Yes I agree with you, Naruto and Sakura are searching for the old Sasuke. But there's the thing. There's no old Sasuke. It's just Sasuke. Even when he was a kid he was still an a-hole. Kishimoto is demonstrating with Sasuke, that once an a-hole always an a-hole.

Naruto and Sakura are searching for something that was never there to begin with, especially Naruto. They're constantly putting themselves through a lot of pain and misery for basically nothing.

Naruto and Sakura are masochists, especially Naruto. I mean at least Sakura shows that she's acknowledging that Sasuke is not who she thought he was.

i agree with you ..but i want to add something .sakura want sasuke to be loving. caring.  sweet and open .(she want him as naruto now) and that wont happen .and what naruto wants is the caring sasuke even if he remained mean and not open .naruto thinks sasuke will change by time to become open and sweet.but naruto him self isnt really botherd with the  mean sasuke but he is bothered with heartless and evil sasuke ..thats how i see it

Sakura wants all them to smile again as a group, as team 7. Naruto just wants his pet back.

The problem I have with them, especially Naruto. As that Sasuke himself decided to leave, Sasuke himself decided to kill Danzo, Sasuke himself decided to walk the path that he's on. Sure people can argue that Sasuke was used and manipulated but at the end of the day it was Sasuke that decided to do what he did, and continues to do what he wants.

Naruto just can't accept that Sasuke is free to do what he wants. The thing with Naruto is that he needs to learn that he can't force people to do what he wants. Even Tobi told him that what he's doing is wrong. But Naruto is too depressed because he lost his pet and wants him back to see the error of his way.

That's not entirely true, Sasuke was an kitten yes but he didn't truly become evil until the SR arc and again during the LOI arc (for whatever reason he mellowed out when he was with Orochimaru) Sasuke said himself that he was considering forgetting about revenge because of Team 7 and even Orochimaru admitted that they had to hurry and corrupt Sasuke faster otherwise Naruto's influencing would make him forget about revenge.

 

Problem is once Sasuke was thrown in that curse seal drum by the sound he's been changed forever, they even say this. After LOI and choosing revenge over Itachi's ideals literally throws him over the borders of being redeemable. Even when he gets the obvious TNJ from Naruto there's no way that it can truly be a happy ending until Sauce bites the dust, him simply being alive puts the whole shinobi world at risk.

True, he was an a**hole, but he at least had better morals back then. Back then he actually did have a good side. Being an a-hole, will always remain in his character, Naruto and Sakura aren't trying to change that. It'll always be like that. But they want the Sasuke that was their childhood teammate, the one that knew what it was like to have friendship, and bonds, what it was like to care about something or someone. That's what they want.

 

Personally, I believe that part of Sasuke is still there, and has always been there, but Sasuke thinks that those bonds hold him back. But in truth, those bonds are what keep people going. While Naruto keeps getting better and better, Sasuke starts to fall apart, because he barely has anything to hold him up. He needs to feel, otherwise there's no reason to live. As Sasuke's former-friend, Naruto could see what Sasuke was going through, and he wants to help him, and be there for him.

 

But that's hard to do with someone as a**hole-ish as Sasuke. Which is why Naruto needs to use force, and what he believes in, to bring the guy to his senses. No one likes Sasuke, but Naruto and Sakura won't stop trying to save him, because he really is an important part of their lives. They both practically looked up to him, became friends with him, and felt his pain. Naruto especially though. I don't think that makes Naruto a masochist, it just means he still cares for him.

The medical skirt and spandex shorts are way too long. Also her top is very loose or thick on her. So in a way, @luffy is right.

But, I also thought her med-skirt was white to match her clan circle, instead of that bland beige.( Don't hate the color, but I don't like it either.)

 

Oh... that sucks. In my opinion, I think the anime team is starting to get more and more bad at what they're doing to the animation... Especially that Pein battle *shudder* Pein's face was all over the place.

Lol. I have the impression that Kishi has been misguiding SS and NH fans for years. If Sakura does love Sasuke as he said, then he failed to show it and back it up from the bench scene in PT1. I find it contriversal that she was willing to give up the Chuunin Exams to protect naruto's endeavors to become Hokage. But its seems that she was unware of the circumastance that she forfiets Sasuke's chances to become chuunin, or never cared at all.

 

Naruto was a boy who she had great abhorrence against, and she thought about his dreams, which is why I find the word love contriversal. Sasuke is a boy who she proclaims she's in love with, but has yet to think about his endeavors and goals in life. Sakura had a front roll seat. One she knew all along and used it as a last minute out of desperation (kill Itachi). And there is another goal she failed to take in consideration. The Uchiha Clan Resoration. Sasuke wants to restore his clan, which should have made Sakura proud to be the future new mother of the Uchiha.

 

Instead, she thought only but herself and gave into lust. She become a shinobi only to be with Sasuke because he was her world. it was never about him at all. The way SS has been potrayed makes Sakura look like a Sasuke's lusting, wanton w****. This is what she's battling subconciously, which is why she's having a hard time getting over Sasuke.

There's really no reason for Naruto to continue to care for Sasuke, and that goes double for Sakura. Not only has Sasuke attempted to kill Naruto multiple times, but now he wants to take his dream away from him. It's pathetic and convenient that Kishi's using Naruto's nindo for this never ending pursuit of "saving" Sasuke, when really, he doesn't even want to be "saved".

I know people are very sesitive of Sakura here, which is why I try my best to avoid SS debates as possible. The last one I had with Ciadra (wrong spelling lol) two years ago never went well. And That was the time I first joined this forum. Although I have to vent my frustrations during these past several chapters.

 

It's sad that Sasuke was the reason why she became a shinobi. And when he left, she was left in near ruined. I speculate is she never bonded with Naruto and grown fond of him, she would have been a lost kunoichi without no purpose in life.

One of Sasuke's goals to restore his clan. That was during the Team 7 introduction in chapter 3 and 4 chapters ago through Kakashi's flash backs.

No, I think many people here neglect to see the negative points of Sakura's character that can possibly play a downfall to NS. I've been reading the arguments that Pepsi has been making these past vew months or weeks. And I agree with him or her immenselly. Just because NS has all the hints and evidence does not garantee NS as the end game pairing.

 

You see the last NS moment together was when he woke up and Sakura greeted him along side with Obito. Kishi time skipped that part just like ever other NS moment. its been nearly 700 chapters and Kishi has yet to refelect on chapter 3 about Naruto disquised as Sasuke. When lost many NS due to lack of faith, which Kishi is giving to NH instead.

 

My point exactly is I'm vigilant of the way Kishi weaves NS in a certain direction.
