wonder how long pokemon will last?

@rikakim94 - Hard to say, though a part of thinks it should've ended a few years ago (like in Gen IV). Are they just going to keep on going until the cow dries up?
And how many more Pokêmon are there gonna be? 1000? 2000?

Didn't seem that long ago that Black & White were released. So what's next after this generation, Oxygen & Nitrogen?? Are they gonna go back to the precious stones/metals or start using the periodic table? Or worse, A, B & C.?! When does it start to get, I don't know, ridiculous?

Also, this affects the anime too as every new generation introduced extends Ash's journey by another 2-3 years. At this rate we'll NEVER see Ash Ketchum become a Pokémon master!

So yeah, I'll stick with classic Yellow for a while.

I agree with you Quinny52 they should just give pokemon a rest already and think of other ideas for marketing.

@Slex - I can understand your aprehension, I had to do presentations myself when I was at Uni. Daunting at first, but when the time came it was like a switch had been flipped in the my head. I was serious when I had to be and stuck to my notes, yet allowed some freedom so I could occasionally introduce some lightheartdness in to it (by ad libing mostly ).

My advice would be deep breaths, stick with your notes and you'll do fine. You know what you need to do (I'm assuming you do ), NOW GET OUT THERE AND DO IT, GIRL!!

P.S. Also I find drinking milk tends to calm me down if I've got nerves. Helps settle the butterflies in the stomach. Hope anything I said helps.

I always get nervous when I have to speak in front of people, but today is particularly nerve wracking because I don't have my speech memorized. I had to write it last night due to procrastination dedicating my time to other assignments. I think I'll be okay, but I'm going to end up reading the last half of my speech. Unless I can improvise, but I've never been good at working on the spot.

I'm trying the milk thing. I hope it doesn't squirt out of my nose or something.

I think if you just put yourself in a situation where you're talking with people you know and comfortable with, in the same time when presenting, that would make you feel more at ease.

When I have to present, I do the same thing just in case if I felt suddenly nervous, so why don't you try it. Plus, try to not focus on what could the others think about the way you're presenting and such.

And take it that way: " Now, I'm going to present and get rid off it after finishing ". Tends to make you more encouraged XD

Thanks for the advice! I feel that my speech went well enough. I definitely looked down at my cue cards too much, but I don't think it was a big deal. And just like you said, I feel so relieved now that it's over.

Plus, I haven't taken a mathematics class in years, so I had no idea which formulas to use in the first place. It took me about 15 minutes just to get past the first three questions! I at least tried to do the things that I know, like adding rows and copy/pasting formulas from other cells, so I should get a few points there. Better than a 0!

You reminded me when I was doing my exam in CSC about Excel
You get confused with all the formulas and applying it when doing a test will get you more confused

Doing those things that you said about will make you score a 60 or 65, I guess. That's if the test was over 100 XD

That's probably what my score is going to end up being, although I believe I have full points for the chart portion, which was worth about 25%. If I'm lucky, I'll pass with a score of 75%, but I don't want to get my hopes up.

I'm upset about it because I'm usually an A+ student, but Excel threw me for a loop. At least I can make up points when we start working with Word and Power Point. Those are easier to understand.

Yeah, Word and Power Point are easier. Though, Visual Basic if you'll get to study of it, is somewhat complicated cause it has some calculations and you have to know what method to use to get the right number, not to mention there's formulas too , but not as much as Excel in formulas XD

Happens all of the time. All it takes is one grouchy person to bring down someone's day.

I thought today was going to be relaxing, given that it's the weekend and I finally have a break from my homework, but nope. The big grouchy man in charge of the house that I'm living in decided that we're all too lazy, even though we do practically all of the chores around here every day while he watches tv. He's just being a jerk because his wife isn't home.

It seems like your not to comfortable living in that house you should rent an apartment or is it to expensive?
