because he was involved in enies lobby. 30 mill isn't much anyway, it's only 4 mill more than the pathetic demaro black.

Sogeking was the one to actually shoot the flag, yes Luffy gave the order but shooting the flag is still punishable by death.

But that's my point. Chopper got 50 yet you said it that he defeated a member of CP9 which is very true. That said like another series, this one could end up deciding the factor by what they heard or the image of display, rather than knowing story behind it. All I'm saying is if it happens, I told you so. If it doesn't, then that's fine as well.

Which gives me the point. It's like behind the scene a man took out a powerful bodyguard that blocked the path of secrets. He was so strong. Me, I sneeze on a flag. I get more bounty just because I did a "terrible" crime.

Unless he completely denies since right now he's getting an ultimatum. But we'll see. I just know Zoro and Luffy are going to get huge jump.

fujitora has been given orders and it seems like he'll obey them. the only reason doffy put a huge bounty on usopp was because he pissed him off. that does not mean it'll translate to him getting a bounty increase issued by the wg.

 

and luffy will most likely get the huge bounty increase, considering that fujitora reported back to the elders about luffy and law taking down doffy, and the eleders only talked about luffy. i'm sure they know that luffy is the most dangerous threat on dressrosa.

 

edit: i actually expect law and zoro to get a bigger bounty increase than usopp.

Every Straw Hat will get an increase in their bounty. You act like the government is clueless of the fact that every Straw Hat wasn't seen for 2 years. They can tell that they all got much stronger. Zoro could be around 300-350 million now after defeating Pica. Sanji fought off Vergo and Doflamingo. He can be around 200 million. Franky can be around 100 million, and Usopp around 80 million. They both took out an executive. Robin assisted 2 fights, and will also be around 100 million. I'm not saying she is on par with Franky, but her knowledge of history has her bounty around 2x as much as it ever should be. Not to mention I'm sure that Chopper, Sanji, Brooks, and Nami have been fighting Big Mam's ship. Don't be surprised to see them all go up there too. I understand that the government wants to see it before they shoot up someone's bounty, but if you only got to see 5 or 6 of 9 people who were training for 2 years do some of what they can do, and it earns them a huge shoot up in bounties, wouldn't it be safe to say that the rest of the people you didn't catch fighting are probably worth more than 16 million at this point? Let me repeat that. 16 million. That's the bounty a captain of one of the 4 blue seas gets. We know Nami could take on 20 of those kind of captains at once. Let's be real here guys. I would even argue that Nami could beat Arlong now.

i'm not denying that usopp won't get a bounty increase. what i'm saying is that it won't be huge like what luffy or law are getting, like a lot of folks are thinking it will. god usopp = 300 mill bounty increase by the wg.

so unlocking haki (which is pretty much required in the new world) is something that will elevate his status? i can't see that. what i can see is that his bounty will once again increase by not only being part of the straw hat group, but also playing a small part in dressrosa. 

 

edit: the whole crew should have some form of haki.

Yes. How many worst generation pirates are using haki? Luffy, Zoro, Law... and that's it. I never heard it being a requirement. I heard it was for those who trained their senses hard enough to acquire it. Usopp got his because he focused on survival with his pinpoint range for 2 years. That unlocked his Kenbunshoku Haki. His sense of his surroundings from close to extremely far has become so powerful due from training 2 years.

I disagree. With Kenbunshoku he can sense where her clouds would be. Not to mention their battle would be a one of range. That would make the battle weigh heavily in Usopp's favor. Remember Usopp made Nami's weapon. He is goofy, but much smarter than you would think. When serious he pulls out a lot of tricks. He has to be full of them after 2 years of training. We'll see quite of few of them on the next arc I'm sure.

Observation would work great for her, it fits her occupation. I think by the end of the series, they'll all probably have both. To be honest, she's so god damn good with the weather and predicting storms, she might have been unconsciously using coc this whole time XD

He just obtained Haki, it's not like he knows how to use it yet. Not only that, but he made the weapon she had 2 years ago. He upgraded her weapon for enies lobby two years ago. Nami has had two years on the Sky Islands, she wasn't idle either. She probably has just as many tricks up her sleeve. Not to mention that she uses wind, so that would be hard for him to overcome. Not only that, but she's damn near a genius. Oda stated that she was the second smartest to come from the east blue, only after Ben Beckman.
