Hey, Twilight, can you give me a link or something to this person's profile? They've managed to piss me off enough to make me want to debate with them personally. Their arguments reek with hypocrisy

I can't, it's over at GameFAQs, and that topic is long dead. The guy, LightSnake, is driving me insane, so I'm pretty much dropping that board (it's not like I went on there too often to begin with). If you ever get the itch to go there, though, here's the board's list, go ahead and jump on in sometime, just know the guy is one of the only people that's ever given me trouble in a debate, which is saying a lot. (BTW, over there I'm Link7899, it's a pretty old account that I made long before I got the TL name.)

Anyway, he's in love with her, and she has told she loves him back, but he doesn't believe her. We'll see in the next chapters wether he is right or not, or if she proves him and/or manages whatever is holding her back.

IMO, he's going to milk the Will They or Won't They? trope for all what is worth. Thus, we won't find if they get together or not until the last chapters.

Certainly I don't see a reason for panicking.

Trust me, when the manga comes out you'll realize why people are freaking out. I'm one of them, by the way, and for a very good reason that most haven't seen. The only thing I'm going to tell you is that when you do read it, read between the and you'll notice.

As for me, never in my life I thought that such an apparently romantic moment would bring me such disappointment, I'm still in shock. It's too ironic.

People also was freaking out when Hinata confessed.

I won't read the chapter when it comes out, and I won't do thus for several weeks. But I can tell you this. Whatever it's written on it:

1- I won't freak out, and

2- I won't read between lines (Kishimoto doesn't write there).

I'm a shipper, but I'm not of the kind is constantly panicking or fretting about every tiny thing or every time the plot isn't apparently going his/her way (I'm not telling you belong in that kind).

Anyway, I think this proves love confessions don't work in this manga. If Sakura loves and wants Naruto, she will have to prove it.

@Twilight: Thanks for the Link, ( ) but Jenskott's right, wasting my time on someone who can't even argue is foolish. It's just that you're such a great debator, and seeing that... that snake person belittle you like that when they can't even debate sorta pissed me off.

I'm pretty sure and that is the case here. Right like when Naruto and Hinata got stuck in the same team and people overreacted, or when Hinata confessed and people overreacted...

Sakura insists on she has moved from Sasuke on Naruto and she states "you know what it's said. Women are like Autumn's skies (a way of speaking which means "changing")".

Why do I find it hilarious? Because usually NH and SS fans claimed Sakura and Hinata's feelings were unperishable, enduring and eternal whereas Naruto's feelings were fickle, shallow, childish and non-serious. And not only Naruto's feelings have proved being enduring but also Sakura herself is stating her feelings towards Sasuke were changeable.

I've argued against vastly superior arguments, but the people that presented them were always quite polite and understanding of where I'm coming from. I think that's the key difference there. Yes, I guess that's the main trouble. I'd wage that's exactly what he wants: taunting you and belittling you so you lose your nerve and stoop down to your level and your arguments stoopd down to the height and tone of his. Then he will have won.

IMO, the manga is the best possible debater: I just let it speaks for itself... And it does. And usually proving my arguments and gainsaying theirs.

I think the major problem with that debater was that he didn't have enough support. That's why he turned to bashing you rather than giving significant evidence to what he was saying. He seemed pretty good with english, so having a hard time explaining himself shouldn't have been a big factor. That leaves one thing: he had nothing to say.

Sasuke is an Uchiha. He seeks power and revenge and he revels on hatred. He wholeheartedly is the Uchiha's clan heir.

Naruto is Yondaime Hokage's son. He seeks peace and refuses giving in hatred and revenge. He virtually is the Senju clan's heir.

And Sakura... She's the apprentice of the last known Senju clanswoman and she supports Naruto's goals. So maybe she also could be considered like another Senju clan's heiress.

Now, perhaps this theory I have just come up with is farfetched and hare-brained. But if that's true, maybe Naruto and Sakura will fight Sasuke together in the final battle (as opposite to she simply siding with Naruto, which is obvious she'll do, regardless). And it may support the depth of the Naruto/Sakura's bond.

