never mind... the stuff of "The love story in the movie was inspired by Kishimoto's student" was just a minstralation.. I heard the video with my hears. and the girl just asked him "I heard you put in this movie your love experience..." and hiretsu-sensei replied "Yes, there's a little... It's mostly about the scarf...that my wife knitted for me"
