I am going to cover several topics.
NH vs NS moment? I don't see either one here to be honest. That is not to say something can't happen in the next chapter, but this is typical Naruto doing his Superman impression. ("I know when I am needed.") He just met Sakura, just met Hinata again and nothing has really settled yet. Everyone just said "Naruto?" in question and that is it.
Sakura weak? Doubt it. We know what she can do and she probably could have taken both of those Zetsus with one blow, but then again Naruto always loves dynamic entries. That's his thing. Again playing with the Superman motif. She didn't need saving, but take what opportunities you can get. Besides, small fries like them doesn't deserve Sakura's attention. She is much too important than that. let Naruto take them out with little problem and leave the more important fights for her. Not that Naruto can;t have important fights, but do you really want 5+ chapters of Sakura or Naruto taking out cannon fodder like the Zetsus? Of course not.
Naruto overpowered? Not in the least. Unlike Sasuke who basically had all his powers handed to him on a silver platter, Naruto had to work for his. Not even the Nine-Tails chakra came easy. He had to learn how to control it. Look at Sasuke. Just gets his eyes replaced, sits around for a good couple of days and boom instantly stronger. Naruto earned his power. Sasuke didn't. This is why he is not overpowered. Also, the Zetsu clones are cannon fodder like mentioned. He could take them out just by standing near them. Hell, some of the ET put up more of a fight.
I think it is great that Naruto is kicking ass for once. For ONCE the good guy has the upper-hand, even if this is only temporary. Frankly, I am tired of the villians always being one step more powerful or have some jutsu they pull from their backside that completely turns the tide of the battle. I want the good guys to win for once without losing greatly for it.
Neji and Hinata half-siblings? I would like to point out that even identical twins have different DNA. There are not COMPLETELY identical and do have differences in personality, fingerprints, and a few other things that are tiny to see but make more the difference. Hell, I have seen two ident. twins have different vocal cords and both speak in different tones. They are cousins. Plain and simple, I don't care how identical the brothers were. They were not the same person. Plus, it is not uncommon for different cultures to marry through incest. Some cultures actually do it to preserve bloodlines. As gross as we may see it, this is fact. Even some roman emperors married their own sisters to keep the blood line "pure."
I don't really want to call
Naruto "feudal" japan because they have technology like Televisions, radios, and electricity. It's more like what if the old ways were never abandoned even as time and technology kept going forward.
Zetsu Naruto clone? For the sake of argument, I am going to say that it is a Zetsu clone. Many people say they have proof to prove it is or is not, but has this stopped Kishimoto from throwing curve balls at us? I wouldn't be surprised if it was a Zetsu. We will have to wait and see. I see it this way, I am going to agree it is a Zetsu clone because if I am right then I am right...if it isn't I still win because I lost nothing.
Stranger things have happened in this manga, folks. I like to call these moments now "The poisoned kunai effect." Remember? When Sakura has the kunai on Sasuke and some believed it was poisoned, but no evidence supported it. At least I saw none. It was a shot in the dark, but they were right. So I call these moments as such. Anything is possible, I thought some might have known this by now. XD

BOOM: Enter Naruto, and there goes Hinata's generic notion of 'protecting' Naruto. Either I'm just hallucinating, or there's something wrong here.
