Whelp, this makes me not want to read it now. Mostly because it sounds like it will end with NH and SS again.

Can I get a good written story of Naruto with a NS ending instead of people just "toning down" what is already there?
It may sound selfish, but for me now, it is NS or bust. Not because of being a pairing fan, but mostly because even if you "rewrite" how NH or SS get together in a "better light," it still has this horrible tastes thanks to what we got.

I am probably sound hateful right now, but...it is how I feel. The greatest respect is telling the truth.

I guess that is really impossible now. It is hard to write a Naruto story without having a pairing bias in it. Either because it was placed there or because that is all Naruto has become.

Even rewrites like this can't just erase the damage that has been done.

I think there is The Last manga done by someone who's talented and the manga is linked here or in another thread. KonohaCrimsonFox always uploads when a new chapter comes out.

The creator is doing a good job with all the characters concerning events, the pairing and no character assassination.

 

Concerning pairing, s/he is making NS.

Kishi doesn't have enough self confidence unlike say oda or togashi, even the like of tite kubo is know for his stuborness to change thing (like the more people hate orihime, the more he will write her or something like that).

And kishi biggest mistake is his refusal to write sakura more.

Agreed 100%. I will not be reading this fan reboot.

There is no doubt in my mind that NaruSaku was the original goal. We were given everything it needed for it to become canon. Well, almost everything. And instead, we got a 180. NH/SS are two of the biggest reasons why the series' ending crashed and burned. Re-writing the whole series to justify that crash and burn is ridiculous. 
At this point, it almost sounds like NH/SS fans who know that their pairs were poorly written and make no sense in canon and have little to no development, so they want it to make sense.

Honestly, even if you did give NH/SS development, I still don't like it. I don't think the pairs are a good match for each other. Canon has already proven this with Sasuke not being around for his pregnant wife and then his daughter for 12 years. Leaving Sakura to raise Salad by herself. Sasuke didn't even get in contact with them via phone call despite talking to Naruto all the time. He cares a million times more about Naruto than Sakura. 
Despite calling her his 'wife', he only cares about her as much as he did in their teammate years.
To top it all off, Sakura still barely knows Sasuke. "Did he wear glasses as a kid? I don't remember." When apparently she's been his fan since he was a little kid. This makes no sense and I think is Kishimoto's way of saying, "Sakura doesn't even know him. She never loved him for who he is." Because we were never given a legit reason as to WHY Sakura 'loved' him. Our only reasons were, "He's so cooooool and handsome <333" and Kishimoto saying in an early interview that Sakura's feelings for Sasuke were extremely selfish and immature. While the 'real' Sasuke has only brought Sakura unhappiness and tears. 

Naruto is obviously very unhappy and tries to avoid his family as much as possible, preferring to be at work than even his son's birthday. Even rejecting Hinaturd's homemade lunches of lurv. Hinaturd doesn't seem to care about this though, because she has her ugly crotch goblins as proof she got Naruto's D. As far as I'm concerned, she either doesn't care or is blissfully ignorant that her 'husband' doesn't seem to care about her or their children and may not even love them. He cares about them about as much as any other villager and not nearly enough as much as Team 7. Even if it doesn't directly hint it, I think his unhappiness says it all. Especially when we know the old Naruto. He got second place (if you ask me, Hinaturd doesn't even count as a silver metal) and did not get the girl he was in love with and may still be in love with. Selflessly. I mean, geez, at the very idea that Sasuke may have cheated on Sakura and shoved his spawn onto her pissed Naruto off. He was mad for Salad and Sakura. This is Sasuke we're talking about too. Apparently the closest person to Naruto in a sense. 

They just don't match. They don't have chemistry. It just doesn't work. I think the "Who's my real mama" chapter that Kishi shoved out was his way of showing that and proving that.
To make it work, you'd have to force it. Which makes them OOC. Which is not good.

I've got to a point where the only thing from Naruto I will cherish is NS (it's one of the two main reasons why I still hold onto my bluray copy of RTN)

I could name more, but I think i've made my point. 

 

We all know it's Naruto's success worldwide (more the fans so in the west and SP) resulted in the way Naruto's story turned into what it was, and that's honestly sad. It really makes me wonder how Naruto would've been if it wasn't as popular as it's become. I know I bring Kishi's younger twin brother alot, and i've said this before I feel it's a blessing that his work isn't as well known as Masashi's.  Well then again the only decent story I feel Masashi has done is his one-shot series Mario because I feel that story has more weight than what he could with Naruto. I'll even go as far as saying that the pairing in Mario (I'd like to think it's Semi-canon) is more believable than with naruto's for sure.

