I saw a SakuraxTsunade one once, didn't read it though

Let's see....Naruto/Naruko. He's well....going out with himself. What's worse there are lemons of this one.... 
Actually Naruko anyone is bizzare since it just a henge, though I know its used in NaruSasu pairings so that the author can avoid calling the story yaoi.
Sasuke/Kogapan.
Shino and a bug/bugs (it was turned into a human I think).
Akamaru/various ninja. There are lemons of this too.

I don't recall the fic being all that serious, but yeah there is one whose summary that states that is the pairing. Every once in a while you find pairings involving inanimate objects. Though its not Naruto, a classic in this area is Ah-Un/Kagome's bike.

I was going to do a fanfic on that where Sakura was some sort of sex slave and Naruto, the Hokage, comes and to Sound to make a peace treaty. Naruto and Sakura had never meet and since they couldn't be together they commited 2x sudicide. I cjust couldn't write a lemon about OroSaj without pucking and getting sick so I Gve up on that idea.

Besides the normal pairings like ours truly, SasuSaku, NaruHina, and some others,
Other pairings are crazy and abnormal
I mean, c'mon ItaSaku, that's is scary since Sakura saw him once.

Well, I sorta kinda came up with a Hanabi\Inari pairing, which is certainly unlikely in canon. (Then again, it's part of a harem, and the other characters in that harem either aren't canon at all or had very brief appearances where their names weren't given anywhere but the fallible data books)
Some people think Anko-Yondaime and Anko-Orochimaru pairings are unusual because of the age the data books give for her. I don't trust the data books, and use them solely for the purposes of coming up with names (as I am horrible about picking names on my own). I see bits and pieces of evidence which make me believe she's older then the data books list her as, possibly by as much as a decade (namely, a picture of Yondaime's team which has a girl that STONGLY resembles a young Anko, IMHO), so I don't see it as that unusual an idea, but if you would rather trust a set of data books (and, for the record, just about every set of 'data books' for any anime or manga has been notoriously unreliable, regardless of who writes them) then most of the Anko pairings I've seen could be considered 'odd.'
