And anyone who did die was some no-name, cannonfodder foot soldier who had no importance to anything. Despite all that was supposedly at stake with this war, it also was the shortest and most pointless war compared to what little we saw/heard about the previous three wars. Those actually sounded like real wars.

The War Arc was really 1/3 of the entire story, as such a lot of other stories do these type of Arc's a lot better. Like killing off main characters, in which, I think Hinata should've died after her confession. After all, it would've made a lot of sense with the story progression and the way they portrayed this scene in the story. I also think he should have killed Tsunade, since he gave the role of Kage to Kakashi, as the sixth for some odd reason. I also think Neji's death should have made more of a Impact on Lee and Ten Ten, as they knew him more, so than Naruto. As, I don't think this scene gave me any reason to make me believe Naruto grew any closer to Hinata in retrospect.

Kind of off topic, I gots my Star Wars tickets today, I am excited.

I blame Pain Arc to kill off the thrill of who can die. Remember how many people kept saying people will be brought to life over and over again. Now I would credit him for allowing them to stay dead, but would it kill you (no pun intended) to have a longer tribute to everything since it is the end of all. Instead, play the gimmick of 700.

Yeah, I agree, Sparda. The Pain Arc should have left the characters dead for the sake of drama, considering the idea of Nagato bringing them back cheapened their deaths...

I tend to agree with the Pain Arc being the end of thrill of, who is going to die, since they did bring everyone back to life. That was pretty stupid to me, as it did kill the thrill of who's going to die next.

Yes, I do know she's not a main character. My point still stand that she should have died in the Pain Arc, and have Neji's death become somthing more too Lee and Ten Ten, and not to make it seem like he was only serving the main branch in the end. You know to fight against destiny.

Yeah, which is why it is so damn weak Neji had to die protecting Hinata effectively. =/ And the fact even if she was trying to comfort Naruto that she didn't even really care too long after Neji's death when Naruto took her hand. XP

That made her look even worse to me, and I liked her character. I may not like all my family members, but if anyone of my family members dies right in front of me, I would be wanting blood, and not worried about the guy I like big hand. That was such a insult to her character to me, and even the last was a insult to her character.

Did you not see me admit that I was much more of a NaruHina fan and Lee Sakura fan, but saw the progression of the story as a NaruSaku paring ending? See I may like NaruHina, but understood that it was going to be a NaruSaku ending becuase you know that was, how the story was progressing in the manga. I know you've said that before you were an NH fan in the day. And honestly, I liked the potential Hinata had, but it got thrown away thanks to pity, her fandom (emphasis on the dumb part for some of it. No offense), and Kishi being unable to have a backbone and say "NO" to his new editors and everyone else trying to put their hands in his cookie jar.

True not all of hert fans just ones like SP and forneverworld and a few other youtubers, and like people have said she did have potential but Kishi didn't care to have her grow.

Actually, they don't actually beat him (if anything, he was still winning, even after Naruto and Sasuke's magic power-ups). He's brought back to life by somehow controlling Obito into doing the Rinne Tensei on him rather than all the nameless grunts (and Neji) who died during the war thus far. The five Kage definitely had the firepower, but Edo Madara was literally invincible as he was due to the properties of Edo Tensei. The only thing that would have reasonably worked on Edo Madara at that time would be the Shiki Fuin. Otherwise, Madara freed himself from Kabuto's control, thus preventing himself from falling apart after Kabuto was incapacitated by Itachi and had the sealing undone, normal sealing proved useless as he easily overpowered them, attrition was out of the question as Edo Madara had infinite chakra, and it didn't matter how or how much anyone damaged him as Edo Tensei would always regenerate him outside of probably Rikudo Obito.

Rikudo Madara may have been more powerful in general, but that's really it. Him being brought back to life really served no purpose other than to allow him to be killed by Black Zetsu. If he had been kept in Edo Tensei form, there would have been no stopping him without some really big BS (far bigger than what we already had by then anyway)..

With power up, naruto and sasuke will beat edo madara.
Naruto black orb will destroy edo body.

Jubi madara > edo madara.

I still think she should've died in this arc, as it cheapens whole arc when everyone was brought back too life.
