Why do many people say Kishi is dragging out the story ? I don't understand why .

Well this arc alone has been going on since I was a sophmore in High School.....I'm getting pretty close to graduating college right now.

Am I the only one tired of this manga and series all together? Sigh. Part 1 of this series was way better. Good times....

Story was SUPPOSED to be about NINJAS. Fourteen years later: Kakashi remains the only character who somewhat resembles a ninja

 

@Illnevergiveup: This ark has been going on since I was in the eighth or ninth grade in high school. Now, I'm twenty-years-old, went to college for a semester, have a career, and about to move out on my own. I'm at the point I just want Kishi to wrap this friggen manga up. The only reason I even bother with it anymore is just because I want to see NS happen and tell a bunch of NH fans who keep bugging me to sod off. I care very little about the actual story now.

 

Kishi has pulled some of the wildest stunts I've seen, he's written dozens and dozens of flashback chapters that I, and hardly anybody I know who keeps up with Naruto hardly give a damn about, and...it's almost like it's not even the same manga anymore. I liked part one and the beginning of shippuden WAY better than what's going on now. 

 

Remember when the most powerful ninja were people like the Sanin and the story was about ninjas rather than these two over-powered characters receiving a power upgrade every time they turn a corner? I think Naruto and Sasuke are powerful enough, Kishi. Now how about you work with Sakura for a bit? What's so hard about that? She's your LEAD FEMALE CHARACTER for cryin' out loud!

I don't really mind the ninja thing because Naruto was supposed to appeal to modern day kids so that's prob why the ninja's look so modern. I mean it feels like the series is dragging on. I mean even Sakura's feelings also feels like it been dragged through gravel and back. I'm just tired of waiting for something exciting to happen every chapter and being disappointed.

I don't recall anything like that, and I highly doubt it's true. When has Sasuke shown he cares THAT much for Sakura? He cared for her as a teammate, sure, but I don't recall reading anything like that. In fact, that's actually more of like an older NH/SS 'excuse' to make their pairing seem more likely.

I remember it saying that she helped fill the void. Not that she was the sole purpose. But that was before he tried to kill her three times, leave her for dead another time, possibly attempt to cut her in half another time, and call her useless twice in the span of 3 chapters. Whatever that databook entry said is completely overshadowed by a everything mentioned above lol

She filled the void so well that he tried to murder her and emotionally traumatized her. Fair enough.

And how old is this databook exactly? In part one before Sasuke abandoned the village I could see how team 7 may have helped to fill the void inside him. But since then he's been looking to fill the void through revenge and hatred.

Me to i miss part one days when characters use to make the plot Nowadays the plot makes the characters. Its also sasuke driven. 

 

Beginning of part 2 was pretty decent. 

 

And the beginning of part 2 was pretty good to i remember when sakura finally proved the audience that she is more than just fangirl and a descent herione To bad it slowly went down hill from there.

The databook back then wouldn't make sense because it was based on PART 1 of the story. Part 2 is a different story completely.

She got a ton of spotlight especially in fanservice, as well as hateful reviews too.

Well, it doesn't help the fanservice literally keeps writing itself. Even the new technique. I was like, "Well, I wonder if this comfortable to blog up." Oddly enough, the person I know didn't and she usually do. Imagine Sakura does a punch with her boobs just go Dead or Alive physics and end with the downside camera angle. Seriously, I was afraid to get something like that in here. Really do.

I am more attracted to just a character of themselves not needed fanservice or anything to please the guys. It's like why, it's not that real. Funny, because Sakura is like hard fighter as in punch hard and such, that if it wasn't the fact that it's based on chakra, she would have been Mikasa's body built. Lol. So at least her is realistic. If you get strong, really strong, your body should be muscular. Lol.

Not only is it a databook, but it's from part one. Fair game for them, but when we use on, were delusional and using non canon evidence and were trolls because of it lol. And yeah, I did forget how he straight up called her annoying and left her on a park bench. Such a charmer.

I'm pretty sure it's a databook from the end of part one or the beginning of part two. Pretty sure it's the former.

Didnt the first databook also say that even though Sakura likes Sasuke she still looks Naruto's way or something like that? In that case they're being hypocritical for no reasons and just add more arguments against themselves.

 

Anyway can anyone tell me if this is true or not?

I'm pretty sure that she has some, only it was not that visibly toned like Mikasa's since yeah, it has something to do with decent workout that was equipped with chakra boost. Or it simply maybe it was not to Kishimoto's taste to draw a girl like that. LOL.

 

@Pepsi, sorry about my vent a few days earlier. My head's not on a straight road. Let's put the past behind. Anyway, I've read similar article regarding his inspiration on drawing Sakura. And he relate it closely to his wife, saying his wife does scares him sometimes. I think I saw that on @Chatte's tumblr if I'm not mistaken. Go check it out.

 

Edited : I've read about that conversation somewhere in tumblr. It's frustrating that I'm unable to retrace it back now. Ugh
