I used to laugh whenever they make Hinata act like a tsundere just like Sakura/Kushina. Now its just pathetic.

I still laugh cause it won't work with her cause her personality or lack there of can't pull off a tsundere, she's trying to hard and and it doesn't work.

Ha, I don't know why they even bother with that. Not because it's an NH moment, but because it was shown time and again the source of Boruto's wangst is Naruto constantly neglecting him, so why are they having him play loving father when he's asleep? it's inconsistent and stupid  Especially because apparently Naruto can't do that at ANY OTHER TIME during the day which again should be a breeze for him because of his kage bunshins

Naruto is also trying his best to placate Boruto during this episode. He goes on to mention to Hinata, while she gets his change of clothes for a night late shift once again, that he didn't have a father figure to follow by, so he's unsure how to approach his son when he's acting up, which is understandable.

 

I do think she's doing her best managing two children while her husband is absent though. She tries to keep her son and his antics in check to prevent Naruto from worrying about them. And she sort of needs that "scary mom" trope too, I guess.

 

Other than that this episode was pretty bore snore. Nobody really cares for these test tube babies.

 

I think the next episode we see Sakura. Finally someone with color to look forward to, holy kitten.

NOW, it's justified. Since she decides that she wants to have a backbone and she wants to attempt to be scary. Now her whole, "sweet and gentle" personality is out the window. I really want Sakura-Chan to give a chakra enhanced flick to the forehead so her brains can splatter on the wall behind her and it would be easy since Hinata is softer than Dr. Robotnik's belly. I don't want to sound horrible or anything, but she's pissing me off even more right now than she normally does. Trying to steal Sakura-Chan's personality now.
