quite another to destroy years of development between two main characters based on a whim or fan demand.

Yeah if its true it would be interesting to hear about it. I now for sure is that there was a transcript during sakuras confession when he was asked a negative question about sakura. The transcript describe about how kishi physically reacted it was pretty clear that he was annoyed.

You know i came to the conclusion that hating is not the answer rather than join the bashing/hating hoping that kishi might kill off the character thats his fond of Even if he choose not to. If we really loved and respect the creator we would try to help him write his character better if he had troubles but instead we let hate take over us and turn it into something mainstream .

Thats pretty much the sad reality of it.

I've heard of that bit even though I was never sure if it were true or not but I didn't know he actually saw something revolving around the hate that Sakura gets. If I personally saw this and I were the author, I'd be a bit pissed, and do something about it. Make her even more relevant than she already is is what I'd do.

To summarize but a few...

1. The general lack of activity or contribution from the K9 excluding Team 10 throughout P2 until recently with Hinata receiving the majority of the focus.

2. Kishimoto's inconsistent writing relating to what messages he wishes to provide such as the emphasis of defying destiny in P1 but now it is the opposite of that...

3. Kishimoto neglecting to provide the necessary time to Sakura that will clarify to the fans that she is the heroine

4. Naruto's original efforts to reform Sasuke which have consumed a large part of the manga's existence have recently become almost meaningless since it only required two conversations with Itachi and Hashirama to reconsider his actions

5. Established information becoming retconned or not being addressed such as Kabuto's red eyes, lack of explanation for Gaara's statement that a sand priest's soul was in fact Shukaku yet in P2 it is revised as being a mass of chakra that was originally created from a beast known as the Jubi, the reasoning behind why Gaara's transformation into Shukaku is so drastically different than the tailed transformations of other jinchuuriki like Killer Bee, ect.

6. Simply the general atmosphere of P1 appears to have been completely reversed since P2 began which I believe is detriment concerning particular core qualities that made P1 more appealing than P2 like the fights being more strategically oriented than P2's DBZ-esque battles

Really? He sacrificed over four hundred chapters of development and effort from Naruto who was attempting to dissuade Sasuke from his quest for vengeance in the span of thirty through two conversations which I have already referenced in my other response. By this point in time I have no uncertainty that Kishi is capable and willing to deter from what he already established if he feels compelled to do so.

It is one of the issues that other board members such as James S. Cassidy have been so critical about.

Oh, I think you know how i'd write the next chapter. Some Naruto, Minato interaction with Sakura being there to listen. I'd debate on whether I'd want Minato to just flat out say they're alike, or have Sakura do something for him to feel that way.

I think doing something to make him say will be an better option. One thing I'm still trying to figure it out is how Naruto knows he was coming or at least feels so calm about it. Next chapter sure going to answer something and perhaps the whereabouts with others.

I'm sure they're still on their way. It'd be nice if Kushina was brought back for whatever reason. I wonder how she'd feel about Sakura. But yeah, I think she'll do something to make him make that comparison. It'd be funny if he just looked at her and felt it though.

I couldn't agree more about Kushina, then it will be like the movie, only 100%, no more pestering around by haters, canon. You know, perhaps we can learn how Minato chooses the right woman. I mean he must have some taste to go with Kushina, so perhaps he is good at it and note it just by looking at her.

You think they're not there? Why is that? I mean granted I expected Sasuke to make a grand entrance, but why you think they're not there yet? I mean if Minato can make it, why not others? Plus, I thought Tobirama got the same thing if not better. Lastly, wouldn't it be smart if Minato did it with all of them, not just himself? Man, all the answers will come next chapter.
