Well, there is alot of chapters that was skipped prior 5th season. I suggest that you'll stop after this 4th season that you're watching. Yesterday, gintama started 6th season, that animates those missed chapters.

Its the Okita Mitsuba - Shinesngumi arc its in 2 episodes 86-87, its shows the days of Kondo, Okita, Hijikta and Mitsuba days before they moved to Edo from Bushuu and became the Shinsengumi I don't want to spoiler anything more so hurry up and watch it
