Well, that's not completely true. 3.01/3.05 is the lowest recorded score for the movie overall so far, I think.

You know, you can put this question to a lot of things if you really think about it.

Do you honestly think they will care about the ratings? Depends on how much money they lose. If they see a 15% decrease in profits, that is millions of dollars they lost in revenue. As the movie Pretty Women says "It's all about money." So you have to hurt them where it hurts the most...the wallets. Look at how they stopped giving out refunds when they saw how everyone wanted their money back.

But let's apply this question more generally and say "Why should anyone care about anything?"

Why should they care if we demand a rewrite?
If they do do a rewrite, why should the NH fandom care if the story gets re-written with NS in the end?
Why should we care that NH was canon?
Why should they care for anything?

That's always the funny thing about any of this...

I get NH fans telling me to "Drop it" and "why should you care" but then they get pissed off if something else happens that they didn't like.

Why are so many people so damn hypocritical?

Yep, as far as I've been told there's been a huge backlash against Naruto and I don't blame them. From the way he acts in the movie, and from Kishi's interviews, he is an absolute scumbag. He used to be one of my favorite anime characters, but now I can hardly look at him the same way anymore.
