Doesn't he say something about nakama after that? Pretty sure I heard it.

He said that before.  He said that right after Sasuke and we saw Sakura, Gaara, etc.. "I used to be alone, but now I have nakama" something like that and thats why we see Naruto crying as a kid.

 

The "I realized I have something to protect" is when Naruto is looking at Hinata

This is what I've been saying the entire time. I've seen nothing but negative posts from that person and ITS_OVER is obviously a troll. Only 3 posts and they're all of a sudden now. I know a troll when I see one.

I don't know how I feel about this, If this turns out to be NaruHina, then the trailer pretty much tells us everything so we can miss the movie and just read the cliffnotes later on, the story itself doesn't sound that interesting. If it isn't NaruHina I have to say I'm dissapointed in Kishi, SJ and Pierrot for deliberately messing with their loyal fanbase like this by giving them hope...either way this is a kitten you to a fanbase.

 

I'm going to bed now, because the more I think about the movie the more I dispise it for what appears to be them messing with the original source and the fanbase.

The song might not be about love love but KISHIMOTO said from his mouth that the movie is, and he said it bluntly. I cannot compare this to RTN. It's gone too far.

You do realize how open ended "I realize I have something to protect" can be right? Sure he could be taking about Hinata (although that doesn't make much sense in the previews context), but he could just easily be taking about anything else related to the situation

What I'm trying to get at... is if she is truly only support like the only images we have of her suggest (and trust me, I know we have next to nothing to go on about her), why keep her hidden? Is she a threat to NH, is she currently dating Naruto... is she hiding her own feelings for Naruto? There's no way she has that diminished of a role in this movie, not if Kishi is writing it, so clearly she's the WC here

 

But why assume that she's there only as a supporting character? We really can't gather anything from 1 minute of footage and several pictures that lack context. 

 

But I agree with you. She must have a big role in the film, but they just can't spoil it.

Sorry if I'm not making this clear (I have a bad habit of this  ) What I'm trying to say is if Sakura's role isn't one that is stopping NaruHina from happening, then why are they hiding her so much?
