Pretty sure he's talking about Karin and how sasuke smiled at her the first time they met. Karin made sasuke smile lol

Joke aside regarding Sasuke's dificulty in smiling, I think it's tied to Sakura's words during the reunion about laughing together. Thou this smile is either adrenaline induced or fake. A lot of fake/uncertain smiles floating around

It's fine. I'm no fan of the pairing but it is rather funny to think that way. It didn't occur to me. Maybe Sasuke is Uzumaki-holic. I won't be surprised.

I personally think Obito being in this dazed state that he is in will create an opening for the alliance which is what shikamaru's speech was about or that speech will come in at the very end of the war where everyone coordinates and finishes it. That's just me though because that speech couldn't have been for nothing.

Also, I don't like sasukarin either but the uzumaki parallels are funny. Naruto: " I wanted to protect that smiling face" Karin: " I wanted to see that smile just once more"

You know what's sad, what's next, another argument for Naruto and Sasuke? Why I said this? Because they are burning Obito, so what now?

Naruto: You know, we can save those beasts...
Sasuke: Oh come on, not this kitten again. Look, I'm burning him to death. Forget those weapons!

If Madara really has a way to sway/weaken BM Naruto or extract the Kuuby , then Sakura is in a hell of a predicament ..

I recall good that Sasuke left the village for 2 reasons :

 

1) He was obsessed with revange

2) He got jealous of Naruto of how strong he had become

 

He thinks now that they are equals , that is why he had to lower his chakra power level enough to combine the blaze release with the RasenShurken again , so what happens when BM mode occurs?

Maybe that is what Madara is waiting for? I mean Itachi had a special form of genjustu to put someone under it  to make him an ally ..
How can we be sure that Obito translanted just Itachi's eyes and did nothing more?

 

Any ideas?

What gets me is that madara failed at killing Obito :/ does that mean Naruto will legit kill sasuke? I know Naruto has a huge heart for Sasuke and would probably not try such a thing but if sasuke does something out of Naruto's forgiveness range (attack sakura) I think Naruto might go for it.

I get the feeling that mental issue could come back but this time, it's because of Naruto. His new driving force will be Naruto. Remember how he wants to be Homage or whatever at this point? I think his idea could be "How can I become one if you're still around." Naruto got the "I can't save you, I'm not worthy," as Sasuke got another one. I see good potential.

About Madara, I remember that he wants Kyuubi back and it's not about the plan. He just do for some reason. It's not for the plan because he knew that the plan was ready at that time, so why go for Kyuubi.

Naruto is in bad shape. He did too much work, Obito/Juubi want to kill Naruto as he's a threat, Madara either wants to kill him along with other in normal fashion or wants Kyuubi back, which is still killing Naruto, and lastly, Sasuke wants to kill him to end the rival as well as their bond forever. Damn, that's one hell of duty. I'll be honest, I actually dreamt that Sakura was asked by a kid. It goes like this:

Kid:Where's Naruto?
Sakura: He's not .
Kid: What is he doing?
Sakura: He...needs rest...
Kid: Nee-chan...your eyes...are watering.

Anyway, Naruto is really in deep trouble.

It may have something to do with hashirama. Now that Madara is a mokuton user it might help him to control Obito. Or maybe an uzumaki specific jutsu that hashirama can undo hence madara's need to pull hashirama out of the game. Another possibility is time but it isn't likely because he looks like he is in a hurry and doesn't want obito to figure out something

Sai's words were his thoughts while Hinata was speaking out load , Sai had a motive to hide his speech while Hinata had not .
 
I dont really believe that Sasuke will defeat Obito what will be the point of it? I think Naruto will do it and that will lead to Sasuke's betrayal . HIs arrogant and jealous side will take over , or maybe Madara will twist him ?

Agree with you there, I mean kishi like sasuke it's his second go to character but he def puts naruto on his pedestal. I mean look how he's been treating sasuke. Naruto on the other hand is everything sasuke wants to represents.

I do see sasuke somehow getting manipulated by madara. As things stand as of now madara really seems like an after thought. It's the juubi. This arc has to end with sasuke transcending both obito and madara as the main and final antagonist.

Other wise all that build would seem stale. That's just my thoughts. And great to see Sakura again. I do see her rushing to help naruto when Karin and orchimaru and hokages arrive.

What if the secret is in that tablet that only an Uchiha or a person with a rinnegan can read , i met we got the image with Hashi and Madara speaking and then Orochimaru had sine business with it , that is the ambiguous part , i think that is why they want the kyuubi so badly if not IT maybe just a part of it? Minato has the Yang Part .. maybe they'll just extract it from him?

Anyways these things are what are bothering me . Orochimaru is not a good guy , he can't be won't be trusted if he waits for Sasuke to loose it again aka his new wind than maybe he is collaborating with Madara or he just knows something that the others won't i mean this guy researched the uzumaki clan long enough to  brake the'' Shiki Fujin''  , a powerful technique which could have been used again the Juubi..  Kishimoto resurrected him for a reason not just to bring the Kage back , there has to be another motive behind it..

Those are good points he has to be the last antagonist , it was foreshadowed since chapter 4(5)..
