100 percent completely agreed. Every single word.

 that's sad actually and somewhat I don't belive that she will be sidelined. Anyway, the most intresting in FT-verse now is previous chapter about Zeref (that was fresh AND unexpected) and FT Zero - with is MUCH more intresting that all what's going right now in present time.

The chapter about Zeref and Natsu was the best in a while. It made Natsu more interesting than any other character, right there with Zeref. I think FT zero is ok, I'm much more interested in Natsu and Zeref.

I guess I'm just a guy who let the story takes me. Rather than "screw him! Give me him!" Unless he's really that hateable. I am amazed that I bare with Sasuke's shining moments. That's not easy.

Well truthfully speaking, Gathering EVERY member of the guild and dedicating full chapters to have an arc for each member would be tedious, eventually tiresome, and not to mention incredibly hard to pull off. So I personally prefer everyone reunites at once, because it saves time for other things.

I don't hate her relationship with Jellal per se. But, I do dislike the way it's handled. I felt it was kind of forced in some aspects. But post-timeskip, it seems that forming CS has done wonders for Jellal.

Ever since forming the guild, he's stopped moping about his crimes and is simply doing all he can to make the world a better place. If anything, I think he has a more positive outlook on life ever since then. And thanks to meeting Erza and confirming she's alive after Tenrou, it seems he's just gotten a whole lot stronger mentally.

That's not even getting into his newly-expanded CS too. It's interesting that for someone who's tried to push people away before, he's slowly gaining new bonds. He's the total inverse of Sasuke. I think, and hope his new family will push him to just man up with Erza.

That, and Erik is a mindreader, and I'm pretty damn sure Kinana had been studying magic and travelling with CS for the past year, and Erik just takes in the delight of taunting his boss about his love life with his own relationship.

I think you're overblowing Erza's side of the relationship, I don't see her whining about Jellal, if anything she's more pissed about Jellal himself. At the very least, I'd put Jerza at #4 in my list with GruVia way, way, way at the bottom.

I think that's only when it comes to Lucy because I remember during the Tatarus Arc when Natsu was in the cell with Lisanna he was pretty embarrassed to see her that way. Here's the page during that arc:

I'm happy with Erza, As the chapter progressed it became obvious she would be the one that was chosen. Mira while good at dealing with paperwork she is no longer the younger self that would have been able to put fear in the rest of the guild to sort them out, only Erza has shown that.

 

 

I also don't agree with her being weaker than Natsu, she can still beat him in battle, and she's shown her strength against strong opponants, however she's not the main Charactor, she's fourth after Natsu, Gray, and Lucy. So naturally she won't get the strongest opponants. I just didn't expect her as I always felt she'd be going with Natsu on missions so her staying behind running the guild didn't register to me. Atleast it's not Laxus, he's still not earned the title of guild master, he might be stronger and changed his way but he's still not earned the role of Guild Master.

 

That said I won't be at all surprised after they get back Makarov that he'll end up as the eigth Guild Master. As the way the chapter ended was very similar to the way Kakashi becoming the sixth Hokage title the first time happened. So Makarov could end up as the master as Erza wasn't officially announced. Though I am hoping she does, she is the best leader from the group, who gives a flying kitten if she isn't the strongest from the S-Class, she is the most qualified, her only real downside is her feelings for Jellal, who I don't think is good enough for her,, but that's Japanese Manga for you. Some people can want to see the world burn but if they see the light due to the member of the main cast they are forgiven and their sins forgiven, if they are not they burn in hell.

 

On a separate not FT: Zero was out, much better than the regular FT manga, it's a shame the manga is only one week, as I remember speculating about Zeria before but completely forgot about it and being surprised when it was confirmed this week.

Laxus has more reason and has earned it more than Erza has. He already redeemed himself, and has proven he can be a leader. Natsu has been stronger than Erza for a long time coming, and Mira knows way more about being a guild master than Erza. Erza is the worst choice possible. Desperately hoping that she is just a stand in, because her as the guild master is awful.

My best guess is the relationship he has with Lisanna and the history they both share whether it's platonic or romantic. 

 

The other thing is with Lucy he stated that the novelty wore off when it came to her being naked.  So there is that too.

Natsu would have crushed her if they fought a year ago, and would still do the same now. She can't stop him anymore. Honestly, the only people that would handle a serious Natsu are Laxus, Gildarts, and Makarov. Laxus isn't even a guarantee anymore, to be honest.