There are more things I could post regarding Kishi's paring from Mario, but I think i've brought my point across. It's actually the only story from Kishi that i go back and visit time and time again because I feel that's the best thing he's done so far, and since it's a story he worked prior to Naruto.. I think this does kinda help show that Kishi was going NS, but of course influence from the fanbase said otherwise.  Also It might be me, but Mario and Saori kinda resemble Naruto and Sakura as far as their designs go.

Hinata is aware that they are in a loveless marriage. In fact both woman have shown they realize this deep down in the manga they have released since the ending.

Well it will please you that in my Naruto ever after story I kill Hinata off by then end as Hinata does lose her mind and tries to kill all the girls as she seems as in the way of geeting what 'she' wants and all the other girls are simple in the way of her getting Naruto even is two of the girls in the story are lesbians.

i have returned after seeing snippets (madara dying, naruto saying goodbye to minato, kurama and naruto's last chat) its quite pathetic. nice that they reprised the hokages funeral music but, really thats just nostalgia. naruto's speech falls completely flat and i could only feel pity for minato knowing that his greatest failure was his son.

 

people calling madara "one of the greatest villains" is a complete joke. you can take him out of the present and not a thing would change. he's just a walking nuke. not to say kaguya was any better, since these two canceled eachother out. obito was just a lesser version of nagato, a repeat if you can call it that.

 

i see they reprise sadness and sorrow as well and what a perfect theme to go with how tragic of a train wreck this series had become. i left a comment on youtube, and im damn sure people will probably reply with "you're just a salty NS fan". I wont waste my time with them since i may as well be talking to a brick wall.

Madara was boring as all hell, dude survived so much you can't take him seriously like bartatalues, harvest and Prometheus from final fantasy 13, the culling in teen titans New 52 and cry for justice. Kaguya was out of place, obito was a whiner version of nagato and who was a complete tool. Nagato and menma are the best naruto villains and a I know menma is a movie villain but he's still awesome.

Madara being a nuke was more or less expected given how constantly he was talked about with his legend and all.

The main problem for me was when they started bringing the Rinnegan back into play again without giving it more build-up, development, and details about its abilities; largely because Kishi spent way more time wanking off to the Uchiha Clan and the Sharingan. As a result, it's no surprise the Sharingan, despite the Rinnegan even having been said to be the most powerful doujutsu, comes off as much more powerful due to having so more (practical / combat) abilities attributed to it. Heck, even a number of the Rinnegan's abilities that were demonstrated by Nagato (which were also extremely watered down by his own admittance) were barely, if ever used by Madara. Similar to how Naruto was largely a one-trick pony a majority of the time, even after getting power-ups, a lot of the Rinnegan's use by Madara was merely enhancing things that we've already seen many times before, like Amaterasu and Susano'o (being "perfected"), so basically, it didn't really seem to add much besides being more of a symbol of power than actual power.

Even Kaguya barely did jack aside from glorified Kamuis and such. The way she gets taken down really shows how things got written into a corner. Rikudo Obito alone was holding off Naruto, Sasuke, and others, and Rikudo Madara was easily keeping pace with them, even after their handed power-ups from Hagaromo (the only one who seemed to do anything to him being Eight Gates Gai), but because of that, by bringing in someone who supposedly makes even Rikudo Madara and even Hagaromo himself (hence, along with needing something to force Hinata and the Hyuga Clan into relevancy, needing to suddenly create a brother out of nowhere with Hamura) look like nothing, they know they couldn't actually have Kaguya truly demonstrating her power because she would otherwise easily own everyone.

you're the do nothing and abandom my family hokage. you didn't achieve piece (poor nagato) you got your ass handed to you by your snot nosed brat and miss your inaugeration, you dont take meals from your wife, you tried to do everyones job, you look tired most the time, even if you did achieve peace what would be the point of a hokage?

 

the only hokages who were awesome were 1 through 4. well, maybe just 2 and 4 since they're the ones who got stuff done (dang i remember being so disappointed in hashirama's attitude)

Yes thank you minato would say that if he was brought back and kushina would beat naruto ass so hard then move on to hinata for kittening her son up. It's an apt metaphor for how kitten naruto is now.

speaking of super i wish they had a lil story of vegito staying for a bit till they found out how to unfuse. that would have been great to see how bulma and chi chi and the boys would react (gohan would be used to it by this point)

The first time I see DB having a opening that's like other anime. Toei usually make them chill and good times. So it's kind of surreal yet pretty cool.

I'm just pumped for this new arc and the fights that will happen in it as I know its going to rock, I mean sad that Naruto can't even do this anymore as but to them its just about the money now and how to make Hinata look good as well.

me too, and I'm excited at the possibility of a xenoverse 2 version of the goku black arc, which is very possible since they're making a story arc of the universe 6 tournament as dlc which comes out this month. I'm excited for the what if scenarios.
