lol definitely a flop then if they need to pay youtubers just to get it noticed, xenoverse 2 on the other hand...XD

 

and this is why dragon ball will always be better than nardo lol heck I bet dragon ball online would have beat that nardo mmo if it was still around.

 

EDIT: OMG someone on metacritic reviewed it saying its worse than pockie ninja xD and I played pockie ninja, it was a money grubbing game with a rock paper scissors spectator battle system, and he says that's a better game? welp, naruto online is a definite flop then lol

Still stay up to watch some of the Adultswim shows every Saturday night. But whenever Naruto comes on, I just can't be bothered to watch it. Knowing that every meaningful subplot goes nowhere, I always end up changing the channel. . . even for episodes I otherwise like.

Not to mention that early in DBZ he held his own against a saibaman which is impressive as a single Saibamen was at raditz's power level and was only sucker punched by a suicide bombing. Can Hinata claim to even fight on the level of an elite mook that is the same level of a previous character beating the protagonists arses?

honestly dont care if he is irrelevant. when i first saw him i loved his design and attacks. his fight with the saibamen was quick yet memorable to me. and hey at least he had another hobby other than fighting/training/eating which was playing baseball, despite wanting to continue fighting. his scars and long hair were just cool and i honestly thought he was gohans uncle when i first saw him. i stopped caring about him when frieza returned but i thought it was sweet how he helped nurse goku back to health when he got the heart virus.

It also goes to show how far the human group had come and that their hard work had paid off overall, unlike Naruto overall, where power-ups end up handed out like candy.

Remember that when they initially started training and they go into that time chamber, the four of them got their butts effortlessly beat down by two Saiyajin who were half as strong as Raditz and then learning that Nappa and Vegeta were over twice as strong as even Raditz (specifically, over three for Nappa, at 4000, and fifteen for Vegeta, at 18,000). Despite that enormous wall now in front of them, they swallowed their pride, faced that fear, and with just a year of training, were at least overall stronger than Raditz, no fancy Hyperbolic Time Chamber training or anything, but just hard work in normal time. Even Nappa was completely surprised, and Vegeta a little impressed, at the Saibaman's loss to Yamcha, and later on, you have Vegeta even stating that Tien's large Tri-Beam that took all his remaining life force to use would have killed Nappa had he not noticed it and defended at the last second, and Krillin taking Nappa by surprise with the Kienzan / Destructo Disc, nearly being killed again had Vegeta not warned him not to let it touch him.

We just don't get anything like that from a majority of the other teams in Part 2 of Naruto - even when Team 10 was the main focus of Kakuzu and Hidan, we barely get anything outside of Shikamaru with the genius tactical mind that we already long knew about (and only against Hidan who, outside of his immortality, is seen as one of, if not the weakest Akatsuki member and clearly not that smart either), while none of Team 10 really got to showcase any new moves they might have learned, any teamwork strategies, nothing, only to then have everything hijacked by Naruto in order to show off a half-finished technique that was just as big a risk to himself to use as it was for the opponent (and even that danger ends up just being forgotten about not long after)..

XD ANY PAIRING/COUPLE you can think of is a better love story than NH and SS!!!!  From the Barbie girl and Disney princess movies to even Twilight and Fifty Shades of Gray!!!      At least none of those stories have a "false bait" love interest and insult the audience's fictional comprehension skills  

 

There's no need to say  A X B is a better couple or love story than NH and SS, We know!

This has nothing to do with naruto mainly, I just logan a couple hours ago and I God it was good the best of the three wolverine movies. On the naruto part I really want him to go through the events of the Logan movie and see him suffer, only unlike wolverine, naruto's death would be warrened and to see naruto a broken tired mess that's dying and lost all hope and lost everything would be nice to see.

I was under impression that Naruto game series are not on 'top tier' of performing games.

 

Based on quick check on the internet, it seems to be true enough though:

The whole Naruto franchise game sold about 10 million, while the whole DB franchise game sold about 40.5 million. That's 1:4 ratio you got there --which easily dwarfs Naruto series.

 

And the decision to end the way Naruto series ended didn't help at all.

