[NaruSaku fan in Kentucky]

Some said somewhere on this site compared to her performance and emoting she normally does for sakura, her performance in the last movie was incredibly lifeless.

Here is an important thing to remember about voice actors. They aren't called voice celebrities normally in the US. Now compare that people in movie, music, and internet are called celebrities. Why is that important? Simple. Voice actor aren't normally (in the us) put on a pedestal and worshiped like people do with movie actor, pop star or internet reviewers. Voice acting is simply their job to them. So they are more like regular people compared to people in other field of entertainment. If you were to meet a voice actor at a convention and didn't recognize them i'm pretty sure they would be more humble about it than say foreverworld would be. Because they are regular people with lives job and families i would say this about this with most of the dub actors either they don't care about the pairing and think of it as simply a job and shrug it off or they find the end pairing awful and know it was obviously a last minute retcon.

He stops coming home in person for dinner after a few years of that. A few years of going to a job he’s disillusioned with and going home to children that destroyed his dreams and a wife who can’t teach their children respect. To a son who hates him and a daughter who quite frankly scares him. He’d rather just sit in his office and drink away his regrets while his clones go home and pretend to be happy for him.

You know I kind of want someone to make that scene. Then put it on pixi.net (how ever you write that), and 2-chan.

 

Edit(if I'm getting likes from quoting stuff off tumbler might as well add my own bit): Personally I think it would be good between if Naruto wakes up and realizes he late so he get up and rushes out and ask hinata to get the kids.

 

He then realizes that to seen late for his own inauguration would look bad so he try to be stealth and go beneath the radar (still not noticing the time or daylight)

 

But then when he gets to the tower he realize that the inauguration has already happen and the party is well under way.

 

At the party konohamaru is still pretending to be Naruto saying the reason his wife and family aren't their is because he kids got sick and hinata watching over them and he can't stay long cause he's going to have to go back to see how they are doing. Sakura and Salad are at the part and sakura ask if salad wants to go see the hokage, which Salad then replies that sakura said that daddy would come to the inauguration. Sakura makes an excuse and then quickly goes over to see the hokage. Sakura then when she walks up ask konohamaru where Naruto is. Konohamaru slips up but quickly covers it and they explain to her naruto never shows. Sakura considers going over to check on the uzumaki's but they chides her that it isn't her job and let Hinata naruto's wife deal with problem of the household. She of course realizes they are right and agrees.

 

Naruto watch the party were we get several close up of his face going through various emotion but ending on defeat acceptance and him looking down with his face half covered in shadow before heading off to return back home. Sakura notice him leaving and starts to go to follow him but is stopped by remembering Kakashi's Shikamaru's and Konohamaru's words. Then just decides that Hinata is Naruto's wife and she should be able to take care of it.

 

Naruto ends up at his house walks in overhearing hinata trying to stop the daughter from killing bolt. Naruto hen notices the torn stuff toy stares at it walks over to where the rest of his family is and just stares at them with this dull blank tired sad defeated expression. Hinata notice Naruto back and ask him to help hold the daughter back or something. Either he does after says or he just says he tired and h's going back to his room. He grabs a few bottle of sake and drinks himself to sleep on the couch.

 

Next scene is Shikamaru and Kakashi wait for Naruto to show up for work and them complaining. He appears tired and hungover they chew him out he apologies. Then they start working.

 

Next scene is Shikamaru leaving for the day and telling Naruto that he should try to appear on time the next day. Naruto after a few panels get up and looks to go back home but pauses and decides to sleep on the couch in the office instead after drinking a bit. 

 

Personally I would get some like LadyGT or someone that's really good at duplicating kishi art style for that extra sting.

And we also found out she protested some of the lines in the script by not saying them, hence why Naruto doesn’t respond to Sakura when she says he only loved her because of his rivalry with Sasuke. Junko refused to say Naruto’s response.

I’ve made a post before pointing it out, but the animators and staff of SP were very self-aware over the years that they were divided into their own factions depending on who favored which character. And many omakes made fun of Hinata’s overused lines or the random ED she was featured in, blaming it on her rabid fans in the staff who thought she was cute. So it wouldn’t surprise me if the upper brass of SP who saw dollars signs on Hinata’s boobies took those rabid fans in the staff aside and had them working on The Last well before the rest of the staff found out. And it explains why a lot of recent filler seems particularly bitter towards the ending…"

 

Has anyone been watching the filler confirm this? Apparently they are the recent fillers as far as I know. I haven't watch the anime in years.

Has anyone been watching the filler confirm this? Apparently they are the recent fillers as far as I know. I haven't watch the anime in years.

