Relax people, it's just a cover, nothing related to the movie. There is only a little anounce about the movie on the bottom. But the cover has nothing to do with the movie.
It's that official that naruto will end in this year?
We only know that the movie will air on the 6th of December. And giving that it's a time skip movie, there are high chance for the serie to end before that, exept if Kishi is doing a AU movie once again, but I think a time skip is more probable.

A cover is a cover it doesn't mean the movie will have SS. Remember the trailers of RTN teasing NH and SS only it was trolling move hidding the true pairing.
