A SasuKarin shipper asked him today why Karin didn't get with Sasuke, and he told her, "In Japan, it is my choice". I guess he was getting asked that question a lot.

And I'm sorry  Mr.Crappy Author if those questions irritate you but if you actually thought your story through and write it down without so many inconsistency ,  retcons and contradictions of massive giant proportions and giving contradicting interviews in the end about everything maybe those people wouldn't have to question your horrible writing decisions , but since you kittened up tremendously you have absolutely no right to complain you hypocritical piece of kitten  .

There's not even a valuable build up reason even from Sakura yet alone Sasuke its nothing but a horrendous forced BS without any legitimate substance *sigh* . He just doesn't know wtf is he doing that's all .

She(?) cleared it up a bit and said he meant it was his choice to do Sasusaku, basically. I'm assuming he got asked about SK/NS a lot, so the Japan part might have been a comment about the West not effecting his choice? Not sure : p

 

Maybe he means that in Japan , SS is your typical love story ? With the man not showing emotion and the woman being devoted regardless of ..... even murder attempts ? Like saying , in Japan , SS is the true love ....typical  archaic mentality

Well you have to remember the world we live in which people love 50 shades of grey and Twilight face it the day of good story telling is dead hence why its now the years of the kitten writing now.

 

As I fear for the nexy 80 years we shall have this BS story telling, I know its sad but what can we do? Nothing sadly we now live in a world which people like us who know what a good story is and means are dying and the ones who like BS that makes no sense love the BS that well make no snese, and if we don't like it we shall be hated and bashed for not liking said work or that we don't understand which is BS as we know what makes a good story after all.

 

One day I know the good story telling will come back but sadly not in our life time more and more kitten stories will come out thanks to piss heads like Kishi, true we may get a good story now and then, but I don't know anymore I really don't.

We used to have a few people from Japan on this site they all thought that this pairing was awful. Several people still have friends in Japan same thing?

I believe it was even less supported compared to the nH pairing in the Japanese fandom. The only reason why it would be made canon is because it was the only viable romantic option for Sasuke given his narrative standing by the end of the manga. Of course, internal logic has no standing with this series. It's whatever happens to be popular and financially promising that dictates what happens next in Naruto. 

 

Did anyone ask him on what his thoughts were regarding the NS relationship?