In the RTN Tenten filler there was a little, and by that I mean brief. But honestly, SP has always been pro Hinata and NH with their filler. How else did they come up with that dumb Shadow Clone cheat during RTN. Heck that wasn't even the first time. During Hinata's Battle (That's right they had her stand toe to toe with pain even though she got pasted in the manga) they showed a flashback where naruto saved her except without Shadow clones. They couldn't even get their own fanon right.

If this is true then i can only pray that this dispute/incident will cause uproar among SP staff and dividing them resulting in split up, the NS staff supporter get out and form new studio and redo the ending of naruto. Like just what happen to capcom, ... the creator of resident evil game leave capcom because he does not like/agree about the idea of resident evil 5-6 goes to action from horror genre, and he create a master piece of horror game 'The Evil Within'.   Let there be a miracle .....

Thank you for your advice, Nar123 & Nostradamus!  The books still don't have any certain release dates, so I'll have time to think this through.

 

Btw I check the anti tags on tumblr fairly often, but this is the first time I'm hearing about this stuff with Junko protesting some lines in the Last by not saying them. Is it legit? It seems fake since angry or not, it's still her job to say what she's told to say. Also I imagine that even if she'd really refuse, the people making the Last would just use someone who can mimic her voice anyway...

 – how according to that “ending” all the promises ever made between friends, and people in general, were suddenly for nothing, 

 

 – how all constructive ideals were just wasted words, even though they were being repeated through literally entire story. How it’s something that has to be done. No, Shinobi system wasn’t changed. Even though it pointlessly produced so many tragedies and even though it was stated that it needs to go down. Nothing about that is not even *mentioned* in that ending and after it.

 

 – how all the problems were ignored (such as genocide, slavery and children-warriors) and how it all suddenly just ‘screams’ one message (which is utterly superficial and scary): - Do nothing, endure the oppression and fill yourself with love and understanding and work for/with your oppressor, that is the answer. You’re the only one it the wrong here. The patriotism is always the right answer, even when it doesn’t make any sense and when it asks you to sucrifice yourself and your family for that thing that doesn’t make any sense. There is no second option, don’t question anything. - 

 

 – and therefore, how Konoha is actually just one (disgustingly and ridiculously sugarcoated) fascist place + with no bigger point in its drastic actions (meaning maybe for some “general-good”/ though doing things like that for anything would still be problematic of course) other then just, well..doing them/ It just goes in “history” as one of the big, pointless, scary fictional-creations in my books 

 

– and lastly, how characters just do not make sense anymore and how superficial they ended up to be, along with everything else. 

 

With thinking about all that (and so much more), start reading the manga and every single line in it will probably make you laugh.

Anonymous: naruhina is about a girl loving a boy with all her heart when he was nothing from the start. She risked her life for him and overcame her shyness. Also she turned into this beautiful sexy lady with so much power. A lot of girls can relate to this and you seem to be salty the popular high school kitten didn't win. Hinata is the one who won this time.

 

First off: you say ‘’ NARUHINA IS ABOUT…’’ and literally ONLY talk about Hinata. Idk about you but to ME in order to ship a pairing i think both parties need to be just as important. 

 

Second: Hinata’s shyness and lack of power was the foundation to make her develop into a very interesting character, but , she was only reduced to a love-sick girl who only drew positivity from one single character: her love interest Naruto. All her clan issues along with personal desires to become better for HERSELF where washed out and her main point was to be with one guy and practically breathe the air in her lungs in order to live & see him one last time. Doing everything for a guy & as well being psychically designed for shallow and fetishized purposes is not empowering or positive in any way. Her shyness, being an actual struggle for her ( which many PEOPLE, not only girls can relate to ) was turned into another sexual fetish for the audience. No longer “ problematic “ or serious but oh so cute! Girls need to realize that they don’t need to do everything for a guy or look a certain way in order to be considered a good person or a strong “ sexy “ lady. 

 

Third: It’s not a secret that you obviously have a serious self-insert on Hinata in order to make yourself feel better. It’s unhealthy. It doesn’t work like that in the real world. Saying that the “ popular high school kitten didn’t WIN “ ??? that’s just so incredibly childish & also once again proving that this is just a race of who wins who. This is not high school musical anon, Sakura isn’t Sharpay & Hinata isn’t Gabriella lol Stating how much Hinata did for Naruto and how sexy and strong she is for being devoted only to him is just not a positive or empowering in any way. It’s shallow, it’s selfish. Naruto isn’t her prize. No matter how much she did for him. & “ the popular high school kitten “ in which you obviously refer to Sakura, never stood in Naruto’s way to be with Hinata. This view of love and people is really selfish and shallow. Please learn to love and respect yourself. If you love a guy & feel shy don’t use Hinata’s way, because it’s not empowering or healthy in any way. It’s not a battle nor a duty for you to be that devoted to a guy or look a certain way to win his love and respect.
