Well, our mail server could not send out because it was blacklisted for "spam or rate of sends". H&E had been operating just fine for months after the update without any problems. I contacted support, and they promised to look into the issue and update me.
That's weird, because that's the first thing I checked and there was no report. But I did get a return on no SPF record, so I figured that was it. Oh well. Glad you got it worked out. We've had to change hosts twice over the years. It's easier than it used to be, but can still be a pain.