I'd love it if Sakura also fought against Sasuke. But...since this is shounen, I'm thinking it probably won't happen ;; Naruto will fight Sasuke one on one. Sakura may be support at some point, but I think it will come down to just the two of them once again, as has been foreshadowed. Their match before, arguably, ended in a tie. This time around, there should be a clear victor (Naruto). But I think it is at least clear Sakura would side with the Senju Will of Fire side

^There's a bit of a problem with that thought; Sakura isn't going to want to be on the sidelines when it's time to fight him again. People constantly assume that Sakura isn't going to play a part in that final confrontation, when saying such is going against what Sakura has stated, that the next time they'd do it together. I know everyone wants Naruto vs. Sasuke round 2, but I just don't see that happening because of both this, and the fact that I don't see Naruto getting water element anytime soon. Someone needs to have it eventually, because Sasuke has fire AND lightning, and Naurto is only strong against lightning. I think that Sakura is more likely to get an element than Naruto to get a second one. With htat in ind, I can easily see Naruto and Sakura vs. Sasuke as the more likely outcome. It is also possible that because both Naruto and Sakura are so connected to Senju, it is meant to be a paralel of the fight continuing between the two, and being brought to a close when Sasuke sides with Naruto at the climax (where I strongly believe he will die. I know, it's not what everyone wants, but it's certainly better than the cell that Sasuke is going to have to settle for if he DOES survive.).

^ well, I still have a hard time believing Sakura will be that involved. I feel this way mostly based on the shounen argument, as well as the fact that Sakura hasn't had a battle since Sasori :/ And really, Sakura is no where near Sasuke and Naruto level. Her strengths are different (healing, smarts), but I would bet the final battle is going to come down to who can last the longest. I also don't want Naruto to hold back out of worry for Sakura, I want him to give it his all. I think Sakura will help Naruto in other ways, and that she will have her own battles, but just not directly against Sasuke (for the most part). She might make some kind of support move to help turn the tides in Naruto's favor, but I just can't see kishi putting her in the final battle as a major player.

Both Sakura and Naruto fighting Sasuke in the end would take away from it, though. Do you realize how much kitten Naruto would take if he can't even beat Sasuke by himself at the end?

^Yes, I already thought about that, I still don't see it happening. I think Kishi may be trying to do that ON PURPOSE so that people go on forever and ever on who was truly stronger. Of course, we don't know what Kishi has in store, I just don't see that fight coming to pass.

Yes, but you're also assuming that Sakura is fully developed in terms of power the way that Naruto and Sasuke are. I don't think she is, the pattern has always been Sasuke, then Naruto, then Sakura. Sasuke and Naruto have gotten some recent power-ups, I think it's time for Sakura to get those, as well as another major battle, something I believe that the cover page near the beginning of the arc slightly hints towards. (Remember, more often than not, the first few covers of an arc tell a lot more than we were expecting.)

Sakura may get a powerup, but that has nothing to do with both her and Naruto fighting Sasuke in the end.

The bottom line is that Naruto has to beat Sasuke by himself. Not with anyone else's help. If in the end Sasuke is still on top of the world, with Naruto still below him, what's the point of the underdog theme and Naruto's hard work? Nada much.

hm, I hope you are right, I would love to see more Sakura battles (or at least one where she wins without any assistance >.>;; ). A huge problem though, with the thought that Sakura hasn't reached her full potential like Naruto and Sasuke, is that Kishi has always stated that Sakura is just a normal girl. She doesn't have demon chakra or special eye abilities. It makes it extremely hard to imagine her on par with Naruto and Sasuke just because of that. Though I do agree she hasn't reached her full potential, and she should have some new moves coming her way (please kishi!), but I still don't think this will add up to equaling Naruto or Sasuke.

^Of course she won't, but she won't be a wimp either. The key thing is that she'll be closer to them, and I do think that will make a difference.

That is true, but the main theme of Part 2 is bonds. I'm sure there'll be a kind of Naruto vs. Sasuke fight towards the start where Naruto is winning, but the second fire comes out, he's at a severe disadvantage, then I could see Sakura stepping in should she have Water element. Again, I don't think Naruto can do it on his own because of inherent disadvantages. Could Naruto get Water? Yes, then he'd have one up on Sasuke's fire, be weak to lightning, and would be a complete match with Sasuke. If that happens, then who knows what will happen at that point. Then, and only then, will I see Naruto vs. Sasuke as a valid end option. I don't see that happening at this point, though.

Maybe, but as I've already said, that would kind of throw out all the past talk of hard work and such. It would mean Sasuke > all. So hey kids, follow the path of betraying your friends and ez power and you shall succeed!

Although the idea is interesting (and would be AWESOME!) I don't really see Naruto AND Sakura fighting Sasuke together, simply because as Miss Soupy said earlier, it is a Shounen manga. Then again Kishi does have a way of pulling things from out of nowhere
