Alright Kishi, in this chapter you should totally have Kaguya rush at Naruto only to have him hold up his hand for her to stop, while he makes out with Sakura. Kaguya is stunned, and decides not to fight anymore, ends Sasuke for the hell of it. Kaguya ships NS, they live happily ever after. Hinata is the ring bearer at Naruto and Sakura's wedding, sucks to suck.

I have to confess, back in around 2008 i actually got fed up with the naruto fanbase. I couldn't take the growing hate for a character like sakura and narusaku, that was untill one day i decided to go and the naruto forum in tv.com. ohhh i regret doing that what made matter much worse was the fact that i think this was the same time sakuras confession came out. I know why some people got upset over it because it was frustrating and confusing even i felt that way. Any how there was one ns and sakura fan that was having problems defending his pairing because of what just happened. Rather than, helping the poor guy to keep incourging his ship really ribid nh shippers ambushed him by bashing on sakura and narusaku it got to point where the ns fan snapped and all of the sudden he stared to go everything aganist his ship. Do what happens next? he himself became an ribid nh fan he started cursing, bashing and hating other nh fans started to join along with him it just become total chaos. whats even sadder is the fact there some people that told them to calm down rather than listening to them they just kept going.

This is when i finally decided to get out of that tv.com forum and never ever come back same goes for any other naruto forums and youtube . However that was untill i found this website hoping that it wouldn't be the same as other forums and it wasn't i was very happy about it. Since then i was lurking in this website untill i finally decided to join this website in 2011 i do feel more safe in this website and i hope the site stays this way ontill the manga ends.

I'm not jumping ship, I'm just saying for a pairing Kishi has been setting up for endgame since the beginning it sure seems overly reliable on situations, hell even NS relies on Sasuke that's how much this is affecting Kishi.

 

I completely agree with James in no way shape or form does it make sense that Sakura not only turned a crush into actual love but had it last 3/4ths of the Manga (actually alot more than that) Everytime I see Kishi screw-up with this dynamic it just reminds how much better his brother did it, and that wasn't even resolved.

 

His brother seishi kishimoto didn't even add a complicated love triangle thats going to be very hard to create a resolution for it. The female lead in satan 666 ruby has moments with jio thats kinda pairing like wither if it comedic,serious,and sad it has a nice balance it dosen't have to relie to much on third parties and parallels. Ruby actually stands OUT as a love interest unlike in naruto at time to time a side character love interest stands out the most,then its the bromance between the main character and the rival and sakura to me seems to fall dead last. She's suppose to to be the most important person in narutos life and love interest at this point of the manga and yet it dosen't FEEL LIKE IT. 

 

Even if jio and ruby never got together due to open ending of that series and possibly of the fact that the relationship between could have been mostly platonic Just like what you said pepsi it did a better job at the dynamic relationship then naruto.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Narusaku as a relationship should be something like this at this point or even better but no.

There was sort of a love Triangle, Ball had a crush on Ruby but it wasn't really a serious crush and more of to show how much of a pervert Ball was in comical moments (like Sanji with Nami) and Ruby had a crush on Cross which was eerily similar to SS. The only difference is its actually done way better, for one thing Ruby fell for Cross because he was cool yes but Cross was also very polite and nice to her and on top of that was around her age and older than Jio which was enough to put him at a disadvantage alone (no need for an unkillable love that takes years to get over for no reason). Despite all this, despite her falling for Cross because he's good looking and cool (and actually treats her with alot of respect) it was clear during the Roc Bird arc that her feelings for Jio (whether she knew them or not) were obviously alot stronger. It wasn't directly acknowledged but it was clear that her feelings for Jio were love and her feelings for Cross was more of an infatuation. 

 

When Jio became possessed and Cross was getting ready to defeat Satan once and for all (because his attacks prevented him from regenerating) Ruby instead let herelf get absorbed (which negated this problem) for the very small unlikely chance that Jio was still inside there somehwere and she could save him.

Isn't a love triangle supposed to have two people liking the girl, where the girl has to "choose" or whatever...?

 

But Sasuke doesn't have any feelings for Sakura, so it just ends there at him.

 

The only possible pairing is NaruSaku since there's actual reciprocation on the other side of the love interest.

 

But then there's also SasuNaru, but I don't really take that pairing seriously...

I always found Naruto to be in the middle of Sakura and Hinata, tbh. Sasuke never has and never will show any romantic feelings for Sakura, while she has yet to realize her love for Naruto. Hinata has always loved Naruto, so even though he will choose Sakura, Naruto was always at the center of the love triangle. Seeing as Sakura and Hinata's characters are mostly made up of love/feelings.

 

Random note; I hate how Sakura's eng dub voice actress says Sasuke. It's not because it's Sasuke, but whenever Sakura says it, it sounds so whiny and annoying. " Sauce-kay!" Thank goodness suffixes aren't used, cause I would not be able to take it.( no hate towards the voice actress, though.)

The thing about Kishi purposefully being vague makes sense. And maybe I'm off base, but it makes me think how long it took for him to reveal Naruto's relation to the 4th. A lot of people suspected it (to my understanding), and there were hints, but it took forever for it to be confirmed or directly acknowledged. (Then, too, he might not have been totally settled on it for a while, either.) And I can see that on other things, too.

Even during the final battle, it is so uninteresting compared to the romance which itself isnt even being handled well that Kishi's planning on dragging out for a couple more years and more than likely give us an unsatysfying conclusion.
