This would also explain why the most popular low scring review has 12 times more likes than the most popular 5 star review? This would contradict their previous comments how NS is the least popular fandom around.

But google translate can't account for specific order and meanings. Remember when I translated the comments about 699-700 and someone called it a load of BUKKAKE? How would Bukkake even equate in this kind of situation. Though technically that could be seen as a bad thing or good thing depending on ur opinion of Bukkake....

LOL he's basically saying that there was no resolution no answer to all the plot and characters in this movie like Kishimoto said he will , he's saying that this movie is contradictory to all the characters and the story and also to Naruto's feelings for Hinata bc in the manga the hero Naruto doesn't prefer Hinata .
So the movie and the manga are not connected in here bc it contradicts the manga itself that's what he's saying .

Lol, you CAN tweak the characters to a limited degree with Google translate.
Atlas allows for the same change, which can yield different meanings/wording.
But to answer that, this is how the word Bukkake is broken down;
Bukkake is the noun form of the Japanese verb bukkakeru (ぶっ掛ける, to dash or sprinkle water),[8] and means "to dash", "splash", or "heavy splash".[4][6][9] The compound verb can be decomposed into a prefix and a verb: butsu (ぶつ) and kakeru (掛ける). Butsu is a prefix derived from the verb "buchi" which literally means to hit but the usage of the prefix is a verb-intensifier.[10]
Kakeru in this context means to shower or pour. The word bukkake is often used in Japanese to describe pouring out water with sufficient momentum to cause splashing or spilling. Bukkake as we know it is more like slang I suppose.
