@Syn11 I understand the frustration of you and the other perfectly, I also keep some of those feelings, but I can not even jump to a conclusion until this arc is over, I think it's just a hard time for her character and not will be permanent .

 

 

 

I'm not jumping to any definite conclusions, just giving vent to my current frustrations.

I naively thought that this week we would talk about if it was a light NS moment or was almost? xD

I think what is most interesting in this chapter was the care and attention that Kishimoto put in Sakura expressions in sequential words by Naruto and Sasuke, is much more affected by the review of Naruto and that to me was important, to start when talking about his body moved on its own to protect them during the IT instinctively she is crying and thanked Naruto. It seems she realizes that Naruto anticipate to the indifference of Sasuke for their lives, and therefore told them to stay next to him, and she seems moved by Naruto when he speaks of his instinct to protect them.

I think Kishimoto used many vignettes to show different impact that his speeches on her way for her being aware of their feelings for each other, and the vast difference between the two. I can not avoid me feel touched by Naruto and the way he defended his need to protect them against Sasuke, loved as related instinct to protect their most precious to him and was able to dent Sasuke

Perhaps I'am the only fan which liked the drama of this chapter because I love the realism of the whole scene and emotional debacle Sakura to face once and for all low self-esteem and clarify her feelings, I like spite of all this fantasy world she is a human being, and behaves like a 17 year old teenage girl reminds me what confused and sad that it's a girl at that age, full of doubts about who we are and the meaning of love.

Reminds me of the great romantic disappointments that I went through when I was 17, the pain is very strong and when one is not mature and don't knows who are, maybe that's why I understand Sakura perfectly and I'm not angry with her character, what is certain is I hope that she overcome her pain and bloom again like Mulan xD in that movie phrase: "the flower that grows in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all"

I don't see the point of everyone fighting Kaguya when people are turning into Zetsu at the very moment. Time is running out. Kaguya as she is can't be defeated quickly. Those wo can fight her without turning into vulnerabilities should do so, those who can't confront her should direct their attention elsewhere: assist the victims trapped in cocoons (Obito won't mind a helping hand too) or come up with some plan to tip the scale. Sasuke proving he's a jerk  Sasuke and self-deprecation should better stop being Sakura's top issues. She must remember who she is and what she can actually do because there are a lot of lives in need of her clear resolve and abilities.

 

 

I don't either at the moment, unless we are given a clearer picture of such thing, more able hand that can actually be at the front. Which is why the Edos' help, Kakashi + Sakura to tip the scale, even just through tactical support can be very vital. It is a war. And in war, there must be those who can be the 'mind' and find valuable information to make sure the victory will be in their hands. Sasuke tries to act 'both', and this is where IMO will really be the flaw in him. He lacks respect and all the while keep on degrading people. And regarding Sakura, we will get that moment, as I said, patience is golden. She will get her head straight back, and start to use her actual intelligence and put it into display once again.

 

About the people in the cocoon, I don't really see a way they can free them. But I am not overall worried, either. The time might be ticking, but Kaguya has stated that the process will be a long one until they are all turned into Zetsus. Unless she begins to get annoyed with the two little pests and said 'I am gonna accelerate the process', then yes, we should be.

 

Also, one thing that suddenly got me thinking. Hashirama has once tries to past his power to Sasuke. Is there any panel showing or hinting that he agrees to receive them? Because suddenly I've been thinking, what if Sasuke, in all conceit and confidence with himself as he could be, declined the help that was offered? As far as I remember, this is the part that didn't show that he really receives it or take up the power. Can anybody help me out in this?

For me, it's only natural that Naruto's words had a stronger impact because he's Sakura's closest comrade and a boy (now a young man) who's always been there for her. He has become practically Sakura's main anchor. Her reaction actually doesn't add anything palpable to the romance department but reassures the reader once more that their bond is special in the basic human way. Also, I think that Sakura's tears where the result of many factors, Naruto's speech playing the role of a trigger,

 

Although Sakura is still a teenager with relatively moderate experience and has the right to show certain weakness and sensitivity, I still believe that a kunoichi should endure it and learn to keep ill-times emotions in check. Those may cost her too much - lives are at stake.

@ Tekopi Now that you mention it, maybe that could be how Sasuke got his special eye. I believe Hashirama already gave him whatever it was and maybe that's why his rinnegan is not just a normal one, like Madara's.

It is?   Because if I am not mistaken, the moment he got STAB (cc : ya hear that @rocci ) by Madara, Sasuke was still using EM on both eyes. And I think Hashirama's chakra is not the one that awakens the Rinnegan in him. You see, why I say this:

 

1) By mixing senju/ashura and uchiha/indra power, then the rikudou's power can be obtained. Madara's power are awaken such ways, but not Sasuke.

 

2) While them both are at the state between life and death, Rikudou meets them, correct? And he passed along his power, a.k.a the mixture of Ashura/Indra itself to Sasuke and Naruto. Since he already have Indra's in him, adding more of Rikudou's (which is the origin for both power) enhance his own AND add the senju/ashura part. Thus, the rinnegan is awaken.

