But think about it, unless Naruto and Sakura specifically said, "Why are you back in the village?!"

Why would "You look surprised like I'm not supposed to be in the village" be the first thought in his mind. I would think it would just be, "You look surprised to see me" or something. It's seems too specific and planned as if he knows something.

Then again, it is a genjutsu. Tobi isn't very smooth it seems.

I do believe that's Madara/Tobi. Maybe because I'm only basing on the track list, where there is one called Madara/Tobi vs. Naruto, and it appeared at the end. I don't know really. About the hair, well let's not forget: Tobi have that head gear thing all the time. This will be the first to have only the mask without its gear. So yeah, that's likely to happen.

About that motion comic, I don't know when it's taking place. Oddly enough, you can see the kages in the bottom right. So yeah, not sure when. Actually, I think the whole screenshot are mashed up to show some images of what to expect when you receive one.

I wouldn't worry too much. Now that I think about it, it's possibly before the genjutsu world. Like all of them are ready for combat. After all, it's the product based off the movie.

He's either saying "come" to Hinata and the rest of the rookies or to whoever he's fighting.

Doesn't look like this takes place in an AU. Hinata seems like herself. Almost certain this is before he's stuck in the genjutsu, however this comic is based on the movie.

If it's in the AU, maybe Naruto has to fight all his AU'd friends.

I believe to his team because they're like heading out to a mission, and if these images are connected correctly, then showing other guys would make sense. This scene could be the Akatsuki attack, which is the beginning of the movie. I'm only assuming because it could based off the movie.

Well, I doubt it's AU because of other characters. Hinata don't have that lipstick on and kages are presented. I bet it is the beginning.

Yeah Azures comment makes sense, but this makes sense too, I already have a set mentality of Sasuke role in the movie, but after this last trailer it just seem odd. Later on we see him wearing an Anbu mask and bandage on his head.

You can't even see the bottom half of her face. And the Kage's still could be in the AU, though I can't really see well enough to tell if Tsunade has her boobs.

Well there is a HD one in the official site, though I have to find it. I'm pretty sure it is. I can be wrong. My assumption is that it is the beginning. I wonder when exactly he gets his robe. Yet, I am still wondering how. Best possibilities are steal it and given by Sakura's dad (I hope the latter). Naruto's words can be used at anytime. It makes sense to be in the beginning since they're being invaded. Only shocking part is that they're up against Akatsuki.

Well, maybe there are some other things said that we haven't seen yet. Sakura could have made a comment about him being back or a similar statement. Either way, she probably looked startled enough at seeing him that Sasuke could figure it out.

Hinata looks like her normal self (no parted hair, in character expression and words which actually look like its copied from this, etc) so I don't think its AU.

Hm.... yeah, the hair seems like a good measure. I'll assume it's at the beginning of the film then.

And still, even if Sakura was super startled, I don't think that "She must think I'm not supposed to be in the village" would ever be a thought in his mind unless some previous things were said or he has actually returned in the AU.

You know what should we do?

After like the final trailer of the movie, we should play "called-it" game. It's like fanfiction only keep it realistic. We should make a plot summary of the movie and then we wait for the plot summary by a person who actually watched the movie. Whoever matched it, well s/he will win. Not sure about the prize

That is why I figured this AU Sasuke is putting on an act. He's back in the village, but his attitude towards Sakura is suspicious.

I theorized this is becausethis AU Sasuke is still bad, working with Tobi still somehow.

They are all working with Tobi, they are all his design. Basically the only ones that may not work for him are Naruto's parents.
