Last time I checked the only development that NH got, is in Hinata's dream.

Even then it still looks one-sided as fack

 ^Why do you believe that? It is a nice headcanon, but his sexy jutsu women's breasts weren't that big. I think. I remember ciardha made an argument once about how Naruto wouldn't choose Hinata because of her boobs, as large breasts weren't his preference.

 

Those breasts look pretty developed to me (not Tsunade level of course):

 

 

Of course Naruto isn't gonna choose a girl because of her breasts, he's not that superficial. Just like Sakura isn't gonna stick with Sasuke just because he's a pretty boy.

I'm positive that SS-shippers will say that any serious NS moment won't matter because when Sasuke returns from the other dimension, Sakura will go back to her old self.

 

 

And yet we still have people that continue to this day, to say that Naruto and Hinata know each other better. It boggles my mind.

I admit, it was supposed to be an argument that Sakura would only go for Sasuke and be perverted. Luckily, this chapter pretty much cancel out that claim and pretty much anything (well you know) would do for her. So that argument is officially over.

Sakura is naruto standard of beauty, there are girls who are more beautiful or less beautiful than sakura.
Sakura lovely feature for naruto is her cute face.
This is proof by his interest with haku(lol), tsunade, the girl that itachi genjutsu to separate jiraiya, and kushina.
That mean breast size is never a problem for naruto, because what important to naruto is the face.
Thus we can take conclusion that ino and Hinata are less beautiful than sakura from naruto POV.

Filler. Though I do like the whole scene, especially episode 81.

It is? meh, I wonder if in the future Kishi decide that Sakura will really have a slight perverted reaction when she does saw him half-naked. The anime team will really made it awkward when in the past filler she seems doesn't react much while the actual scene based on manga gives a 'terrible' reaction on her part.

 

I like how Sakura follows up by telling Naruto that he and Konohamaru better not be doing this in private, which sounds like something a gf would normally say to someone who....idk....continuously buys porn or erotic inflatable dolls or something. I consider it a minor NS hint because otherwise she would just point out how disgusted she was with them and end it there

I would say she is satisfied with the development of the jutsu   . In the future if Sakura caught him doing the jutsu, he would just pulls out the reverse harem on her to escape from her wrath. LOL

If Konohamaru did a NS sexy jutsu, Naruto would be knocked out cold.  Sakura would like it for a second, and then she'd get embarrassed and go in denial. All the while Naruto has a severe nosebleed and is passed out for the next few hours.

 

I see this playing in my head so clearly it should be animated.
