Hey slextrem theres one thing that bothers me about Naruhina these days. I always wonder why kishi isn't putting to much effort into how naruto feels about hinata even after she confess we never see naruto feel bothered by it seems as if her love for him doesn't matter much.
Even the hand holding thing naruto never feels anything about it.
whats your take on this issue?
There's not much to say about it. Naruto's reaction to Hinata's advancements has been the same since the start of the series. Though Hinata may initiate a moment with romantic intentions, Naruto always responds in a platonic fashion and carries on with his life, likely because he doesn't feel the same way for her as she does for him. I've said this before in the debate thread - there is a distinct difference in the way that Naruto looks when he's dealing with Hinata and when he's dealing with Sakura. When it comes to Sakura, Naruto's love for her is clearly written on his face. Whether it's a blush, or a smile, or even a look of sadness, his love for her and the emotions that she stirs in him have always been right there for the world to see since the start of the series.
You never see that when he's dealing with Hinata. He treats her like a coach treats their little league player. When she shows signs of insecurities, he's quick to give her a pep-talk, pat her on the back, and tell her to get back in the game, but he never does anything beyond that. He never seems to
feel anything beyond that. Even when he held hands with her, he showed absolutely no signs of being love-struck. There was no blush, no intimate eye contact, and no romantic thought about her hand or how much she's developed as a kunoichi. (Yet he's shown all of these signs and more when it comes to the girl that he's loved from the start - Sakura. If he loved Hinata so much, wouldn't he act the same way around her?)
The fact that transferring the Kurama's chakra was part of the plan and that he let go of Hinata's hand to hold hands and high-five everyone else in the very next chapter is also telling. It completely downplays the idea that Naruto has developed feelings for her. I consider this to be one of the downfalls of NaruHina. It takes two to tango but Naruto doesn't want to dance. At least, not with Hinata.
I don't see why you should be bothered by this at all.
