Why did Kishi shows pictures of Hinata in the middle of Minato/Sakura/Naruto discussion ?

It has been said time and time again that this was unlikely. Goes to show that people forget how unpredictable Kishi can be. Yeah, I admit it is a bummer we never got to see such development, but at least it is something and much better than asspulls Sasuke does.

That panel with Sakura telling Naruto "How weak do you think I am?" is like Kishi telling the NH fans "Sakura is not as weak as you might think."
The Naruto and Sakura interaction was AMAZING. For the first time, it wasn't forced. It HAD romantic undertones (and don't tell me it didn't), AND all that waiting was well payed off.

It's not technically cannon yet. Sure Naruto openly claiming that Sakura is his girlfriend and Minato confirming that NS=MK is definitely good for us, it's not cannon.
I think... I honestly don't know. Naruto seems to think of Sakura as his girlfriend, but what does Sakura think? Ahh this is a tricky riddle to solve indeed.

Because there's still Sasuke. He may not be a huge threat, but he's still there. Just look at Sakura's reaction to him showing up. Nothing's canon yet. But now Sakura will be able to choose fairly who she would rather be with, because Sasuke's not necesssrily "evil" anymore, even though now he wants to become Hokage (which is a problem). I don't think this is going to be some simple spar...with his reaction to what the rest of the konoha 11 think of him, you kind of get that impression. He's not going to let anyone get in his way , even Naruto.

Well, to be fair she is not fangirling him, right? This is what many predicted and while yes she had this "reaction" it wasn't one of pure joy or some huge like "OMG, he is so cool." Like I said, I see it as more of "Something ain't right." I forsee Sasuke going to try and kill Naruto and Sakura getting in the way of it.

I know. That's why I said Sasuke's a small threat. Narusaku was canon for me since her confession and the hug scene. It's very obvious that they will end up together in the end, but, actually, they're not together right now.

I am surprised that no one else has presented the fact that Orochimaru and Karin have yet to appear onto the battlefield. The latter should provide an interesting dynamic with the girls' infatuation with Sasuke, it may even challenge their "love" for him. As for the former, well he is the most untrustworthy person on the battlefield and after the Jubi/Madara/Tobi have been dealt with he may choose to redirect his efforts against the alliance and Kage forces who will undoubtedly become even more exhausted and battered as this fight continues.

Yeah, the Minato parallel isn’t actually factoring in to their perfect little ship.

As tasteless as this comedy was, Kishi has been KNOWN for tasteless, pointless comedy. The fact that narusaku has once again been shafted down this road does not speak well and I don’t know why I’m seeing canon everywhere. But this is the funnest sh*tstorm in a while, I’ll say that.

OFT. This chapter confirmed that Naruto still has feelings for Sakura and the fact that Kishimoto had Minato ask that question is a question many harems do. It is a question that I see all the time to couples that do end up canon in the end. "Is this your girlfriend?"

That is usually the turning point when YOU KNOW that when everyone else can see it. Minato hasn't even been around and he can see it right off the bat. That's saying something.