Indeed. The only thing I can say against Dragonball Z is that I am finding Dragonball Super to be....kind of ridiculous. It's not as bad as Naruto, but it is kind of getting close especially with powers out of nowhere and immediate almost unnatural power-ups.

I know some people enjoy the Super series, but....I don't know, I just feel like Super just misses the true meaning behind the original Dragonball. Al though I did think that after Cell, the series got Super ridiculous. (Pun intended.)

I just miss the older days of some of these character. The Resurrection of F is probably the last one I thought was awesome...until the last 5 minutes when it pulled....you know what I can't even say it.

i dont like super so much to the point it reminds me of dragonball af, a wanted series by fans who want recolored forms, recycled plots and an evil goku (sound familiar?) i stopped taking dragonball seriously a loooong time ago and dont hold it as high as other anime that had deeper meanings/lessons, better fights and made use of other characters and actually had the balls to end and stay done. if anything super makes me appreciate GT's concepts (CONCEPTS, not execution) more. The idea of there being super saiyan GODS is just silly. i don't see saiyans ever meaning to be gods, thats why i respect super saiyan 4 more because it goes back to their monkey roots. and i cant think of a better final boss than the dragonballs themselves incarnated into like the 7 deadly sins.

Cause their kittening stupid and won't open their eyes. You mean whis reversing time after gold freeza destroy the world and had goku kill freeza even though vegeta was supposed to. I'm looking forward to female broly and 17's return.

Yet guys I know many hate Super but look at what its done for Pan people hated her in GT I mean I couldn't going anywhere without someone bashing her and now look people love her and want her to get better growth than she did in GT I mean lets face it GT sucked all it was was Goku Time.

 

GT Piccolo; Showed up to deal with Baby Gohan then left and boom that was it then he died at the end of the baby Saga he was wasted

 

Super Piccolo: Get better treatmant and did well in his battle with Frost and now we shall see what this new arc will do remember Piccolo is and always has been a thinker of the team which shall help them with who they will have to face.

 

Vegeta is growing better and better with each episode shgowing how far he has come from that killer and unlike Sasuke is not kittening forced making us think Sasuke is this poor sould who was lost.

 

I mean damn look at the Yamcha episode even he is getting lovce can we say the same for Kiba or Shino would they get a page in the manga, nope Kishi only cares for the Uchiha.

 

This is why I do like Super better than GT as it at least touches on the others hell Bulma in the Goku Black arc she was a key member after all and Mai look at what she did. my recomandation is that anyone who has doubts on super is to simple watch the reviews who do them I will agree there are bad moments, however there are far many more good moments I will agree on the power-up Trunks got made no sense and they should have touched on it more.

Have you been seeing tfs cell games shorts where other characters come and fight him cause they are funny. I hope naruto and Sasuke show up and get their asses handed to them. Still waiting for luffy from none piece and Ichigo from bleach, or lelouch. I want piccolo to do more his the best out of the side characters. I'm hyped to see 17 again hope he does something. None of the side characters in naruto mattered aside from shikamaru and garra and neji and maybe tsunade and jiraya, but everyone else were useless with how kishi handled them which just screams laziness. Seriously cut at least half of sasuke' s scenes in part 2 out and use that time to develop the other characters like maybe give hinata some development cause she needed it. Just Logan yesterday and while very brutal it was good and it's like marvel combined with the last of us. I wish what happened In Logan to happen to naruto where he's old, broken, dying and tired and lost everything including hope and his nindo. Or put him through what Dr.strange went through in his movie where his hands are broken beyond repair so much tsuande and Sakura can't fix them in full and he becomes a wreck and loses his position of hokage cause of his hands being so broken and everyone abandons him.

its just, introducing more and more gods to the point of ridiculousness and there being absolutely no tension at like all is the biggest problem. goku seriously doesn't care if one of the universes get erased. OUR HERO LADIES AND GENTS! if he doesnt care then why the heck should I? at least he gave a damn in gt.

 

also about pan, i dont care about her in super. the fact they made her fly and power up with aura as a baby is stupid no matter how you slice it. remember how people complained about goten and trunks turning the "super saiyan" into a not so special transformation? yeah its like that for me with baby pan's aura and flight. btw i didn't mind her in gt.
