What live-action? O-O No way.. How are they going to pull off Naruto's face scar? Or are those whiskers? I'm still confused.

They're whiskers, and if there will be a live action movie, the whiskers are very simple to do.

 

Though, the movie is going to have a bad rate cause a ninja manga live action movie is not going to be good. It's different than the action of Ghost in the Shell manga. 

Also, if Hinata is depicted the same as in the manga and if showing NH happening the same way and kind of interaction as in the manga, the watchers are going to have a question mark atop of their head... Which is why if they want to do that, they're not going to make Hinata and NH represented the same as in the manga

That's the scene that I watched on tv, that made me watch the anime.

it was my favorite fight in all of part 1. more than naruto vs sasuke with the forced "you're like a brother to me! remember all the stuff that the audience didn't get to see?? those happened!"

 

but, of course the last ruined it. apparently to them, naruto did it to look cooler than sasuke even though she was unconscious *sad face*

The thing is, Naruto with whiskers in the manga and anime is nice but a real life Naruto with whiskers is a little weird. Plus, how are they going to pull off the blonde and pink hair? As well as the other colours?

Also, you're right. It's hard to represent Naruto and Hinata's relationship in the movie. But the correct question is, are they adapting the whole Naruto series into a movie or is it just an arc or a specific timeline in the series?

even dragonball evolution decided to just go with the piccolo arc, it was dumb but not dumb enough to try and cram in the entire pillaf/red ribbon/tournament sagas.

Trying to cram a 20 episode season into one movie is impossible to being with. So them trying to cram over 100 episodes into an hour and half movie is impossible unless you flog the middle earth movies from Peter Jackson since those good and do more with the characters and even if there over 3hrs there still good and interesting.

Wait are you talking about naruto vs garra cause that was the best fight in part 1. Naruto vs sasuke in part 1 is not a fight its all flashback going over info we already knew and it just drag and all it was, was naruto getting his ass kicked for three quarters of the fight only gaining the upper hand for a couple seconds. That sasuke fight also made me hate sasuke for good do to that freak out about naruto not having parents or siblings and Sasuke thinking he's that special when he's not. It made me hate him more after the minato and kushina flashback when naruto was born. If anything naruto has suffered worse than sasuke, naruto lost everything when he was barely a hour old. So ya go kitten yourself sasuke hard.
We have never seen those two act like friends or brother through all of part 1 and that got more evident in part 2 when sasuke was full prick mode.
Again I ask did naruto have to look cooler than sasuke cause sasuke is the furthers thing from cool now qrow and hiei are cool. How much time and lives where wasted on saving sasuke? That's why I like Sai more he pointed out the bad writing with asking why rescue someone who doesn't want to be rescued and sai was a better friend to naruto and a better comrade.
Would naruto still think sasuke is his friend if sasuke left him for dead on a mission and abandoned him to rot in a prison with no one getting naruto.

The whiskers are easy to make by make up experts and the hairs are easy to make by hair specialists. There are lots of movies who've done these things. 

 

It's going to be either a summary-like movie of the Naruto series, or an arc with adding stuff to it, or a made up story.

 

Either way, if Hinata would be in in this live-action movie as a main character, they have to add things for her cause things important and given to a main character have to be added to her character.

 

I think it's going to be a mix of Naruto manga and a made up plot. Though, there's still not been a definitive confirmation of this live-action movie.

If the live action movie does happen (a moment of ). There best bet would be to do the prologue. Minato/Kushina sealing Kurama into Naruto. Do the academy short. And then focus the entire movie on the wave arc! While showing us character progression (team bonding/friendship). And have Naruto going Kurama mode in the climax of the battle. There is really no need for side characters to even be shown. Beside doing background cameos during academy part.

 

Focus on what made Naruto great back then. Do not put all your hope that Hinata's kittens will bring them money. It's so simple really!

I am still wondering why include Hinata as MC in the first place. I know they did similar thing with DB Evolution (making Goku servant of Picolo and ignoring the sayan part). But will Hollywood really cater to NH fans?

USA have the big fan base of the NH fans. So, I won't be surprised if they really will do a live-action movie.
