Anyway, the translation from VIZ, although it halt all the pairing war (outside this place, maybe), it is confusing and awkward for Sakura to ask Naruto about...Naruto *making weird face*.

 

I agree. That's why I was confused last week as to why people wanted Sakura to ask about Naruto as well when he's right next to her. Even if it's just a clone it's a little weird.

 

"Hey Naruto, where's Naruto?" That just sounds dumb. I don't like VIZ making that change.

Any of you have seen the raw? I'm sure she just asked about Sasuke, but I want to check just to be sure.

It's not awkward, but it can be dealt without it as well. So one way or another, it's ok. But if you want that, then it's fine too.

Well, from my interpretation, as long as the clone is there, means that Naruto is not in a life-threatening (somewhat) situation. Because if it is, the clone vanish, Sakura will panic yadda yadda yadda. Anyway, since it has become this way, better if we wait for the raw to be available. If it is (she asks about both at Naruto's clone) then I'm okay with it, despite feeling awkward and all.

Well they do have someone on their side who can travel dimensions (Obito) and 3 people who can teleport (Minato, Tobirama and Sasuke)

 

So it's possible though I don't think Sasuke will reappear until the time has come to finally seal Kaguya

 

And then when this long ass war is over 2 things will happen

 

1. Naruto and Sasuke have the final fight now 

 

or

 

2. We get another entire story arc building up to it with a bunch of Ashura/Indra/Hagoromo/Hamura/Hashirama/Madara parallels everywhere.

Sasuke is a cancer to both Naruto and Sakura. I just don't get why there's so much emphasis and focus put on him?

Naruto vs sasuke is the last battle of this manga.
Sasuke doesn't cross that line.
They still consider sasuke as part of team seven.

I actually read the chapter again and she wasn't asking at somebody directly. She was just asking in general, look at it again

But that's not my point. Naruto is still there, so she would be like, "Ok, everyone is here. Wait. Where's Sasuke?" So whatever it is, it works both ways. Maybe I can understand if she pestered a lot but that ended super quick, it was forgettable. But to each of their own. I would say this though. Naruto better not get knocked bad here now. His clone will disappear.

I don't like compare Rukawa with Sasuke

Rukawa was the enemy of the protagonist but he was as human as the protagonist , he was cold and very popular with women but never attempt to kill anyone he had defined goals but never allowed to be manipulated by anyone, besides he was talented but their achievements were also made ​​by effort.

Rukawa was also hilarious character at his cold and indifferent way to be, I love how he was indifferent to all but this is not for his arrogance was because he loves sleeping xD

To me if Sasuke would have been like Rukawa he probababily will be another of my favorite characters.

The fact that he decide to protect the village rather than destroy it - based on his revenge-filled mind - shows that he is developing, and starting to understand the things around him. I'd still like to see Sasuke come to redemption, no matter what he did in the past.

 

Naruto and Sakura practically live for this guy, and I don't really want to see him gone so easily (imo)...

Sasuke's development is a mess. He's reach the conclusion of protecting Konoha rather than changing their laughter into screams and moans. Nothing even remotely good about this character imo.

But at what cost. Protecting the village for who is the true question. Ruling is still bad. This is what people has feared for him to do next. Orochimaru didn't go for domination, so this will be "new" to him. If you ever noticed, no one in the series or at least villain wise, has thought domination. Sasuke may be the first to go that approach.

I'm still not even sure what made Sasuke change his mind on revenge anyway....after every TNJ Naruto, Gaara and Kakashi put him through. How exactly did he go from "I'm going to burn everyone I know to the ground and laugh" to "what is a ninja?" I get that it was Itachi who gave him that little TNJ at the end but what exactly was it that he said that was such a game changer as opposed to anything anyone else told him?
