Now I don't know what the name is and the translations of this novel are pretty unclear. Some say hinata is the clan head, others say she isnt. What is confirmed is that she easily beat hanabi and that she has trained boruto and himawari. All in all, this book tries to make hinata and sasuke seem like better parents then they actually are.

 

I know what this is.

 

Kishi laid out the original Boruto movie, correct? Some of the things he wrote don't jell with what SP want the series to be. Boruto, lots of potential but never trained and thus has no moveset? Thrown away, he's super skilled and he has been taught Naruto and the Hyuuga's signature moves. Hinata, needs to be saved, never graduated past Chunin (which means more than just her power level. She was never seen as responsible enough to handle high-level missions or train Genin) and loses off-screen in Boruto? Nah, now she's Jonin like the rest (while Naruto never even made Chunin before becoming Hokage. How does that work?), trained her kids rather that continuously abandoning them and now can kick her sister's butt. She da best! She's worthy of being called the series heroine!

 

SP didn't want what Kishi had given them, made their own changes and are now desperately trying to make it all work out. But it's not. The story and characters are complete messes, with things being presented and retconned when they realize the deeper implications of what they're creating.

See, thats the thing. They make hinata out to be such a heroine. Like suddenly out of nowhere shes a jonin, she could beat hanabi, she trains her children, shes got hamuras chakra etc etc. But she does absloutely nothing in the anime and manga. She ignores her children and leaves their problems to be solved by other people.

Like the village is under attack and she leaves her daughter with sakura or ino. Her son discovers he has eye powers. Nope, "go ask your grandpa, son". And what is so great about inheriting hamuras chakra anyways? How is hamuras chakra different from any regular chakra? Cuz in the last when she had to destroy the tenseigan she still needed narutos help to do it! In the end everything special about hinata is just a bluff.

Pretty much. Rules post helps answer yours hisa. Why were they showing Hinata as weak? Because that how kishi wrote her.  Now they no longer are bound by what Kishi has done after the chunin exam. They will be unbound. And because the manga pacing is what it is. They will be the one really writing the story. So their goddess can truly be what they always wanted her to be.

Well I would argue that Shonen Jump didn't care about pairings, but rather only if it made money.
SP: "We are going to make Naruto and Hinata get together."
SJ: "Okay....we don't realy care. Would it make us money?"
SP: "Mayb-.....Yes, it would make us tons of money."

So while you would be right about that SP and the Hinata wankers just wanted Hinata to give Naruto sexual healing...SJ probably only care about money.
I mean, let us not forget that SP did this:

They drew the "heroines of the other anime" and look who is there? Hint: It is not Hinata Hyuga
So everyone KNEW NS was supposed to be the canon pairing. Everyone knew and expected NS to be the end couple, but because of Studio Pierot and Kishimoto blatently biased editors....Hinata got top billing for something she wasn't even supposed to be apart of.
 
This is how we know it is a retcon. Everyone knew and they forced it to not happen. It is as simple as that, but pro-enders want to make believe in the stories of "red herrings" and the idea that NH was planned from the beginning. Kishimoto couldn't even plan 1 month in advance in his story, how are we to believe he planned NH 15 years in advance?
 


This is true. If they were to showcase Minato and Kushina...it would only put more doubt in the idea that NS should have been canon in the first place. Especially if Minato was fleshed out to be more like Naruto.
Heck, I hate it when NH pro-enders say that Naruto is like Kushina and Hinata is like Minato when Minato HIMSELF said that Naruto was like him and Sakura was like Kushina. Red herring my ass.

Just another example of them trying to fool us and it is not working. They say one thing but something like that illustration proves that NS was the ending. Unfortunately once the original editor retired SP felt like that was their chance to change it and they wouldn't stop until they got their way. SP did think it would make them money as well but they didn't think this ending would be poorly recieved because it isn't working and Naruto/ Boruto hasn't been the same since.

SP are stupid, but they are a particular type of stupid. They are so stupid that it is hard to figure out what they are doing by just hearing about; because they could be doing for various reasons. But once you watch them they are very easy to understand.

 

This is why it was kind of hard to figure out what was going on in the chunin exam; I wasn't watching it, and people here were not giving a good description of what was happening. So it was guessing to figure out what they were doing. While when I was watching it, plain as day what their goal was:First arc set up their new Hinata also try to connect to the manga by having that eye in order for the entire anime to be considered canon, Salad arc soften the negative implication of the gaiden to appease the SS fans, any NS/BS scene try to lure old fans back/sucker new ones, and overall make Hinata's son the perfect shounen protagonist to prove nH was the right choice.

