The speed of sound is approximately 340 m/s. I'm not certain whether Lee's optimal speed is equal to that or not. He can unlock upwards to the 6th Gate, but whether that is equal to or greater than the speed of sound is unknown. Regardless, he's still one of the most powerful members of the K11. The only ones more powerful than him being Naruto and Sasuke themselves. 

I always feel that gate in part 2 is just a fanservice. Especially gai eight gate.
In part 2 is all about gai from team gai.

wtf happened to the sand siblings gaara went to the same barber as naruto temari lost her fashion sense, and uhh.. kankuro? remained unchanged  shikamaru and lee's uniform look ugly.. they look like teenage mutant ninja turtle..
 
tenten look the best but her outfit changed drastically. she should have pants like her old self.. 
 
i dislike the muted colors in the last  everything is so washed out.

Looking at all the outfits, just show how lazy and uncreative Kishimoto is, because each outfit the characters got was more simple than the last, not to mention some of the characters are just wearing altered versions of their part one outfits. Even the flask jackets became more basic.

I'm glad someone else pointed out how dulled the colors were in the Last, because I always thought that they did that just so people like Naruto and Sakura didn't stand out with their bright colors, compared to Hinata. I mean, when you look at all the other movies, the colors always popped and were much more pronounced, but in the lasted everyone was just washed out and mute, because they needed to make Hinata more appealing to the fans by making her look more realistic, with dark hair, instead of blue.

A feat which Madara himself acknowledged was worthy of praise. Lee certainly isn't as powerful, but he's strong enough to stand out amongst the Rookies, Jonin, and even some of the weaker Kages.

But of course, rather than show us at least one potentially awesome fight between Eight Gate Gai and Rikudou Madara....cut away to talk, talk, talk with Naruto/Sasuke and Hagaromo and literally being handed more power on a silver platter (which doesn't even do much to help them against Madara overall, yet somehow allows them to overcome Kaguya, who is supposed to make even Rikudou Madara look like nothing....LOGIC!)

Off-topic: I was watching the anime Monster, when one the characters was talking and talking and talking, and then recognized his voice....In fact, he was voiced by Junko Takeuchi ! x) with the saaame voice as Naruto without the dattebayo x)

You its sad when Hinata fan boys say that Hinata is better than Quiet from MGS 5 and better than all the females in MGS, but then again we have to remember they are crazy.

 

I just wish they wake up and see that Hinata was not there for Naruto, mainly its going into other anime now saying that this girl is just like Hinata or so on and that is with the new Digimon Tri.

Kishimoto actually said at comic-com about seeing naruto's world from another character's perspective  as sasuke or jiraya and an anime site twisted this for 'kishimoto said he will make a movie about naruto and sasuke from sasuke's/jiaraya perspective'

I guess the site just made a confusion about this because of the filler now about team 7 from jiraya's perspective
