I think the whole silver medal thing came from the idea that Sakura only just suddenly started liking Naruto ever since he became a "hero" making him "second best" from Sasuke.

 

Which I totally disagree with, because I believe Sakura's feelings for Naruto have grown gradually throughout the whole entire show.

I don't care what you do regarding Kaguya and the war, I don't care how the war ends, I don't care how Naruto beats her. I wouldn't care if Naruto beat her by busting out the Macarena mid battle and she jumps in and they giggle like schoolgirls and come to a truce because of their new found dancing interests. Hell, Team 7, the Edo Hokages, Obito, Kaguya, BZ and Hamura could all do the Thriller to conclude the war and I would be fine. But please, PLEASE, have Naruto and Sakura start making out afterwards in front of one of those IT pod things as the IT is getting released, and just so happen to have Hinata come out of the pod that they're making out in front of. It would literally make my day if it happened. To see Hinata's dream go down the drain would have me skipping like a 5 year old. That's all I'm asking.

That won't matter because the entire chapter will be about Naruto and Sakura losing their minds about Sasuke.

I can bet later if Sakura ask one more time about Sasuke (since obviously she realized that he disappear), "why she said his naaameee" will be drag on until next week. Sorry for being skeptical, since, well, this past few weeks has been like that .

@Pepsi on the contrary the way Sai & Sakura worded by that I mean everything not just that part was Naruto comes first Sasuke is last so how much Sakura loved Sasuke if Naruto's safety comes before anything else ?

Are you kidding me in here ? Him brushing it off was a rejection he didn't accepted it bc he still thought that she had feelings for him that is why he had that flashback of her "feelings" for him .

 

The way he was flashbacking to Sakura made it seem like he was either questioning why she no longer liked Sasuke or why she is giving up on saving him altogether.

a friend of mine told me that a demo for Naruto Revolution was released for Xbox, some people looked at its code and there was a Team Ultimate Jutsu for Hinata and Naruto, but not for Sakura and Naruto. Now I'm not sure if that's true, so did anyone hear about this? 

Even if it is true, I don't see how having a Tag Team in a video game cn have any consequence on the romance subplot of the story. On the contrary, I see it as a proof of their friendship bond.

I haven't heard about this. But I wouldn't be surprised if they did that. Even in one of the previous games you had cards (I think that's what they were called, I don't remember exactly, also I played the PSP version) of certain characters, and if you combine them you'll get different names. For example if you combined Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura you got Team 7; Naruto and Sakura was One Sided Love and something that pissed off a lot of fans but also made a lot of people happy, Naruto and Hinata was called Secret Lovers.

 

Anyway doesn't really matter. It's a game that has nothing to do with what the Kishi is doing.

Sai is only saying "by giving up on Sasuke and confessing that she loves you, she untied you from the burden that is your promise".  Which sounds definitely not like he was a silver medal. 

 

But anyway, I already gave my two cents on the confession, to me it is a fake confession because she's not conscious of her feelings for Naruto, or at least, she knows she has feelings but doesn't know that theses feelings are feelings of love. Even at the current time, I think she's not aware that she loves Naruto.

There's that awkward moment after the war where all the injured are being attended to in medical tents, it's mass confusion, everybody is trying to find their comrades. Hinata is trying to find Naruto so that they can talk about how she feels about him (and how he doesn't feel about her) so she uses her Byakugan and sees Naruto and Sakura ravaging each other like animals about 3 miles away from the camp, so she summons the Juubi, becomes the 10 tails jinchuriki, kills Kiba because he's Kiba, and puts herself into IT, and everybody else just carries on with their day

Like I said I only played the PSP version, and I remember laughing when I saw what they called Naruto and Hinata.