 

So, this is a guess. They have hated having Hinata's family not be perfect for her. That has been burning them for the last year, if not longer. Now that they no longer have to follow the negative family image for the Uzumaki's -that was canon till the end of the chunin exam-, and the manga moves at a snail's pace. They can do what ever they want, and they can make it canon by twisting the manga team's arm. Also, on some level they must believe that Hinata is hated because some fans blame her for her families dysfunction -of course to them completely unwarranted-, and if they could just show how perfect she and her family really are everyone would love her. Ignoring the fact that it has been four years since the ending; that hatred of her has settled into the audience by this point.

 

Just another example of them trying to fool us and it is not working. They say one thing but something like that illustration proves that NS was the ending. That still holds true even if it is a joke. Since we don't know how Black Clover is doing, and what other anime they have coming down the pipe. Boruto may well be what is keeping the lights on at SP.

 

I can only see that hope among the staff. The SP executives have probably already written it off but need it to keep going. The director's job is to keep it afloat as long as possible. TV Tokyo doesn't want it near one of it biggest sellers. WSJ is keeping it going partly because they maybe making some money, the manga staff want a job, and their bond with SP. Have there been many games under the Boruto title or are they are all still preferring to be Naruto games with Bolt and cast in it?

I always laugh that everytime we hear about Hinata's "accomplishments" it is always in some obscure media that most people won't even read. Do they show this in the manga? No. Do they show it in the anime? No. We will express how amazing she is by...showing it in a light novel that 99% of the fandom didn't even read and the 1% that did only read it because they are hardcore fans and they still found it ridiculous.

Again, why wasn't any of this in the manga or anime? They can't show any of this in those at all? Maybe they know that Hinata can never really beat Hanabi in a fight and it is so ridiculous absurd that they just very silently say "Oh and she became a jonin and beat Hanabi in a fight....before she married Naruto."

This girl...even when favored...can't be anything more than "Naruto-kun's wife." Again, more sexism from the Narutp manga. Females can't stand on their own. Really, if something that could have been easily been shown in the original source material needs to be explained with something extra...there's a serious problem.

I agree with this. They make all these claims about hinata but they never follow through with any of them in the manga or anime. It just ends up making hinata look even more incompetent. We don't even see her fight in this boruto anime even though she supposedly did trying to save naruto. They just end up glorifying her like this in the recent episode

Does the mean that they are trying to soften the fact that Hinata just sent her twelve year old son off to try to rescue her husband for people that just handed Naruto his ass, by having this imply she with him in spirit?

 

Beyond that this is clearly trying to glorify Hinata. One, by saying Bolt is not just Naruto's son, but Hinata's as well, and his power comes from both. Two, that Hinata, and the power Bolt inherited from her is equal to Naruto. Three, judging by their outfits making clear that the last is completely canon; remember Kishimoto didn't make it completely canon which probably burned the fanatics at SP. Four, that Bolt is formed from the relationship that started from the Last.

 

This is also clear to me and I'll have it in big type for those that seem to keep forgetting this: Now that they are passed the chunin exam Studio Pierrot is now, Unbounded; they are going to do what ever they want, and what they want to do is glorify Hinata.

 

That light novel is going to likely be the next filler arc after this which will confirm this.

 

Also Naruto looks awful in that image. What is up with his face, nose, and hair?

That image is dangerous  .....  seeing that thing literally (for real no joke) makes me want to punch my monitor , i'm a poor person i can't afford to buy another monitor. I wonder why they using the last model though ..... if remember they try to buried / hide anything that related with the last movie because ... obviously it was a bad movie with low rating with fake and lies advertisement with no refund policy ....

Edit : I like to throw my 2 cent on that thing. First naruto and hinata looks transparent , so if i can bet boruto is in despair because the enemy is too strong and hes trying to make rasengan but the result is humiliating the the ball is too small ,hes almost give up and when hes about to ... the ghost like transparent mommy and daddy come to give little speech of encouragement and share their little powah to charge his rasengan   ... 

 

Now i remember in boruto movie i saw the scene where Naruto was the only one that gave his power and help boruto form a rasengan. Now i don't know if that scene is being retcon/replace by this farce ... which i'm 100% sure it is (because they retcon boruto refuse to cheat) or this is just different scene. What ever it is ... i mean jessus christ , it's like they spit on those fans who wants to refund the last naruto the movie.
