See tircksie's post above, I agree with her. Sasuke has never mentioned, let alone wanted, an heir.

What she said about that point was:

Sasuke has never expressed anything about continuing or resurrecting his clan since early on (Which was the team introduction bit). Somewhere in the middle, I think that motivation morphed into returning honor, or cleansing his clan name. (So it was less literal and more figurative.)

So even she feel that at one point it may have been about restoring his clan by having heir.

That's not what he meant when he said he was going to restore his clan when they all introduced themselves. If you remember, he prefaced that by saying "I want to kill a certain someone and restore my clan". Restoring his clan was never about restoring the Uchiha to the population they once were. It was all about Itachi. Itachi disgraced and dishonored the clan with his actions, and by killing him, he could set things right. That was proven when Sasuke met Itachi for the first time when Naruto went with Jiraiya to search for Tsunade. It wasn't about restoring the clan's population, it was about restoring the clan's name and honor. That's partially what fueled Sasuke to turn against the leaf following Obito telling him the truth with Itachi. 

 

It was never about having an heir. He's never wanted one. Which circles back to Sasuke not using Sakura because he quite literally wants nothing to do with her, and he gets nothing out of their relationship. 

And my post about that was:

The only time he has ever mention it was in that team introduction thing but even then it was more. "Yeah at some point I should restore my clan by having some kids." But the more important point was the deep rage and anger of wanting to kill his brother which was what even Sakura focused on.

 

In other words having offspring is a duty to him he has to fulfill at some point, but revenge is his true goal in life, his passion, his reason for living, and so on.

 

Nothing he has shown shows that he consider producing Salad with Sakura as anything more then a duty he had to complete. After that he got better thing to do.

So Sasuke always had revenge over having any offspring to restore his clan. But I agree with you also I do believe restoring their honor was apart of it as well. Which he would originally do by killing Itachi. So to be clear; restoring the clan physically by having some offspring, and restoring the clan honor by killing Itachi. The thing is that by the end of part one Sasuke stop caring about a life beyond his revenge. So the only thing he care about was avenging his clan and restoring its honor by killing Itachi. Instead of physically restoring them by continuing his line. Since why would he be thinking about having kids when he was willing to give up his life either to Orochimaru or in battle in order to kill Itachi?

 

After the ending however. Well, he needs to produce a girl so Bolt can kitten her for pairing shippers to stick around. Its not Sasuke/Sakura that using her/him it is Kishimoto, his staff, SP, and Shueisha that are using them. They believe SasukeXKarin was not as popular as SasukeXSakura and since the ending was going off of what they thought was the popular pairings. This led to suddenly Sasuke need to preform his duty and produce a child and Sakura had to be eternally devoted to him. Their characters and their arcs were abandon for Bolt and money.

Then at the end of the manga, he switched to wanting to be Hokage...so that at least was expressing having a goal that benefited others than himself and left some kind of legacy. But that went nowhere too. 

 

The fact that Sakura and Sasuke were able to be together for less than two minutes to produce a child does absolutely nothing to change Sasuke from the same horrible person he's been throughout the whole series. Or support some long-shot notion of restoring a clan. Or show that he even thinks about Sakura long enough to consider how to use her for some goal. 

 

The only confirmed thing we can say about Sasuke is that he is just as self-centered as he's always been. The rest is up to the discretion of the viewer. They'll only see what they want. (Which is how SS continues to exist. Ugh.)

 

(Sakura end of the bargain doesn't really matter. Sakura of course will be a good nurturer, no matter if Sarada was hers or not. She's always been that way, professionally and personally. So no biggie there.)

If you noticed in my posts, I never mentioned anything about him wanting an heir. Just that, as it's written, he gained an heir and seems to have some use for Sakura by maintaining the relationship with her in regards to said child, an Uchiha child. Remember he is written as someone who changes plans on a whim. Also he's shown to discard anything he doesn't deem useful. So since his life has gone on unhindered by his family yet he hasn't completely discarded or disowned them, they must be of some importance or use to him. I'm just going off of the source material. Which states SasuSaku has a bond through Sarada. Doesn't mean I agree with it, just saying that's what is presented to us.

 

If we're gonna use the source material to substantiate our hatred for what became of the characters, then I have to use it to explain the ridiculous relationships we were left with. Just trying to stay consistent and unbiased in my arguments.

That's what i always think, i always thought Sakura will realize her mistake and find the truth after they getting married, Sasuke never give a damn about her, but my god ... she decides to stay like that, she choose misery and remain ignorant on her own, i think deep down she knows that in Sasuke eyes she has zero value to him, she only serve as Nanny for Sarada and breeding machine for revival of his clan, but she choose to lived like that.That makes her look very stupid and low as a female.

No, it is just suppose to be a cute moment for all the SS girls to squee about and write in their fanfics/art. And also no, since that is really the only positive SS moment before this one and they only explanation of why Sakura was still obsessed with him in the end.

It's not surprising that if Kishi came out of the closet many years from no and admits that Narutos bond with Sakura was all orchestrated by Mrs. Kishi and Shuiesha editors interfered with NH direction.

The thing is that the Wife is similar to kushina who is similar to Sakura. So kishimoto clearly has a type.

 

Eventually he started basing Sakura increasingly off his wife in part 2. Since Naruto was an insert of himself this was clearly intended to please his wife by basing NS off their relationship. Then she thought the kishimoto should bring in Naruto's mom. Instead of what he originally planned ie never mentioned her. Then based her and the MK relationship off his wife and their relationship to please her. Which cycles back to it being a parallel of NS which is also base of their relationship. So NS was intended to please her to make up for him not being able to spend much time at home. Since he keeps mentioning that as a reason he glad he done with Naruto in every interview. When it didn't happen. His wife was not happy. ...Have we ever learned her name?

He is going to the magazine in Shueisha that Yahagi is in charge of after he is done being the "Editor" of Boruto. Also would you want the editor that kept you on track to this ending as your editors or would you want the one that made you and international success?

 

 

It's just a theory. That's why I think Shuisha editors and executives hate Sakura.

 

That's another issue that Yahagi has to deal with because Kishi has a low reputation. Too bad Yahagi doesn't have that much power in the higher ranks of Shuiesha staff to do something about it. He's just a highly promoted editor.

She always show negative expression or try to cover it with fake smile whenever Sasuke enter her picture. But when it's about Naruto she can be herself. Sakura is a flower, a flower need a sun to survive, Sasuke represent Moon and dakrness, while Naruto represent Sun and light. With darkness the flower will wither and die, while with sun the flower will grow and bloom. She can always break her limit and be strong female whenever she fights for Naruto, but with Sasuke she become a weak 12 years old stupid fan girl.

She can't fight back or defend herself when Sasuke insult her, that is just the same as her character is dead around him.
