Apparently, there's an broadcast announcement on May 6. So, we may get a trailer and release date.

Wait I am  late the egg hatched already and we got information in tumblr and the Digimon page:

On the final day, at 10:45 PM, we’re going to be receiving a bunch of information, including our first Promotional Video aka TRAILER! , cast info for the 8 chosen children, scheduling, and “other surprises!”

All Digimon Adventure episodes are going to be broadcast May 4th-6th on Live.Nico.Jp (x)
They’ll be playing 1-19 the 4th, 20-38 the 5th, and 39-54 the 6th
The first two days will be starting at 5PM, the last day at 4PM these are all in Japan time.

Sorry I was wrong and I watched the digimon dub first when I did not know about Anime, for the first time in Fox Kids that one was a good American Channel.

Edit: Eh? So those Digimon live videos are applicable only in Japan. Other live videos are working fine. It depends on the one who sets it up, I guess. Oh well.

Not going to watch tri for that reason?

I know i know its shallow for me to say that but every time i look at sorato it reminds that tai is a loser for not noticing sora sooner and 02 made it even worst when you make matt into a rockstar,getting all the girls to like him and sora herself,looks perfect till the point were he's flawless. Meanwhile tai gets crapped on of all of those areas and his overprotectiveness towards his sister gets downplayed while matt relationship with tk gets upplayed. And to top it off the director thinks this is the most unique think he ever made. 

 

Personality i hate the trope of the main character being treated as a loser pushing that trope even further makes me angry.  Don't get me wrong naruto ending is much more worse in comparison with that trope but i still can't stand it in general. 

 

If i hear good stuff about it then maybe i'll watch it and i really hope  tai does not get mistreated when compared to matt just for once stop crapping on him.

Like i said nothing will be rebooted so tri is going to develop the sorato pairing more.

I don't understand why American dub changed those things, especially names, songs, and some dialogues. I was confused when I tried watching it.

 

Taichi x Sora in the original version.

Look, I don't have an intention to start a war/to have a debate, okay? As far as I remember, Taichi never likes Sora in the original version unlike American dub. Actually, he supports Yamato x Sora and never upsets. I'm not pro-Sorato or anything but that's what I saw in the original version. Sorry Taiora fans.

 

On the plus side, I'm sure Takari became canon in the original version. If only Animax SEA will re-air again....

You have a point about the original anime, the dub indeed added some Taiora moments during the course of adventure 01 (even if we can argue that things like Etemon's base events can count as some sort of Taiora moments coming from the original version itself)

 

The main problem however is the first movie, it blatant showed and teased Taiora all the way, even in japanese version, so since the movie IS canon, I think the way the dub handled their "separation" on adventure 02 made more sense than what the japanase did just brushing off the canon movie

It wouldn't be the first time. I have seen two series that US dub changed the dialogue in order to make a so-called pairing pairing. It's strange, but that's what happened.

I haven't watched any Digimon movies yet so...I'll watch them when I have time.

It's clear that the American dub messed it up. Fellow Takari fans can choose to believe or not but for me, I'm sure of it.
