And they'd be right.

If there is one undeniable and, at this point, inevitable truth to this manga it is that the "younger generation" is always the exception to the rule no matter how much it screws with the quality of the story.

Obviously Naruto succeed Jiraiya in every way except for saving Sasuke & world peace. Yes my friends that theory includes winning Sakura's heart.

I don't see any more from NS until Sakura confronts Sasuke first. Damn why must Sasuke be such a issue for them. In part 1, Naruto was kittening about how great & attentive Sasuke is and brings to the point at least once point he wished him gone. Now he is, Naruto crying on how he needs to return and be normal and all that other kitten!

Naruto is being a hypocrite! You all talk about Sakura not being honest but check out Naruto being the same way. Everyone (including Sakura) sees the truth about Sasuke except Naruto. He's worst than Sakura in part 1! Sasuke holds no real purpose for them anymore. Even after Madara told him the truth, Sasuke could've forgive, follow Itachi's wishes, & return to Konoha but instead he cause havoc to the Kages and now is international criminal. Funny how he continues to join Konoha's enemies throughout the series heh. Sadly even Sakura cannot talk Naruto out of his quest which leads her to plan B.

I assume plan B might mean killing Sasuke herself. I don't know about you guys, but I think Saskura/Sasuke fight will be more appealing than Naruto/Sasuke fight.

It's a bit tricky arguing something like this mostly because Sasuke is supposed to be evil while Naruto is good.

has he passed the Evil Character mark or is he only bad?

cause IMO there is a diference between a bad guy and an Evil one

Guys, I've been thinking, reading the Ch 470 thread, and trolling other forums. This is the theory I've come up with.

True, it is quite sad that Naruto is clinging desperately to Sasuke. I mean, he must know at this point that Sasuke is no longer friend but foe. He's just clinging desperately to an idea of Team 7 being reunited. (Remember a recent chapter, I think it was 450 or the one after, where Naruto says to Kakashi and Sakura that he'll bring Team 7 together? He's still hung up on that idea.) Like some of you said, he's being worse than Sakura.

But this makes an interesting setup. Sakura, again quoting you guys, is going on to her Plan B. What exactly that is, there is no way to tell yet, but it is apparent that she is going to confront Sasuke. ''Naruto... Please forgive me?'' I think she's going to try and ''get rid of'' Sasuke.

And the only way for it to truly hit Naruto, to open his eyes to how bad Sasuke's gotten, is to see Sasuke threaten one of the people he once called a ''precious comrade.'' I highly doubt Sakura will be able to defeat Sasuke. (Supposed to be Naruto's thing anyways.) Instead she may be severely injured. I doubt killed. That wouldn't ''teach Naruto a lesson,'' because he's already been taught a lesson with Jiraiya and Hinata. It would only affect him in a severely negative way.

So, Sasuke hurts Sakura, Naruto finally opens his eyes, and... Well, the rest is up to Kishi.

So, what do you think? Plausible?

Right! That's the idea I was aiming for. While, yes, it would be a bit degrading to her character, I at least imagine she'll put up a great fight but in the end Hax Boy will pull out another random jutsu and just cheat to win. And in the end, Naruto will save her, killing two birds with one stone; ''Get the girl,'' and ''beat tge bad guy.'' So to speak.

there is one thing to clear up a little. Naruto is not clinging desperatley to Sasuke as a matter fo wanting team 7 back, or even based on the POAL. both of which are important of course but not the totality of the reason.

right now Sasuke has become a living amalgamation of several things. The hate and cycle of vengance that he promised Nagato, and Jiraiya he would break.

the destiny and hatred he promised Neji and Madara hed change.

and the teamate and brother he lost as well as the key to Sakuras happiness as he sees it.

Sasuke has come to represent so many things to him. Themes of such importance that they are pushing and driving him too extremes.

Sakura has just taken the first step into try and getting him to take a step back. getting him to drop these promises is impossible.

butgetting him to take a more realistic look at them is not. Sakura just took this first step and now the enxt is up to him.

That's what the signs are leading to. But you know what Kishi's like sometimes... Pulling the old bait & switch. It's just that, well, I think my theory would be really dramatic and result in NaruSaku. I need to start analyzing things from an objective point of view

Would that be a interest thing to watch. Naruto coming to true terms about Sasuke and must decide what's more important for him to save: Sakura from certain death or Sasuke from the dark path he create for himself. Kinda lover or best friend!

Which one would you think he chooses?

Itachi killed off the family Sasuke loved (including Itachi himself, now). He told Sasuke that he needed to hate to be strong, and to kill his best friend to reach that ambition. I think Sasuke is doing EXACTLY what Itachi told him to do (although not what Itachi intended to happen).

Sasuke has been susceptible to suggestion by almost every bad guy in this series. Maybe Naruto figures if he yells enough times at Sasuke to return to the village, Sasuke will be brainwashed.

Honestly? If I were Kishi at this point, that is exactly what I would do. The abduction of Sakura would be very near to the story's climax. It just keeps getting more intense. And Kishi may be predictable at times, but he's never cliche, so it just might happen.
