So sakura lives close to the hokage tower. NICE. Guess she is supporting Naruto's dream.

I'm kinda looking back at this series and can't understand... how did we lost? Did we lost due to undevelopment? No:

 

NH had like what?

- Naruto caled her a weirdo when we saw her for first time.

- Hinata almost ruined Naruto's first exam.

- Naruto cheered her up on 2nd exam for chunin.

- Naruto didn't notice a message behind ointment Hinata gave him.

- Naruto beat down Hinata's brother (not even because avenging her, just because he had principles that Naruto coudn't stand)

- Naruto told Hinata  to not give up.

- In second part literally two scenes - Hinata's suicidal scene where she confesse

- Hinata touch his cheek (Naruto handhold alot of people to give them chakra, lol)

 

Naruto never considered her as romantic person for him, not even at one panel in manga.

 

NS

- Naruto said he likes Sakura, and reason is named.

- Sakura already at the start - starting to change her mind on Naruto from trash that only was around her, to noticing him as someone other.

- Sakura almost gave up on chunin status for her and her love(crush) Sasuke to just prevent Naruto from failing to succed his Hokage dream.

- Naruto fighted and protected Sakura's life with all his streth even going over limit.

- Sakura start noticing that Naruto is not just about words, he stands on his promises. (He found Tsunade, as he promised)

- Naruto placed POAL on his shoulders for Sakura's happines.

- Sakura finally understands that Naruto always cared about her feelins even for Sasuke.

- Sakura promises Naruto to save Sasuke together.

- Part 2 - Sakura tease Naruto about her womans quality.

- Naruto asked her for date and she actually said "yes" but due to low fonds Naruto end's up with nothing.

- In battle both of them a perfectly combined and help each other (fight with Kakashi, Itachi)

- Sakura finds out about Naruto's "curse" and worried about him to almost crying for his safety.

- Sakura saw Naruto's transormation and still worried about him she cries out that will save Sasuke just for him.

- Yamato noticed that Sakura's feelings are more then "help or friendship"

- Sai notices that Sakura really cares about Naruto's feelings and is very gentle for him.

- Both failed to save Sasuke promise each other that they become even stronger to save him.

- Naruto is happy when Sakura tries to feed him when his hand is damaged.

- Naruto tells Sakura that he glad when she heals him.

- Sakura is worried about how Naruto got news about Jiraiya's death.

- Sakura is confident in Naruto's fighting skills.

- Naruto tries to not bother Sakura with beating her resived from Kumo jonins.

- Sakura cries when found out that Naruto's promise hurting him as much as she is.

- Sakura confesse to Naruto and tries to stop him from pursuing Sasuke as it is dangerous for him.

- Naruto told his father that Sakura is pretty much his girlfriend.

- Sakura gave Naruto life with CPR and told him that she is supporting his dream.

- Naruto cared about Sakura in time of battle with Madara/Kaguya.

- Naruto get's angry when Sasuke use genjutsu on Sakura.

 

- Parallels to Minato and Kushina. Jiraiya and Tsunade, Tsunade and Dan, Obito and Rin.

- Statement that next generation will succed previous.

- Bunch of info that is missed (forehead scene, Narutod didn't know about CPR)

- Official date April 3 when Naruto fall in love with Sakura.

- Tons of details that Sakura and Naruto are somehow complet each other (both perverts, both hot head and etc).

- Mass of evidences that Sakura changed her feelings for Naruto from only friendly to romantical.

- Sasuke never intrested in Sakura as in romanse partner.

 

And I'm not even started on anime/movie/OVA heavely support of NS (until late time when Hinata get's a medic ninjutsu and other bs about her past with Hanabi).

 

So...please anyone, explain me, how did we end up like this?

Hmm this is just me being hopeful but if SP and Kishi see how much they have kittened up in the up coming weeks on who Naruto would end up with (Hinata or Sakura) then I see them having this option:

1: create an alternate filler arc in Naruto Shippuden of Naruto and Sakura getting together instead and see how the reviews of it are higher or lower then The Last. If higher (which Im highly expecting) then this would give Kishi some clarity of actually re-writing the ending of the manga due to popular demand. Not only that but increase the number of chapters showing the ending that way it'll show more closures of plot holes left from 699 and 700. The mini series in 2015 featuring NH kids can still go on but that would also mean possibly including another side series featuring NS kids. It has been said that another author/writer would handle the mini series along with Kishi so it wouldn't be impossible to hire another writer for the other.

I know you guys are gonna say it's stupid to think like this but right now I'm only thinking what's best for this series and to give back it's namesake of a once popular manga and story. Wether Kishi is along for the ride anymore or not is irrelevant because the manga is still 698 chapters worth of a good story that's worth saving!!!

So chew me out or ignore me but that's what I honestly and genuinely feel from the bottom of my heart.

Was too much to ask for the last chapter to have all of them together laughing happily? Im not even talking about pairings here to be honest...

Apparently, the NS moments and hints were all misleads. 

 

I still believe Kishi didn't want to end the series with NH, tbh.

So about 80% of bonds, 70% panels of manga is  mislead?

We lose because the author of this manga is an a**hole who think himself as a genius mangaka who born once in a generation.

From where I stand, he put X oh his manga career when he stated that for 15 years he was "misleading" people, we all saw Kubo with his obvius moves for what he is called troll of shonen trio, we saw what Oda can do with minor characters and their memory.

And now Kishimoto practically said "don't belive me, all I say is a lie, please read my next work". Who will do that?

So manga was about misleading?

 

We lost because SP forced NH to fruition.

In order for NH to become canon several major story elements were change dramatically to better suit it, but fans are no stupid enough to fall for it...at least not the ones who actually cared about the story.

-Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke all had to be changed and do massive character reduxs
-Naruto's past was changed exponentially and kitten had to be added that never existed before.
-Hinata had to be important and be shown important by a cheap villain who was only made for pairing drama
-Sakura and Sasuke had to be extremely back-seated and Naruto to stop caring about them.
-Every other character had to be taken out of the way and never heard of again
-Every bond was severed and Naruto had to cut all ties to everyone
-and so much more...

We were forced to lose by way of cheating and terrible asspulls. Like running a long race and then told at the final stretch you had to wear massive weights while NH was carried to the finish line.

 

And it's not even a reason, story was ment in other way "insert Star Wars quote". I'm better not even start what's fair in this ending and what's not.

 

Because Kikitten and otakus.

But seriously, NH was probably a marketing based decision. SS just came around for the next generation.

If kishi really decided on NH at the beginning of Part 2 then why we had so much wonderful NS scenes on it?
My guess is that he is lying. NH was decided back in LOI arc when Sakura's popularity took a huge blow

And as you see now - it's not working and no - after LOI - we got a even more development and parallels and moments for them nothing was leading to this end until 699. You can stay on point that 693 was disaster but author via Kakshi explained it. So...