 

3) The eyes itself. Madara awakens the Rikudou's on both eyes, while Sasuke's only on his left, where is the location of his dormant hand and the Yin seal. And Madara is the original rinnegan (in a way) but Sasuke's has comma on it. Thus, I am gonna assumed that he does receive some inheritance from Rikudou's, the kind that the old sage said, that he overlook while Indra's was still alive.

 

To conclude it all, I think I am gonna stand at my earlier point, which is Sasuke decline any help from Hashirama when he wants to passed on his powers to him. If anyone can show me otherwise, please do. I want to make this matter clear.

Is not bad to be displease about the way Kishi treat his characters and to be honest many of the secondary characters fans also have a reason to be unhappy with how this Author writes them, but some user here acts as if Sakura is the only reason why this Manga exist in the first place, every single week is a train of people unhappy about something regarding Sakura to a point where is becoming monotonous and repetitive.

Because recently she has been on focus while people like yourself expect her to do something awesome and it doesnt happen, but the opposite, she got in damsel in distress and people said "Wow Sakura was badass".
People wants to turn negative moments into positive ones.
Monotonous and repetitive is Sakura constantly caring about Sasuke's opinion about her and her going in damsel and distress situations.

Also the same argument you uses to criticize NH.

Some of you guys are even arguing against the users that are happy enjoying when something positive happen for NaruSaku and some are constantly repeating that they care more about Sakura than NS but guess what not every user here feels the same way and to be look down by some because they like the little positive NS in the last chapter is silly.

I'm arguing against people who are calling out people who are cricizing people for not enjoying the current Sakura.

Yes many like Sakura but they are others that like other character and not only Sakura but at the same time they love NS and that feelings is no longer pleasant because of the constant complain about Sakura portrayal in the Manga.

You say you loki Sakura however criticize people for liking Sakura i'm confused now.
Also NS is not just romance relationship it also involves development of both Naruto and Sakura, pairings get better when the heroine is supportive and help the main character not like Naruto admiting she's a burden on the recent chapter but saying she and Kakashi are important to him.
 

Why not create a section that is only dedicated to Sakura so the participation on this site becomes once again the same way is was before where there was many different NS fans posting on the site.
 
Again In NaruSaku.com Many user likes Sakura but not everyone likes Sakura above all characters and the story itself.

LOL they were the only ones who were playing for Spain oh man the passes the passes and the opportunities that they were creating those were awesome   but even that's not helping when you have idiots in the offence and the defense .

Bro, we should stick with our team in times of despair, right? One useless game doesn't mean that they cannot play good. They won the last FIFA world cup. Sometimes, the game just doesn't go our way. It is the same as NS. If things don't go our way from now onwards, will you just abandon it and jump to a new ship? I am sure you won't do that. I am a Spain fan myself. I really find it interesting that although most of us are NS fans and some people neutral, we all have a different perspective of the manga scenes, a different perspective of future chapters and especially higher expectations tan others. I usually enjoy those differences, the discussions are more interesting than any other forum, that everyone can think what you like and disagree with everyone, what bothered me and I say now is that if While everyone can think wherever you like and feel totally disappointed by the work of Kishimoto in Sakura is ... the battle is starting and was just 2 chapters!

That is you can hate a movie but after seeing it completed in its entirety, which I believe is that we are making conclusions when 20 minutes after the start, that's what frustrated me a bit with this topic.

That's because we like to keep our individualities. Because even though we are here for one reason "NS", we don't think like a hive mind. That's what makes us different than the other fanbase and also better.

LOL are you kidding me Netherlands have always been good and one of the favorites they have very good players especially in the offense and the middle RVP , Robben ,Sneijder , De Jong  ,

 

Argentina i agree their defense isn't great but its not bad either average i would say until i see them how they play in their first mach i can't still judge them but imo they can do it .

 

Geramny even without Reus they still have many good quality players that can fill in on Reus position there is a lot of options just to name a few : Lukas Podolski, Andre Schürrle, Mario Götze, Thomas Müller, Mesut Özil, Julian Draxler and Toni Kroos so it is a loss but i wouldn't exaggerate it .

 

 England on the other hand i really don't know they have always been an disappointment to me but if Hodgson puts Gerrard , Lampard and Wilshare in the middle and in the attack Roony , Alex Chamberlain and Sturridge especially with Alex and Roony speed in here maybe they can menage it but will se if they will be in sync with each other this is England greatest problem great players but not really in sync for now i would place Itally in front of them .

I like how Netherlands plays, the way they play together very coordinated and focused on the game

I wanted Netherlands to win the world cup in 2010 and continue to support them now, Mexican woman here, and well Mexico will not be canon our level is to low   so much less when linesmen nullify goals (two yesterday) Mexico always had that curse no mention against Argentina en last world cup xD

Appreciate Sakura and NS are directly related to many fans, somehow I think that's actually the same enthusiasm for the NS

I definitely think that those who are more concerned with the role of Sakura is that a hero like Naruto should have a powerful woman as Mito Uzumaki, but that I think all or most think the same, it's just that some fans are more patients than others and others want Sakura to do something immediately because there are lost opportunities.

Others usually worry more psychological depth of Sakura to overcome Sasuke negative feelings (these are more satisfied with the chapter like I do) but does not mean  that they not wait further actions as heroine.

Actually we all have the same purpose but we can not all be simultaneously satisfied and less when we only have 19 pages for chapter
