I only read early chapter, but it doesn't interest me for some reason.Started to read freezing, just on a whim because I had seen it was pretty popular, and I started to ship Stella and Kazuya pretty hard...dunno if anyone has ever read freezing, so I'm probably alone lol

LuffyxNami (Though not so much over the past five plus years as the manga has not had much interaction between the two.
NatsuxLucy, in Fairy Tail, but I was more NatsuxErza first and don't mind NatsuxLisanna much either.
RavexEllie from Rave master is a much better version of NaLu in my opinion.
EdxWinry from FMA, and HachikenxMikage from Silver Spoon, this mangaka knows how to write a convincing two way romance build up.
I guess I still ship RukiaxIchigo in Bleach but honestly the two have interacted so little in the past few years I might be ok with IchixHime.
Though for recent stuff I'd say.
SoumaxErina from Shougeki no Souma,
HachimanxYukinon from Yahari Snafu is good fun, though HachixYui is kinda cute but prefer Yukinon.
MaouxEri from Devil is a part timer is probably my favourite at the moment. those two are awesome, we really need a second and third season.
Oh I can't forget InamiXSouta and YachiyoxSatou from Working, hoping the two get together in the third season.

I think satouxyachiyou is canon.
I don't think Luffyxnami (or onepiece pairing) would be canon along with bleach pairing.
Both of them doesn't need romance resolution, since they don't dwelve it as much as naruto.
I know I meant that I hope season three actually shows them becoming a couple. I'm not 100% sure if the third season will cover the rest of the manga or not, though I do think that the manga continued recently after it had ended.
Yeah I agree with you on One Piece, the scenes hinting at potential romance has not been there since the water seven arc. Not sure about Bleach as we still see hints of Orihime being in love with Ichigo, which is what I beleive will be the final pair, I always thought it would be Rukia and felt the plan was to have Ishida fall for Orihime. But Rukia's interaction with Ichigo has been almost non-existant in recent years and if her interaction with Renji has increased so that could be the final pairing. I think it will ultimately depends if Ichigo will choose to stay human or if he will choose to be a Shinigami. If it ends with him being the same as he is now we can pretty much gaurentee they plan to milk this franchise further as well.
Edit: To the Pokemon Shippers, there will only ever be one true ship and that is Ash and Misty, everything else doesn't matter because I didn't watch those episodes

Who knows? the thing I know when Misty said " Now I know your feelings about me Ash Ketchup'' but what does it mean? I do not trust the Pokemon Ships because they are just to bring people. My theory will always be future wife ( Misty or Serena), but for now no confession, no nothing. The AshxSerena promise but then gain who know.
