I did. He was not pleased. He wants to keep the core intact and make "tweaks" but unless he frees up cap, I don't see how he can. These next few weeks are going to be interesting.

I know that Lebron wouldn't mind taking a pay cut, it's Wade that I'm on the edge about. Bosh might, but I'm not sure. If there is cap space, Melo is a lock for Miami. Then all you need is an actual big man and then "retool" complete.

Why would it be made during the summit Arc? The festival or whatever is ths year on the 9th, 10th, 11th od August.

That's the first thing I saw: Sasuke being like he wanted to murder the dancing characters, and Gaara being awkward while dancing. 
Judging by Sasuke's attitude on the poster, he must be jealous about not being invited LOL.

You know what frustrates me about Naruto?

 

He has absolutely no confidence with Sakura. Sure, he's pretty straightforward when it comes to supporting her or showing concern for her, but when it comes to sensitive topics like his feelings for her or what she feels for him,  his confidence just melts away. When I see fanfics of Naruto trying to win over Sakura and being bold with his affection after Sasuke left, I can't help thinking how OCC it is for him and it bothers me because it shouldn't be like that.

 

Think about it. Naruto is always holding back with Sakura; he's never seriously straightforward about how much he loves or cares for her. Naruto doesn't have any problem flirting with her, but he never does anything with it. He just keeps it light and unserious; no wonder why Sakura didn't know he loved her. He just withholds himself and withholds himself to the point where it's ironically more likely for Sakura to make a serious move on their relationship than Naruto.

 

I understand why Naruto's like this. It's because of how much affection he saw Sakura show towards Sasuke in Part 1. Naruto's never going to give up on Sakura, but it seems to me he developed insecurities post-PoaL about Sakura reciprocating. He can't see past how much she loved Sasuke and he can't truly see how close he is actually getting Sakura. All he sees is her love for Sasuke.

 

It frustrates me so much that Naruto puts himself through things like that when he's over-exaggerating everything and misinterpreting Sakura's feelings. He makes it harder on himself than he has to. It's so painful to watch Naruto hold back on his love for Sakura because he thinks she loves Sasuke when it's so obvious that things are changing between them.

 

I just, for once, want Naruto to take a chance, get out of his shell, and actually be more confident with her. He wouldn't get a negative result like he apparently seems to think. It'd be so great to see Naruto genuinely comfortable showing how much he loves Sakura without thinking he shouldn't because she loves Sasuke. It's so ironic how Naruto's feelings for Sakura are supposed to be obvious, yet he never does anything with it; it's always been Sakura so far.

 

I say this not just because of NS, but as fan of Naruto in general. Seeing Naruto realize how deeply Sakura cares for him and not try to hold back his feelings so much would be extremely rewarding.

 

It'd just be nice to see him stop torturing himself.

I know what you mean. It frustrates me a little bit too. But at the same time, he's probably just scared to say anything. Think of how miserable she is because of Sasuke. With Naruto's character traits, it's not hard to see him feeling that her misery, and all of her tears are his fault in a way, because he failed to bring Sasuke back the one time that she put all of her cards on him. Thus his statement to Sai "how could I, I couldn't even keep my promise".

Also, there might be some lingering insecurity of possibly changing the nature of their relationship. Say for instance Sakura says no? What then?

Not only the above, but as you said, he does acknowledge the fact that she does(did) love Sasuke. Naruto isn't one to force himself upon her. He's the type of guy that if she's happy, he's happy, even if he isn't the picture. What he wants most is her to be happy, hence the reason behind the POAL.

I definitely think that he says something after the war, if he hasn't already (Kishi, please show the wake up scene ASAP, please and thank you).

That's a very interesting topic that many forget to comment

But I think Naruto feels insecure about Sakura romantic feelings for him for the reason that he has never witnessed firsthand everything that makes Sakura for him, or is unconscious or semi dead, or too distracted training ...

 when Sakura does stuff in the first half of part 1 as the test Chunnin Naruto does not know nothing about this NS moment works in Sakura's thoughts , or when she save Naruto life in Orochimaru's attack Naruto is unconscious, and what about 245 when Sakura is desperate to help him and she cries? ...  of course! he's passed out, chapter 663? the poor boy was dead and could not attend his first not kiss official
 
I mean like why Naruto may be more aware of Sakura love  for him if unable to be in their 5 senses not even when NS happens, I've always wondered how to do Kishimoto to Naruto can believe how much Sakura loves him, should there is any way if he made black Zetsu will control everything and manipulate all in a way that was not easy for the reader to find out, must have planned something to trigger these events for Naruto, I also wanted for years that Chapter 3 returns at the bench scene, I think this chapter have very powerful memories, feelings, psicology deep emotions well a lot of things.

Yeah kishi really did screw up on sakura BIG TIME It does beg the question why is it so hard to make sakura herione? Like why did he he kinda gave herionish role to others like side characters like hinata for a chapter, but when it comes to sakura he just can't seem to do it....

I'd like to see Sakura have more of a role in battles for sure, but I don't see that many other female characters have done all that much battlewise, either.

It seems to be a thing in shonen, to my understanding. Male characters do most of the important stuff. Dunno if it's because the genre is intended for boys, or if it's a cultural thing. I'll leave that determination to people who know more than I do.

That's the reason people who pretend to be neutral give as an excuse to their hate towards Sakura, but in reality, the only reason why they hate Sakura so much is just because she's on the way of Hinata.

Nah, it just depends on the writer. For instance, both One Piece and Fairy Tail have badass ladies. Attack on Titan does as well. So does Akame ga Kill. It just depends on the writer and his/her style.

I know even for me, I'm no writer or anything, but I have characters that I made mostly for the purpose of drawing. And most of them are male. And there's no real reason behind that.

Kishi purposely hide naruto feeling for the entire part 2.
And develope more sakura to naruto. That's why it seem sakura the one who chase naruto & not the other way.
Naruto highest developement is poal.
Sakura highest developement is kage summit.
After that NS interaction take absent in war arc until minato comment.
That's why I make prediction about sakura > naruto moment follow by naruto > sakura moment.
Then resolution in naruto vs sasuke arc.
